Office staff, Kelly was extremely unprofessional by taking our personal number from the office line and choosing to text to communicate from her personal cell phone instead of using proper business etiquette by utilizing email or phone calls. She needs to have office/business etiquette training. We will not be using cypress plumbing again as we requested service on a Monday and they were not out until days later but quick to send a $150 invoice for a simple clogged drain.

They came the same day and fixed our leaking. Since we have not heard and noise or seen any leaking water. They were affordable as well. I will be using them on all my future plumbing projects and unforseen events that may happen. Thank you

Our new homeowner’s insurance company insisted that we replace our 24 year old water heater. Devin was here at 8:30 AM to do the work and finished by 11:30. We got our first rate hot water heater now and all the hot water we could use.

We had a great experience with Before You Dig. He was very informative, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He unclogged two sinks and had everything done within about an hour. What really stood out was how helpful he was beyond just fixing the issue. He took the time to explain what not to put down the kitchen sink, especially helpful since Thanksgiving was coming up shortly after. He put a camera through the exterior clean out and explained what we were looking at. He answered all my questions and emailed me a receipt with a description of what he found, the work he did, etc. for my records. He was conscientious, clean, respectful, and overall great to do business with. I would definitely call him again.

My wife and I own an Air Bnb and a tenant of ours called about a clogged toilet. We were unable to get to the property quickly so we turned to JR champions Plumbing to go and check it out. The service call was $90 and we assumed that they would try some simple fixes like plunging it or possibly using a toilet auger but neither of those things were done. They simply tested all the other faucets and toilets, took pictures of the clogged toilet and said this seems to be the only issue. They then proceeded to tell me that they would have to remove the toilet and snake the drain and that it would cost $511 over and above the $90 that we had to pay for the service call. I told them they were out of their minds and asked them to leave. I had to leave my day job early to rush out there and simply plunge the toilet to free the clog. I believe a service call should include simple attempts to resolve situations rather than charge you for the worst case scenario. I’m quite certain that had I paid the $511 they would have then simply plunged the toilet and left. Pretty shady practices if you ask me. I generously gave two stars because the receptionist I spoke with was kind and they were on time.

Had an amazing experience. Well, as amazing of an experience you can have when you have a blockage in your main line septic! These guys came out the same day, were extremely friendly and helpful, and provided solutions so that I wouldn’t continue to have any problems. They completed the job without any issues, and made sure that they were careful, and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. My kitchen sink wasn’t draining Austin came out and resolved the problem in no time very fast and affordable company. It ended up being clogged up with grease. Real nasty, but he cleaned everything up and good as new.

Victor plumbing was wonderful! Logan came out and was super fast and efficient, walked us through what he was doing and made us feel very assured that our septic was in good hands. He was here and done in about an hour and left leaving or tank good as new! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

If you have plumbing issues, Reel Plumbers is the business to call. We had a leak underneath the concrete of our house. They found the leak within no time. Unfortunately, because we had galvanized drain pipes, the whole house had to have new drains. These guys worked hard for 3 days. They were always here and on time. They did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Reel Plumbers.

They went above and beyond my expectations. Other plumbers didn't even try to open up the drain access in my backyard. They have good communication/connections with the city and are very smart and taught me few things. I can't say enough great things about Reel Plumbers. We called to have a section of polybutylene pipe replaced and it turned out we needed a whole home replumb. The whole job was done in a day and they left our place spotless.We were also trying to find a contractor who could take out and replace bathroom vanities and floors and kitchen cabinets, cupboards, sink and floors and replace them. Trying to coordinate different suppliers was proving to be challenging. In chatting with Mike (owner of Reel) we learned that he was also a gc. He did the entire job in a week. The work was high quality and his price beat everyone else we got quotes from. Mike was reliable, always followed up and went the extra mile in making sure we were happy. I would 100% use his services again and can't recommend him highly enough!!!

Manny and Seth did an excellent installation of my Navien tankless water heater and removal of my old tank heater. They did all the appropriate test of all connections and answered all my questions. They even made a new connection for my refrigerator water for ice connection. They cleaned out where the old heater was located. Now I have endless hot water.

Eric came out and fixed my toilet and gave us a very fair and honest quote on a repipe. He was knowledgeable, detailed, respectful, and I learned a lot about my home’s plumbing system while he was here! I had a good meeting with Chris concerning my backflow preventer problem. The only issue I have is talking to my neighbor who had his replaced last year for 200 dollars and also talking to other contractors who quoted 400 dollars. I feel that 760 dollars is price gouging!!

Chris was great!!!! He replaced an old toilet that we found out was from 1973. He was able to detach the toilet and he installed the new one quickly. He was able to give me an estimate for a new whole house shutoff valve because our’s was broken. He found the main valve at the side walk so he could turn the water off before he started with the toilet replacement. He was very professional. I would recommend him. Yes it was expensive, but you get what you pay for.

One thing I do like about Iceberg Home Services Is the communication. From the time you call to set up an appointment, they send you a detailed text message with all of your technician’s information & experience including a picture of your technician. I also like that they try to keep you with the same Technician. I believe that’s important because it keeps them familiar with your property & AC unit. I have found that sometimes its difficult to explain the exact issue or what maybe going on, but if the technician is already familiar with your unit then it’s a lot easier for them to find the problem. Our technician Jorge is always in a great mood & gets right to work no time wasted & we appreciate that. He also lets us know when he has arrived & informs us he’ll call shortly with the diagnosis. Just like the company he has always had good communication with us about any questions or concerns we may have. The only downside that I have come across is there has now been two separate times that I have found a quote for work on our unit for almost 1/2 the price & for us that is important. However I will still always support a small business first if I can. Thank You Iceberg & Jorge
