Expert Drain Cleaning in Jacksonville, Florida

Bill is an absolute gem (give that man a fat raise!). He tried his hardest to figure out a solution for our aerator—trying multiple times to fix it. He was honest with us the entire time and didn’t sugarcoat the problems we had. We ultimately had to replace it but we always appreciated the time and effort he always gave us! All the technicians from Totally Hooked were amazing. Kristopher installed our new aerator and was professional/kind during the process! The girls in the office were always so kind and empathetic with my septic issues. They were quick to put me on the schedule (almost ALWAYS next day) and answered every question I had. I can’t thank them enough! BDC SEPTIC did us dirty, but totally hooked saved us. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful service and amazing price. Short version: My plumber, his first name is Drake, was polite and professional, fixed my issue, and presented a bill so low that I actually feel guilty. As a result, Totally Hooked will be the first, and probably only company I call from now on for any plumbing issue. Longer version: I had a clog in the main line running from my house to the sewer. I've owned homes for 40 years and never had this issue until 11 months ago. At that time I called Roto-Rooter, and learned that "flush-able wipes" are not flush-able. The plumber ran a snake to clear the cog and gave me a $480 bill. Then 11 months later, after Roto-Rooter's 6 month guarantee expired, the clog returned. I called six different companies, all with very high Google review ratings. Due to a recent cold spell causing burst pipes, availability was limited. Five of the six companies were the big name firms in Jacksonville, the other was Totally Hooked. Before calling anyone, I did some research on clearing blocked lines and decided that this time I wanted to have the line checked by camera to insure that the problem was completely resolved. As you might expect, none of the companies would offer a quote over the phone, which is fair since the customer's view of the problem may not be accurate, but the cost for just the initial service call varied significantly. More importantly, how quickly they could come out to check the problem ranged from the next day to a full week away, with Totally Hooked as the only exception, offering same day service. If you don't know, when the main line is clogged you are hosed. No toilets, no sinks, no showers/baths, no laundry or dish washers, so quick service is key. When Drake from Totally Hooked arrived he quickly assessed the situation and confirmed that it looked like a blocked main line. I asked for his estimate to clear the line and check with a camera and was stunned by his response. He said it was a fixed rate of $69 to clear the main line and no additional charge for the camera inspection. None of the other companies I called offered a free camera inspection, with one company saying a camera inspection would add $425 to the cost of the repair. My main line is relatively long at about 100 feet, and apparently it takes a quick 45 degree turn downward for about 6 feet as the line leaves the house before returning to a more horizontal angle for the remainder of the distance. This made clearing the clog more difficult, but with much care and difficulty Drake was able to clear the line.Then he performed the camera inspection checking the line all the way to the street insuring it was clear. And, here is the big part, the camera inspection showed that while the long horizontal section was clear, the short downward section had a buildup of those "flush-able" wipes that we stopped using 11 months earlier after the initial clog. So, rather than leaving after the initial clearing, as Roto-Rooter did, Drake went back, with water now flowing in the line, and cleared that buildup, and then verified it again with the camera. It was a lot of work, it was the end of the day, he was working outside in the dark, but Drake remained polite and professional. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why, showed me the camera screen as he ran the line, and cleaned up completely after completing the work. Obviously, I am very impressed with the quality of the work, professionalism, and the result, all at a cost that was ridiculously below what I was expecting. Hopefully I won't need a lot of plumbing services in the future, but if I do I'll be calling Totally Hooked, and requesting Drake if he is available.

One call & the appointment was quickly set up. The price was 50-75% less than other quotes! I received a call when the truck was headed our way & they were right on time! We had a real mess & they took care of it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Totally Hooked and will definitely use them in the future!

We had a sewer line backup. I called and immediately Julian gave me a time he would arrive (within 90 min.!) A short time later he texted back and upped his arrival by 30 min. He was very prompt and I liked the fact I could directly text him instead of going through a phone call and a switchboard (which means a delay and a middleman.) Julian is a no-nonsense type of guy - no chitchat, just "Talk to me." :) He had my drain cleaned and all water free-flowing within 30 min. Didn't leave until I was assured everything was okay. The only surprise was that he doesn't take credit cards, only Zelle, etc. But he accepted my check, a point that older people need to know who don't pay by all the newest apps. I found his charge reasonable for what he did, and I definitely will use him if I have another plumbing issue. He has a great work ethic, promptly texts you, arrives when he says he will be there. He gets the job done without distractions, and won't waste your time. In and out, problem solved. Yes, he's a rare find these days! Highly recommend!

My plumbing backed up today and I called another company and was told they would be out in 30-45 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. I called back and was told it would be at least another hour. I called Julian at Rooter Express he was at my house fixed my issue doubled checked everything and was finished in less than an hour. He is very professional his work is excellent.! I highly recommend him.

After getting home from work and discovering a clogged drain, I called Rooter Express at 6:10 PM on a Monday night. Jullian arrived within 30 minutes and had everything unclogged by 7:21. I was impressed with how fast and efficient the service was. No upfront fees, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Main line was clogged and I had been calling around and no one was available for emergency service on a Friday. I called RiverCity and within the hour they were at my door. They were diligent, honest and skilled. I highly recommend!!!

They came out the same day I called them which is a Sunday. They installed my dishwasher, garbage disposal along with connecting my water lines. I highly recommend them. Great job guys.

In the last week I experienced this plumbing company across a wide array of staff. A knowledgeable sales rep who visited my condo (Colin) to assess, two plumbing dudes (Bryan and Will), who were determined and never gave up drilling far doen into concrete to find and repair a collapsed cast-iron laundry drainage pipe that was flooding my bedroom and standing in the way of a remodel project on the calendar for 3 months. This was a big job but these were big conquerors. I recommend Totally Hooked with no reservations.

I live in Colorado. I needed a new sink for my home in Saint Augustine. I ordered one online and had it sent to the home. I called Totally Hooked Plumbing and Drains to come and install it. It ended up being the wrong size so they went with the tenant to the local home stores to find one that fits! This company goes above and beyond, charged a fair price and does an excellent job! 1st Plumbing & Drain Repair recently installed a new water tank for us after our old one gave out. The team was punctual, worked efficiently, and had everything up and running within a day. We were looking into getting our pipes redone (house built in 1980) but didn’t know who to trust or call. Then a week before Christmas a leaking pipe was discovered under my son’s room, which Turner came out and fixed right away. They did an excellent job there so I knew I had the right people for the repipe. First off, they outbid competitors by a long shot and had better accommodations. Kaleb and David did the majority of the job. They said a week, and it took just that. My house, not surprisingly, put up a bit of a fight and there were unknown complications that had to be addressed but not a single issue since! Our expectations going into this were: water pressure will drop and it might take a while to get hot water to the back of the house. NOPE!! Our water pressure is better than ever, hot is HOT and fast (no water heater adjustments made) and for the first time in this house COLD COLD water from the tap! We are still in awe and forever grateful for Turner. And we are more appreciative of Kaleb and David than we could ever say. The customer service, kind nature, and easy going and comfortable feel of these guys was unreal. Can’t say thank you enough!

Turner plumbing was amazing, and they’ve made me a lifetime customer! They answered the phone very quickly, and gave great communication regarding when a plumber would get to the house. Sebastian was beyond amazing, I wish I could give him 10 stars. He was great at explaining everything, and he worked very quickly to fix my burst pipe. PureFlo Plumbing truly saved the day. My house was a flip, and the plumbing — which somehow passed inspection — was definitely not done properly. Ryan came out promptly to quote the job and was incredibly knowledgeable. I had been told I needed my pipes replaced, but I didn’t believe them since they wouldn’t let me see the video. I’m glad I listened to my gut and did not do that. Jean with Presto Plumbing came out on a Sunday and was an amazing help. He got all of our tanks pumped out quickly, took care of everything with no complaints, and made sure to walk me through how to properly maintain our septic system moving forward.
