Bonfe did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line. Kyle Llanas came out to assess the situation and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clog was eventually fixed by Joel Romero much to our satisfaction. Next, Mark Hiegel came out to scope the drain with a camera. He recommended a more intense deep cleaning of the line and then a liner install. The Bonfe employees that come out to perform the cleaning and liner install were amazing. They were all friendly and careful to not mess up our house. They put plastic down and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. I don't remember everyone's name who came out to do this part except for Josh. They were all great representatives of Bonfe!

Thank you Bonfe for unplugging my kitchen sink. Nothing worse than doing dishes in the bathroom. It was a quick fix, but believe me when I say one doesn't realize how much you miss your kitchen sink until you can't use it. We have been with Bonfe for years and always very happy with their services. This time was different. We were told to expect a plumbing technician to unclog a drain yesterday then we were told no one was available. Finally, after 6;30 pm, a technician came and said our kitchen sink pipe was frozen, told us to plug in a space heater under the sink and left without any further testing.

We had our main drain cleared promptly and reasonably by Cutting Edge Sewer and Drain several months ago. We then had a backed up kitchen sink that they cleared. Brett was excellent. He explained options and found solutions quickly and with care. He even fixed an issue with a separate drain cover, charging only for the cover’s cost. I will definitely be using CES&D for our future plumbing needs!

This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I reached out to schedule an appointment to clean out a clogged main line drain, and their dispatch team called the same day to confirm all the details. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and very reassuring. Tim was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was a little pricier than I initially expected, but with the level of communication, professionalism, and overall quality of service I received, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future.

We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. Both our kids had nothing but great things to say about their experience too! We would highly recommend this company!

We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start. Garvin was knowledgeable and friendly, taking time and care to talk us through the process as he worked. It was a cool process and very informative, and the report and video that followed has been helpful as well. Im glad we did this to aid us in our decision making process. I would choose Garvin and Ron the Sewer Rat again right away for my plumbing/sewer needs!

Laundry sink drained very slowly. Their plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line. Water now flows freely. The line was inspected thoroughly. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

Our kitchen plumbing needed adjustment after cabinet work. Their team realigned the pipes and secured the fittings. Everything fits neatly now. Very professional service.

The bathtub faucet was difficult to turn and leaking slightly. I reached out to their plumbing crew. They inspected the internal mechanism and found worn parts. After replacement, it worked like new. Great service experience.

Really great experience with Aqua Pro!! Dawson came out and moved a drain pipe in our home. He also installed a filtration system for us. Very professional, efficient, and clean!! Would use this company again and recommend to anyone!

Dawson was excellent to work with! He put in a RO system under the kitchen sink. The water is clear and tastes great. My wife is so pleased to have clean water for her tea😀. Very professional… cleaned up everything plus made me laugh with some good stories. Would definitely have him do work for me again.

Absolutely horrendous. I had an emergency backup from my main drain. Ken's came out and ended up getting their cable stuck in my drain. I thought they were coming back to get the cable out and complete the job. Instead, they had me sign a paper saying I am responsible for their cable and charged me $325. They never came back and instead send a different sewer guy from "Brothers Underground" to get their cable out and scope the line. The thing is, they were going to charge me $1200! Meanwhile, the sewer with the cable stuck in it and the cap off exploded, sending a river of sewage across my new laminate floor. When I asked Ken's to come out and help, they said they were done with my job and "didn't have anyone" to come out to fix their problem. I then called Ron the Sewer Rat (highly recommend!!!), and they pulled out the cable immediately with one hand (...) and charged me only $500 to clear the line. I suspect Brothers Underground and Ken's have done this to other customers, so BEWARE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am seeking a refund from Ken's. DO NOT USE KEN'S!

Diego was very professional, and did a marvelous job. $390 was more than I expected to pay, but then I'm not current about pricing of sewer line cleaning. I only called Ken's because I was happy with them in the past. I will call them for annual cleaning.

I had a main drain back up and called Ken's right away the next morning. They had someone at my house within 4 hours and he was open honest and extremely clean, careful and took care of my issue quickly and for less then I was expecting to pay. He explained the situation to me clearly and what steps might come next without making me feel stupid or talked down to. As a single woman, these things can easily happen and we can get taken advantage of because some contractors think we don't know anything. Well I will ABSOLUTLEY use Ken's again and recommend them to ANYONE including us women doing it alone. I know they offer other services and after this experience I will consider using them for those services as well. WELL DONE Ken's!!

I came home this morning to a fairly serious basement flooding situation, and with a finished basement had a hard time even pinpointing the exact source and had to cut water to the house off completely. Bedrock came highly recommended, and I had a great experience from start to finish - my plumber, Jaden, showed up within an hour of my call, was able to find a burst pipe in short order, and got it repaired quickly to get us back in business. I had a great experience with Bedrock installing my new water heater. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. We had a very difficult large project replacing steel and copper pipes throughout the house which were originally installed when the house was new in 1967. We did our due diligence and got three bids, we don't always select the cheapest, but rather, the company that can articulate what they are going to do and why. I do all of my own electrical, framing and finishing, but plumbing is not my jam. Our project was thousands of dollars and took several days; the entire project is only about a third done. We definitely are going to have them finish when I can catch up with the framing and electrical work this spring. The work is perfect so far. We asked the city inspector about some of the work that was recommended by the other contractors and he was puzzled as to why we would even entertain that work. Really great job, easily passed inspection. We will use them again.

I called Bedrock on a Saturday afternoon after discovering a crack in my water meter, which was causing a large amount of water to leak and pool in my basement. They were able to send Robert over within 2 hrs of my call, and I was back to having water about an hour after that. Robert was very knowledgeable, quick at identifying the issue and even provided some education on the surrounding pipes and updates I should look at in the future. I really appreciate them being able to come out so quickly and fix the issue!
