Brad from Guy’s sewer and drain did an excellent job cleaning out my main sewer line. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. He left my home cleaner than when he found it. Given The thorough job he did. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable price. I highly recommend Guys sewer and drain.

Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

Horrible service, overcharged, and then the refund check bounced. Easily the worst experience l've ever had with an in-home repair company. The job was a slow floor drain in the basement, which led to replacing the pipe it led to. Ultimately, the work got done and the technicians were good. But communication with the manager I worked with, who scheduled everything, was terrible. His initial diagnosis of the problem proved to be wrong. I didn’t hear anything for days after being promised a call, and was then told I was already on the calendar for a date that I wouldn't even be home for. Calling the main office was of no help because they apparently don't know what the manager is up to. Having to pay up front - before work was even done - really left me in a bind after the wrong work was initially done. The manager's first response to me asking for an accurate price was to extend the warranty instead. We eventually agreed on a price, only for me to have to ask four times to get the refund I was promised. When I finally got the check, it bounced! To their credit, One Hour Rooter did issue another check with the bounced check charge. I’m glad I switched to communicating with this manager by text message only so I had everything in writing. Horrible experience. Dec 2021 - Feb 2022.

** Do not recommend using this company if you have options ** We found a hole caused by a nail on one of the drains , I was told by them that this pipe need be cleaned inside and replaced, it cannot just be simply wrapped outside of the leak because “it does not work that way “. I was quoted over $700 . And the crew member have to come back to fix it the next day. The next day , crew member showed up , fixed the leaking within 5 minutes by wrapping the leakage ! Even worse , I called back with this overpriced misleading invoice . I was told they would refund me $200 which I never received. Just wanna say , it was too dumb and too naive of me to get into this and even thinking they would worth my time to deal with them afterward. Of course I did not get anything from them after the money in their pocket. I would give them that they fixed my problem and responded fairly quick when I first called which I gave them 2 stars . Otherwise , the whole experience was very negative and made me feel terrible.

We called them on Saturday night for a clogged toilet. The customer service agents were kind and Becky who coordinated our service was incredible. Our Technician was Devin Durfee, and he did a phenomenal job addressing the issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this company and individual.

Laundry sink drained very slowly. Their plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line. Water now flows freely. The line was inspected thoroughly. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

Our kitchen plumbing needed adjustment after cabinet work. Their team realigned the pipes and secured the fittings. Everything fits neatly now. Very professional service.

The bathtub faucet was difficult to turn and leaking slightly. I reached out to their plumbing crew. They inspected the internal mechanism and found worn parts. After replacement, it worked like new. Great service experience.

Really great experience with Aqua Pro!! Dawson came out and moved a drain pipe in our home. He also installed a filtration system for us. Very professional, efficient, and clean!! Would use this company again and recommend to anyone!

I came home this morning to a fairly serious basement flooding situation, and with a finished basement had a hard time even pinpointing the exact source and had to cut water to the house off completely. Bedrock came highly recommended, and I had a great experience from start to finish - my plumber, Jaden, showed up within an hour of my call, was able to find a burst pipe in short order, and got it repaired quickly to get us back in business. I appreciate Bedrock's responsiveness on a snowy Sunday!

One of the best experiences I've had with plumbing over the last several years. Easy straightforward pricing, joined the membership, could see where the tech was coming from in real time, easy quotes on other projects and in and out.

I needed to move the laundry drain in my basement, but the drain pipes were a Rube Goldberg situation. Laynee was able to quickly diagnose and provide a range of options. In the end it was easiest to replace the washtub. Having recently bought a 100 year old home I have had them out 3 or 4 times and they have always kept me informed of what does and does not need to be done based on any issues I am having. My go to plumbers.

Dave Brown was literally the best plumber I’ve worked with! We hired Paul Bunyan Plumbing to install a new toilet and we had a weird rough-in size that wasn’t standard. We had ordered the wrong size toilet that had a skirt and he advised me of the potential issues and extra cost associated with that kind of toilet. He not only helped me carry the 120 lb. toilet back into my car, but waited for me to go to home depot TWICE after we found out the second toilet was broken. He also disposed of our old toilet (and the box), replaced the gross flange and the crappy plastic water service line with something that was more durable. He also informed me that they have a year warranty on labor. It’s always so refreshing when you get a service provider that’s not only honest, but also who helps you find the right solution for you. As a result, I saved roughly $650 and a whole lot of headaches. PLUS, he was super friendly to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Jordan, the technician that came out to help resolve our plumbing issue, was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, gave us multiple options, up front with estimates and completed the work we needed done quickly and neatly. Super great guy. I had a great experience with Bedrock installing my new water heater. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. We had a very difficult large project replacing steel and copper pipes throughout the house which were originally installed when the house was new in 1967. We did our due diligence and got three bids, we don't always select the cheapest, but rather, the company that can articulate what they are going to do and why. I do all of my own electrical, framing and finishing, but plumbing is not my jam. Our project was thousands of dollars and took several days; the entire project is only about a third done. We definitely are going to have them finish when I can catch up with the framing and electrical work this spring. The work is perfect so far. We asked the city inspector about some of the work that was recommended by the other contractors and he was puzzled as to why we would even entertain that work. Really great job, easily passed inspection. We will use them again.

I called Bedrock on a Saturday afternoon after discovering a crack in my water meter, which was causing a large amount of water to leak and pool in my basement. They were able to send Robert over within 2 hrs of my call, and I was back to having water about an hour after that. Robert was very knowledgeable, quick at identifying the issue and even provided some education on the surrounding pipes and updates I should look at in the future. I really appreciate them being able to come out so quickly and fix the issue!

Great experience and very knowledgeable plumber

Max did a very thorough job of planning our bathroom remodel. Clean work and left the job site tidy. Also stayed on schedule and communicated well. We relocated a toilet and sink, as well as added a shower in a former 1/2 bath. We also had to work with in floor heat and it was handled well. I'll be calling PDGP again for my next plumbing project.
