Expert Drain Cleaning in Tallahassee, Florida

I had a new toilet installed and a shower pan that needed to be replaced before a shower demo/renovation for my bathroom could begin. Unfortunately, the workmanship for the shower pan was poor according to two professionals that quoted me afterwards for the renovation. There were holes and screws in my shower pan as you can see in the pics below… plus the weep holes that allow water to drain properly were clogged as well. So unfortunately, I’m out of $1200 and will have to get this redone before my renovation can begin. The toilet seems to be fine so far but I wouldn’t recommend them for the shower pan work. Roger was cool - but as you can see from their response below... customer service is top notch.

I had the best experience with Capital Plumbing. I initially called them to fix a small clog in my drain, but Johnny G discovered that the source was far, far deeper than we thought. After three hours of hard work, he cleared my entire pipe system of over a decade of grease buildup. My sink drain is like new and will last for years because of his work. Capital Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Tallahassee. Everyone who works there is professional, courteous and efficient. It is a smaller family owned business. Brittany, the receptionist/dispatcher, scheduled Johnny G who arrived within an hour. Our home was built in 1965. So some of our problems are complicated. So Johnny set up his plan and and not only fixed the current leaks, he replaced the other faucet parts to avoid future repairs. Johnny is a great plumber and had a great personality that was nice to be in your home. Note: COT has been sending lot of warnings to residents about water leaks due to the Airtic tempatures. Johnny went all around our house and yard looking for leaks. After verifying that we had none, he confirmed that our water meter indicated that no water was running when the faucets were turned off. We have used one of the biggest plmubing companies in the past. Firing the prior plumbing was one of my best decisions in a long time.

Capital Plumbing responded to my needs extremely quickly when other providers dragged their feet. Capital Plumbing provided superior service at almost 1/10 the cost that other providers quoted. The company sent a professional and personable technician [Jon] who completed the task effectively and officially. They just became my go to contractor!!

Another win for the team at Mike Seeders! I called them Monday afternoon to find out how long it would be for them to come look at a slow drain in a bathroom sink. They said they could come Tuesday morning which was perfect timing for us. They arrived on time and had the sink drain cleared and re-routed to reduce the chance of another clog in about 2 hours. Price was good and they had spare parts on the truck. It was a great experience.

Both times I received outstanding customer service. 🥳💕🙌🏽 I first called them when our shower got badly clogged, and they came out quickly, were super friendly and respectful, and had everything back to normal in no time. Mike Seeders is an honest and extremely competent plumber. They are responsive as soon as you need something. They fixed a botched job by another plumber at my home. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

Working with McNeill Plumbing was an excellent experience. We had a long standing sewer line root blockage in our front yard that we delayed repairing because of the cost. When we finally moved forward, McNeill handled the job professionally from start to finish. After the initial excavation and pipe replacement, I thought the problem was solved, but the line backed up again two days later! They responded immediately and cleared it at no charge. When they discovered an additional blockage under our driveway that had been missed the first time, they took responsibility and repaired it for only a small increase over the original estimate. Throughout the process, they were understanding, responsive, and professional. What could have been a stressful situation was handled fairly and honestly. We were treated better than we expected. I cannot recommend them enough! Really.

Called Jason in the service department, told him I needed the outside hose bibs replaced at my house, he had a technician out the same day. Tyler did a great job, found out I had a water meter issue in the process, Jason had the city out to replace water meter the next day. Roxanne called me the following day letting me know Tyler was coming back to finish. Tyler called me when he was at the house to let me know everything was good to go. No worries with McNeill Plumbing. Top Notch service across the board!

We had an after hours weekend plumbing issue that needed prompt attention. Cody Horne was dispatched at 5:00 am. He arrived a short time later. Cody was courteous and ready to work. He patiently listened and understood the issue at hand. He was very professional and knowledgeable and plainly explained what steps were needed to remedy the situation. His work was precise and his demeanor was appreciated. We will definitely gladly request Cody Horne in the future should any further plumbing issues arise.

Where do I begin. After having 3 other companies come out over 2 years begging for more to be done, asking for cameras, and paying thousands of dollars for clean outs (in the same place there was already one) Mariner Plumbing fixed the job! From the First call Hannah was knowledgeable and just empathetic that we were dealing with an issue for over 2 years. She assured me they would figure it out. We set for someone to come out early in the next few days. I received a text the morning they were to arrive saying they were on the way. Jacob arrived, walked around reviewed the area. Said that it would be best to clean and camera the line. ALL THIS IN THE SAME DAY! I had begged 2 other companies to do this and never got it. After only a few minutes he has the clog free and got the camera going. He gave the news (which clearly, we already knew) the line was broken, but not just broken, cracked in several areas, and completely clasped in one area. Although the news was a costly one, at this point I had already paid prior companies for a complete sewer system. He got us scheduled for the following Monday. Brandon, Bob, and Mr. John running the excavator arrived early in the morning and got to work. Our sewer starts in the back of the house and runs along the side out to the road, very large work area, very (VERY) small pathway down the side of the house. They cut the fence down and got that excavator through the side of the house and into the back yard and voila the job is done! Fence put back together, yard cleaned up, friendly – did not mind all my questions throughout the process, and just all-around good people! These folks are honest, quick, reliable and are not afraid to work!

Jacob had been the most amazing help! Truly knowledgeable and has helped us every step of the way with our old house and never ending plumbing issues. Brandon and bob came and replaced our whole sewer line and they were so quick and efficient! They also respected our grass and cleaned up after themselves which was so appreciated! Jacob was AWESOME! HE CAME IN DID HIS WORK was very respectful...communicated what needed to be done even gave us a price on re- piping our entire home...Dynamite service! We will be calling you back! But just curious is 2900 a good price or is that over kill? I'm just perplexed.

Adam came out on a holiday, when most places were closing or closed, brainstormed our difficult clog and worked fast to find the cause. What a life saver. Reasonable as well! He went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

So we had a broken valve in our toilet. I called “Plumb-it-all” and spoke to Adam (owner) and he responded same day with great service. Thank you Adam. Reasonable price and on a Saturday! Great to have a reliable plumber.

Adam came right out and worked from 5 PM until 7 PM to get the job done and our water turned back on. He fixed a rather tricky pipe break between a wall and got the job done, and very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend him for any plumbing job.

For the past 15 years, Mr Rooter has been my go-to for any plumbing needs from leaks to installing new pipes. I clogged my garbage disposal for the first time over the weekend. I knew immediately who I was going to call to come out to service it. When I initially contacted Mr Rooter I was advised that they would not be able to come out until the following day. Though it was just a day, having water standing in the sink and not being able to use the washing machine was stressful. But, in typical Mr Rooter fashion they finished a job early and contacted me to see if I had any availability that afternoon, which I did. Josiah came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Though he's young he knows what he is doing and he worked quickly to clear the debris that was clogging the disposal. Josiah also gave me tips on ways to keep the disposal working and items that are not disposal friendly. He was professional, thorough, cleaned up after himself, and was just very sweet and pleasant. I have never had a problem with Mr Rooter and I appreciate the consistent great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians plus the reasonable prices. Keep up the good work!

I had a leak in the main line coming from the well to the house. Called them at 2pm on a Friday, they had a van here by 3, were done before 4, and the cost was very reasonable. Tyler and Aiden were consummate professionals. If I ever have any other issues, I won't hesitate to call again.

Abel and Joel were awesome! They worked quietly and efficiently and we are happy with our water heater upgrade. Our bathroom vanity upgrade is better than envisioned and the faucet is much easier to turn on and off. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work and finished product.
