Expert Drain Cleaning in Cottage Grove, MN

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Wow I called and had a tech the next morning!!! My kitchen sinks were backed up and he got right to work. I had to leave for work and when I got home everything was great. He even cleaned my icky water stains from the clogged water. What a pleasant surprise and talk about service!!!! Will definitely recommend.

We had a clogged main line. Nate T was able to come out on a Sunday in under 3 hours and was able to quickly diagnosis where the issue occurred and next steps. He did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, recommendations for future, and was kind and polite to the kids who inevitably had questions. Nate was the first plumber that didn’t leave a massive mess and did an awesome job. I would recommend using Nate.

Michael did a fantastic job clearing a clog for this kitchen drain. He was fast, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. I called the office around 8:15am and issue was solved by 12:00pm or so. Very pleased, would recommend!

Called D C Annis Sewer and Mary who helped me was awesome! She got me hooked up with Tim who was at my location within an hour, he was nice, professional and got the job done!! Definitely using them again!!

I called for service and spoke with a very kind lady named Marge and within an hour a technician, Adrian, was at my house. He was extremely kind and personable. He looked things over and articulated what the issues may be and then proceeded to fix the issue within 20 mins. Excellent service all the way around! I called over a dozen places and nobody could get someone out to me within 5 days except Drain Pro and I am so glad it worked out that way. Marge called their techs and found someone who could get the work done next day without the crazy emergency pricing. The tech was professional, personable, and did very clean work in a tight space. I even had them do the extra work of installing the faucet and water filter due to their exceptional pricing for quick jobs like those. 10/10 I will be calling them back for upcoming improvement projects!

We used Drain Pro for the first time for a project that we should have done a long time ago. It would have saved us a lot of anxious moments every winter. We have had issues with our kitchen pipes freezing and even bursting once since we moved into our home 29 years ago. When it happened again in December (didn’t burst), Drain Pro was recommended to us. Troy came out and we asked what he would recommend, and he mentioned that we could re-route the pipes. This was the first time anyone had mentioned this. We thought about it for a couple weeks and decided for the peace of mind it would give us, that we should go ahead with the project, even though we thought it would cost a lot. When we got the quote from Drain Pro, we were ecstatic! Tim came out and moved the pipes, and today, Jan 14, with an overnight temperature of -8, the water flowed! We are so happy! This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I reached out to schedule an appointment to clean out a clogged main line drain, and their dispatch team called the same day to confirm all the details. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and very reassuring. Tim was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was a little pricier than I initially expected, but with the level of communication, professionalism, and overall quality of service I received, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future.

We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. Both our kids had nothing but great things to say about their experience too! We would highly recommend this company!

I have used OnTime for a couple years now, and every service call I have made has been filled promptly and with highly professional experts. I recently had some blockages in my faucets that required plumbing service. Kenny showed up right on time, and had it figured out within minutes that my water softener had failed. He came back at the appointed time for new softener installation and did an excellent job! I especially appreciated how he was able to educate me on the plumbing issues I was facing and was very personable start to finish. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical, or heating and cooling needs, and they will be my only call when I have issues with any of these home items!

Andreas and Drew arrived on time to do our annual plumbing inspection. They were neat, polite, and sociable. They did a thorough inspection of all things plumbing in the house, pointing out what looked good and what needed some attention. They gave thorough explanations about everything. I elected to have a couple of valves replaced, and they were able to do that while they were here, avoiding an extra appointment. Fantastic job!

My furnace wasn't working right, and Brian from Metro came out pretty much right away. He identified and resolved the issue quickly. He also gave me a lot of great advice, and adjusted a few settings that should help lower my monthly gas bill. He also stayed around to make sure the furnace was running properly before he left. I wasn't sure which HVAC company to use after my former HVAC retired. I made the right choice going with Metro Heating & Cooling and Plumbing, and will continue to use them from now on.
