Clog Kings is actually the second company we called after the first company couldn't get our tub unclogged. They sent Chris over to help us out. Not only was he able to get our tub draining again, but he also took the time to clean up the tub area. He brought the appropriate tools (the other plumber needed to use our shop vac). I would definitely use them again.

We had a mixed experience with Clog Kings. We called and they got us on the schedule very quickly. The technician came out and cleared our clog as advertised in about 15 minutes and charged us $350. Then, unfortunately, we were out of town for a couple of weeks and didn't have a chance to really test the repair until we got back. When we did we found out nothing had changed. Clog Kings said their work was only warranted for 7 days, and it would be the same charge to come out and try again. Not sure why we would expect it to work this time when it didnt work the first time? We declined their offer and will be pursuing other options.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I've tried many way to unclog it myself. Unfortunately to no success, so I called "Comfort Plumbing & Drains. Mr Regi came on schedule. On the spot he provides me a reasonable quote and immediately do the work after we agreed on the price. Unfortunately the issue was way bigger than we expected while doing the cleaning and it not just a normal clogged. Full disclosure, my 20 years old home drainage was never service before. So he review the additional work requires to me order to fix the issue and explained to me in details why the additional works is needed. So I ended up approved the new quote for the work to be perform the next day. To be honest, I was a bit of hesitated at first thinking as it should be a quick and easy job right? He fixed the drain we don’t even use by replacing the rubber ring in just seconds — and didn’t charge us a thing! He also inspected the entire house and confirmed we had no leaks. When the washer drained, the toilet suddenly started bubbling and then the shower backed up. I knew someone had to come out right away, and unfortunately after hours. The guys were on another job but got to us as quickly as we could. They arrived shortly after 8 and did not abandon us, thank goodness. I recently had plumbing issues where my toilet would clog regularly. I checked several companies online and spoke to a few. I chose Dam Plumbing because there wasn’t a trip fee and they were very responsive. Chris arrived on time and explained potential costs before doing any work. He inspected my line and the issue was with my toilet which had the Flushmate assist feature which was crating the problem. He offered me low cost alternatives such as replacing the valve or possibly the tank but I’ve had problems with this toilet since a few months afternoon installation. He recommended that I replace the toilet which I decided was the best move. I was very pleased with his professionalism and he was able to replace the toilet although it was afternoon on a Friday. It was done at a reasonable price. Chris, as well as Lucy at the office went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. My ceiling started leaking on the second floor. I had called all hours plumbers because of the wonderful reviews I had read so decided to take a chance. We ended up needing to have our old shower and tile removed and a brand new shower and tub installed as well as the pipes and the toilet flange changed and a pipe that was bad. Oh my goodness! What extraordinary service! I called Olin as my bathrooms were backing up and they sent Estevan out. He was so polite, helpful and he even called the previous plumber to see if there was a warranty on their work before he got started (he was trying to save me some money). Estevan found the problem and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue, cleaned up behind himself (I think that its cleaner than when he started, lol), and I paid the exact price that he quoted me earlier. I was so impressed with him. He even said that his company has integrity and that all of the employees want to do a good job. I love that! If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a good plumbing company, I will definitely recommend Olin (and hopefully you'll get Estevan, lol)
