Plumbing isn’t cheap, and repairs can feel daunting, especially in today’s economy, but they were upfront, reasonable, and didn’t overcharge or price gouge like I’ve experienced elsewhere. Jetting the pipes is an investment in the longevity of the home, and as new homeowners my best friend and I really appreciated how quickly and fairly they resolved the issue. It was gnarly to see what came through those pipes but so glad it’s out. My experience started with multiple technicians calling me to come to my home, so I assume this is some kind of internal communication issue. When I originally spoke to the dispatch center, I asked for a ballpark price, and they said the technician would explain. When he called, he quickly asked where I lived etc and didn’t leave time for me to ask any questions. At this point, I was pretty desperate because I only have 1 bathroom in my apartment and it had been clogged for over 24 hours. The tech they sent, David, was great. He was super nice and professional. What floored me was, he assessed my situation, went outside to call the “office”, and came back to tell me it would be $375 for a simple unclog!!!! No wonder they didn’t want me to ask questions. I felt pretty helpless and uncomfortable considering he was already there. I explained to David that I was unable to pay that amount. He called them back and they offered $250. I begrudgingly accepted because it was almost 9pm and my 2 year old needed to use the restroom. David did a great job, but overall I would not recommend this company. They put me in a bad spot and basically exploited my situation. Not to mention, not well organized. There are plenty of other places to choose from, and that’s what I’ll be doing in the future.

Pier the Plumber came by and quickly took care of my plumbing issues. He clearly explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. These people are fantastic. I called at 10pm, they were there about 10:30pm and it took until about 12:15am to fix the problem. From the person who answered the call to the plumber Sam, pure professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended for reasonable prices and peace of mind!

Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

Hired John’s plumbing to do a kitchen sink repair and had the main line snaked as well. Khari showed up earlier than scheduled but received a phone call to let us know he would be arriving early. Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean.

I had a dripping bath tub faucet. Raul came checked everything out and said the cartridge was the culprit. He replaced it and explained every step as he did it ... and he is just super nice! This was the second time that I used them and the first plumber, Lee, was just as super nice and did a great job as well! I then called Steve the plumber and they came out with the proper tools and also a camera to identify the problem and correct it. They were very professional, very friendly and I feel went above and beyond. The tech was amazing and I would definitely use him again.
