Where to begin? First, Bri (sp?) from reception was incredible! I have had issues with my garbage disposal for MONTHS, had Frank Gay out THREE times and paid about 1k on the same issue, only for them to then say I need to have over 21k worth of work done for my kitchen drain to be fixed and to use my kitchen sink. I’ve gone without a functioning kitchen sink for over a week now until Brad from Drain Daddy showed up today and FIXED THE ISSUE-for an upfront and extremely reasonable service call fee. He also did a camera inspection and my estimate IF I want to be proactive and replace the old existing original pipes for a FRACTION of what Frank Gay was going to charge me. He gave the most thorough inspection and explanation I could ever ask for. I cannot express my gratitude enough, nor can I give Drain Daddy a more exemplary review and recommendation. I called just about every Orlando plumber in town and NOT ONE offered what Drain Daddy did. We have certainly found our go-to plumber for ALL work moving forward, and I encourage anyone reading this to look no further for any and all plumbing issues or projects. Do not waste your time on any other plumbers in the area. It’s been a real challenge to find an honest plumber who does quality work and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a service call. There were no “upcharging” sales pitches and Brad was the most intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendliest service call I’ve ever had in the 28 years that I’ve lived in Florida. We had an issue with our washer backing up into our house. Called Shamrock and were at first happy with the service and that they were able to get someone out before the holiday. We were told it was likely a grease blockage (even though we are very cautious about what we put down our drain.) He didn’t look at the washer once. We were told we could snake it from the roof, but that Endure enzyme cleaner would fix the issue. We’ve used as directed and 5 days later, our washer backs up into our house on the first use. We called Shamrock. They wanted to charge yet another service fee. We already paid a service fee on the original visit and the “solution” didn’t fix the original problem. We will take our business to a company that stands by their work.

My A/C guys recommended Shamrock Plumbing for fixing a leaking water heater. Technician Carlos was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and arrived right on time. The installation of the new water heater process was fast, efficient and very neatly done. In addition to that I decided to replace the old water softener which was not working properly. Carlos explained the latest technology about it so I don’t hesitate to invest in it, because once you try whole house water softeners, you cannot be happy living without it. No more hard water, besides the pipes, tubs, toilets, sinks, trust me your skin and hair will appreciate it. Awesome company, costumer service and Technician. I’ll use them again!!

I called Choice Plumbing at 4pm and by 5pm Bill Richmond arrived. He explained our options in detail and as he was taking care of our issue he informed us what he was doing and why. He was able to unclog our kitchen sink! He is very personable and professional. I already shared Choice Plumbing contact with my family!!

The service I received was amazing. I called and they were able to get a tech here within 2 hours. The tech helped me identify what was the issue and offered to fix it for $300. He told me how I could fix it on my own since he said it was a simple job. I took his advice and tried to fix it myself and what he recommended to do worked flawlessly. It’s nice to see that a business cares about their customers and if it is simple offers a solution. I was so impressed I will be following up shortly for a water filter and for choice plumbing to install a new sink.

We had some minor water intrusion in our master bathroom. We detected water flow from the main water line outside. We called Choice Plumbing Orlando and they sent someone out the next day to assess. Javier came over to give an estimate. He was polite and respectful and took his shoes off when he entered the home. He had to chisel a hole into the concrete and determined the leak was coming from an old cracked copper pipe and gave us an estimate. He applied a temporary fix to stop the leak and then he returned the next day with parts and replaced the cracked copper pipe with a PEX pipe. He had an assistant that worked with him and the biggest bonus for the project was that they could repair the concrete wall after completing pipe repair. We did not need to hire a contractor to finish the hole in the wall which was very convenient. Every time Javier came over he gave notice with a phone call of his arrival time.

I’ve been using Terry for three years and he has always provided quick and excellent service. Just today he walked me through how to unclog a toilet over the phone saving me both time and hundreds of dollars. And this is not the first time he has offered to help over the phone instead of trying to come over himself and charge me. I 1000% recommend his services!

Best plumber in Central Florida. Honest. Hard working. Affordable. And smart. They were able to solve complex problems and do things that no other plumber could. We had a hot water line burst under the slab of our home. The entire floor is continuous polished porcelain tile. That same tile runs up the walls of our bathrooms. And the tile has been discontinued. We had several plumbers out. They all said the same thing. There's no way to re-pipe without tearing out the wall tile. I used Google's Gemini to search for a plumber that was good at problem solving. A. Plumber & Associates was at the top of the list. Terry took the call and had Thomas out the same day. Thomas was extremely patient. Listed to our concerns. Acknowledged the challenges but said he could make it work. And he did. Our house has now been fully re-piped with zero loss to tile. The cost to do this was half what other plumbers wanted. And they would have caused irreparable damage to our home. Thomas brought a small army to do the work. They worked around the clock to get the work done quickly while ensuring every detail was handled with precision and care. I can't say enough good things about A Plumber & Assoc. I'll be calling them for every plumbing need in the future.

Terry was very helpful in sending someone out to stop a big water flood from my kitchen sink water valve which had completely broken from my water supply line and wouldn’t stop fully running causing a huge flood throughout my entire residence promptly. The company “Damage Control” was also sent out to place equipment to dry up and resolve the leak presently and the following day. He also walked me through on providing instructions on getting in contact and providing my homeowner’s insurance policy to help cover for claims and additional damage that has occurred. Definitely gave me relief on short notice. Thanks for everything and would recommend to someone else requiring services.

We recently had P and M Plumbing come out to help us with a clog in our master bathroom. They arrived and immediately went to work. Something we thought was a quick fix showed to be a tougher issue. They stayed a few hours working to find a diagnosis and when one couldn’t be found that night they came the next day to keep trying until they found the issue! We are so grateful that they didn’t give up when the issue wasn’t easily detected. They are definitely a dedicated team who knows what they’re doing to say the least. We were truly impressed with the amount of work they did to help us find the true issue with our pipe!

I have used him for a water heater removal and install and the install of a hot water recirculating pump and a flushing of the water heater itself. Eric saved the day for us! We broke our shut off valve during a project in the off position and luckily he was nearby to come and make a repair within minutes! I had a great experience with Modern Plumbing. Specifically, John was awesome and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the experience. Are they the cheapest? No but they were reasonable and more importantly, I was impressed with the quality of work. In the end, they'll do a great job at a fair price. I recommend highly. Feedback for the company. I would either lower or include permitting as part of the pricing. Everything else was great, but I thought the pricing for the permit was unreasonable. If I was rating just John, 5 stars doesn't do him justice. But that part of the experience did rub me the wrong way as it is a job I could have done myself but wanted a reputable company to do with permitting.
