Rescue Plumbing rescued me after plumbing clogged in my home on Thanksgiving Day. I called Rescue Plumbing on Thanksgiving requesting quote and next-day scheduling. I was texted back within the hour! Plumber arrived by 11:30am the next morning (Black “Brown” Friday) and was able to snake pipe and unclog system within hour or so! Plumber was very helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. Clog Kings is actually the second company we called after the first company couldn't get our tub unclogged. They sent Chris over to help us out. Not only was he able to get our tub draining again, but he also took the time to clean up the tub area. He brought the appropriate tools (the other plumber needed to use our shop vac). I would definitely use them again.

We had a mixed experience with Clog Kings. We called and they got us on the schedule very quickly. The technician came out and cleared our clog as advertised in about 15 minutes and charged us $350. Then, unfortunately, we were out of town for a couple of weeks and didn't have a chance to really test the repair until we got back. When we did we found out nothing had changed. Clog Kings said their work was only warranted for 7 days, and it would be the same charge to come out and try again. Not sure why we would expect it to work this time when it didnt work the first time? We declined their offer and will be pursuing other options.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I've tried many way to unclog it myself. Unfortunately to no success, so I called "Comfort Plumbing & Drains. Mr Regi came on schedule. On the spot he provides me a reasonable quote and immediately do the work after we agreed on the price. Unfortunately the issue was way bigger than we expected while doing the cleaning and it not just a normal clogged. Full disclosure, my 20 years old home drainage was never service before. So he review the additional work requires to me order to fix the issue and explained to me in details why the additional works is needed. So I ended up approved the new quote for the work to be perform the next day. To be honest, I was a bit of hesitated at first thinking as it should be a quick and easy job right? To my surprised, when the day come. He bring his partner and bigger Team and all the equipment to my home and get the job done as he promised on the same day. Glad I listened to Regi. We took advantage of the free inspection offer from Comfort Plumbing and Drains, and it was honestly the best decision we made! Regi was professional, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the drain we don’t even use by replacing the rubber ring in just seconds — and didn’t charge us a thing! He also inspected the entire house and confirmed we had no leaks. These guys are amazing! Great service and highly recommend! JJ and Ross were my weekend saviors! 🩷 On Friday, shortly after 5, I was home with both of my sick kids, trying to get caught up with laundry. When the washer drained, the toilet suddenly started bubbling and then the shower backed up. I knew someone had to come out right away, and unfortunately after hours. The guys were on another job but got to us as quickly as we could. They arrived shortly after 8 and did not abandon us, thank goodness. They worked very hard and diligently until the sewer was clear and all things were well again, until 10:45. They were very kind and had a great attitude, despite having to work so late. The text updates were so reassuring, and right on time, Melvin pulled up in a clean, professional truck, in uniform, tablet in hand, and got right to work. Melvin was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly, he instantly knew what to look for. In less than 20 minutes he actually heard the leak in the wall and explained everything clearly: the procedure, the pricing, and the steps to fix it. The price was very fair, so I gave the go-ahead. Another truck arrived shortly with the supplies, and even that plumber took a moment to reassure me that Melvin was outstanding. He was right! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Economy Rooter. I had a clogged sink and a clogged shower head, and as a single mom, that kind of stuff can be stressful to deal with. The owner, Davin, came out with his plumber Donny, and they were both so kind, respectful, and professional. They got the job done very quickly, explained everything clearly, and even made me laugh while they worked. Having just recently purchased our home I didn't expect all the drains to clog up within a few months but they did. I called Coral Pelican Plumbing at 10:30pm on a Sunday Night and they were at my home before midnight. Davin and Jeremiah showed up and completely cleaned out the drains for 3 bathrooms, located the outside drain and replaced it completely, and reinstalled the three toilets. They were VERY knowledgeable, courteous, and hard workers. All my future plumbing business will go to Coral Pelican Plumbing for sure. Many thanks guys.

Unethical business practice. Plumber came, gave us a quote for installation. We accepted the price and told him to proceed. Even though we had informed the scheduling office that we already had purchased the water heater and we needed it installed, the plumber said he didn’t have the parts. It was only 2:00 pm, but he said he would have to return on Monday. We told him that would be fine. He then said he required a deposit to be able to return on Monday. We told him that is not a standard business practice and there is a Home Depot less than a half mile from our house. He then replied that their company was not the company for us. On that, he was correct! I would never give a deposit to return. Why would a plumber not have correct parts? Beware of this company’s business practices!

Elijah was professional and thorough. I am pleased with the communication, friendliness, transparency, and effectiveness that came with this job. I had my main water shutoff valve replaced (kind of a big deal) and I appreciate Flow Pros working with me despite the preexisting material. The price was fair, scheduling prompt, and warranty great. Fantastic response! Had a complicated issue with an iron pipe. I called, got an immediate response, got a window for the next morning, and the problem was completely resolved by the middle of the afternoon. My ceiling started leaking on the second floor. I had called all hours plumbers because of the wonderful reviews I had read so decided to take a chance. We ended up needing to have our old shower and tile removed and a brand new shower and tub installed as well as the pipes and the toilet flange changed and a pipe that was bad. Didn't have a great experience. During replacement of a shower fixture they completely cut one of my studs. Not notched or a small section; the entire cross section of the load bearing stud where the piping ran. Then they tried to tell me it was ok because it was still attached at the top and bottom. To make it worse, the repair leaked after they left. To their credit, the did come back out and fix the leak and the installed a wedge to replace the removed section of stud. I was going to give them another chance with installation of a tankless hot water heater, but they never called me back after I signed the agreement. Overall they seem like nice people and from other reviews it seems like they do good work, but their communication with me was poor and if I didn't know any about home repairs and not pushed them on their error, they would have walked away with damaging my house.
