Expert Drain Cleaning in West Palm Beach, Florida

I’ve used Du-All Plumbing at several properties to pump out septic tanks. Most recently at my new house to unclog the sewer drains. During the process, they found a blockage that needs additional cleaning. They offer fair pricing and convenient scheduling.

Called after hours because our pipes backed up and water started coming out of all the shower drains and flooded half of our house. Called the first time and was told a tech would call us and to call back in 30 minutes if we didn’t hear from anyone. I called back and was told again a tech was being notified to call me. Ultimately, I called Roto-Rooter and they showed up in an hour. I never received a call back from Rapid Rooter.

We have used rapid-rooter for years to clean out the main line in our house that backs up every few years. We have always been happy with them until now. The company was sold. The phone is answered in South Carolina. They sent an aggressive salesman instead of a plumber. He was pushy and clearly wasn't listening to what my husband was saying. The prices have doubled since we last used their services a little over a year ago. $1500 for 20 minuets work is ridiculous . We were loyal customers and now we will never call them again.

I called them to snake my kitchen drain at the end of February. The tech was here for a long time and ended up putting the snake through my wall. Just plowed right through the vent pipe and the wall, cut the wall open, eventually cleared the drain and left. I don’t know that I would recommend this company.

Anthony came out and solved all our issues in under an hour. He was quick, professional, and very friendly. Our toilets work like new and I am one satisfied customer! Highly recommend. Thank you, Anthony!

I’ve now had three great experiences with Ed and Advanced Plumbing. I recently moved to West Palm Beach and purchased an older home. After a couple of weeks, the sink began to drain slowly. I’m new to the area and like to work with local small businesses so a Google search led me to Advanced. I scheduled Ed for the next day. He called prior to his arrival and showed soon after. While he was cleaning the line, I asked him about replacing a toilet, so we scheduled another visit. A week later, Ed came to replace the toilet and we still had some drainage issues. He dug outside to investigate the drain line and discovered the entire cast iron sewer line needed replacement. We scheduled it for Saturday morning. He had workers at my home at 8 am as promised, digging up the sewer line by hand as there is no access for a machine. I’ve been in situations before where contractors would hike the cost due to the emergency situation. Ed’s price was for this work is well in line with what other companies would charge and the quality of the work is outstanding. His charges for the initial drain cleaning and the toilet replacement were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Solutions.

Ed was on time for our appointment. He was able to make repairs to my toilet and cleared my clogged tub drain quickly for a fair price. I will definitely use this company again.

I spent a couple hours at 2am last night trying to snake out my Clogged toilet to no avail. At 5 am I started looking online for honest and reliable plumbers. At 0530 I got a recommendation for MAP Plumbing so I texted the number and immediately received a message back. Scheduling to come as soon as he was Available. Mike showed up at 10 am and did an amazing job and was super quick. His price was extremely reasonable compared to others I spoke to. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He brought in the exact tool he needed, and even added some toilet paper after the clogged was cleared to ensure it would work. Excellent experience. I believe I’ve found my new “Go To” Plumber! We had a plumbing emergency and Pena Drain Away came to our rescue. Our hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Melba (who was great) and got a quick, reasonable quote. Mike (and an assistant) came out the next morning, swapped out our old unit, put all new fittings and valve, and even an alarm so we won’t have to rely on luck to catch any future leaks. Between their honesty, integrity, being helpful and friendly Pena deserves all the stars. Desire was so helpful, patient and kind, explaining my options to repair my tankless water heater. She walked me through each scenario and never made me feel like my questions were a bother. She is lovely. I’ve used Pena before and both Mike and Melba were the same. I’d recommend them 100 times over. So much so that o opted to replace my tankless water heater versus repair as I truly believe they will help me repair it in the future and I’m confident in them upholding my warranty.

Gas dryer coupler inspection and cap off. I had purchased a dryer from Lowes where they were doing the install, the guy who delivered it took 2 minutes to pull the old dryer away from the wall and said the connector was corroded and that I needed to call the gas company to get it fixed. I called All Star. They came out quickly, checked the connections for corrosion didn't see any and capped the system off for me. Christian was personable, professionable and explained what he was doing in laymans terms so I understood. Job was completed quickly and safely. I would use thier service again any time!!
