I called them on a Saturday morning to fix a clogged drain line, and received a call back within minutes. They had their technician Brady over to my house in less than 30 minutes and he was able to resolve the problem by snaking the drain through the vent stack on the roof. I recommend Petro Plumbing if you're looking for fast, professional and quality service at a fair price.

Had an older outside plastic shower pipe break with the cold temperatures last night. Not sure why but is was not connected to the main water shut off for the house and it didn't have its own shut off so I had to shut the entire house down at the meter box. Called Petro and they had a plumber, Mathew, at my house on a Sunday within 2 hours. He fixed the issue, was a total pleasure to work with and made the set up better so I now have a proper shut off. Very happy with the service, communication with the company and the price considering it was an emergency call on a Sunday. And unlike another company I have used you answered on a Sunday when I needed help. That goes a long way with me!! Things that break or go wrong don't just happen Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm when its normal working hours. Its always during odd times and weekends. You understand customer service and how it works and when people need you its not always during normal hours but you answer and provide great service!! You just earned yourself a very happy new loyal customer.

Would give 6 stars if avail. Petro completed a MONSTER job for us -- FLAWLESSLY. We had contacted 4 dif Commercial Plumbers for a BIG job. Two wouldnt even quote it. (one even siad it was 'too big' for them)???? Petro visited the job site 4 times before starting ---had every angle covered. Brought a big crew and busted their backsides. AND, they cleaned up after they finished! RARELY is it a 'pleasure' to spend 5 figures---their professionalism made it EASY to sign the check. WELL DONE.

We have had chronic drain problems for the past few years. The house was built in the 60s and has cast iron drainpipes. We would have clogs in our drains a few times a month. After having a camera scope showing sufficient deterioration of the cast iron pipes, we decided to get them replaced. This was in October, so we decided to wait until after the new year to have it done. Replacing cast iron pipes in your house is one of the most expensive home improvement projects you can do. Bobby from Alligator Plumbing came over and looked at our house and reassured us that they could do it, no problem. He explained the process in a way that we could understand. Very professional and patient with all the questions we had. And we had a lot of questions. They started January 12th and were finished on February 9th which was in their four to six weeks estimated time frame. Everyone on the crew was very friendly, courteous and understanding of all our requests. Some days there would be 4 to 5 workers and some days just two depending on what had to be done that day. They had to cut out approximately 40 feet of concrete slab to put in the new PVC drainpipes. We would like to thank Chris, JW, Junior, Caden and Dylan for all their hard work, positive attitudes and compassion they have in their job. When Bobby said, “You won't even know we were there when we're done”, I had my doubts. But now that it's all done, he was right. I thank God for Alligator Plumbing and would recommend them as the number one go-to company for all of your plumbing problems.

I had a clog in my main drain line that I was unable to resolve myself. I called and made an appointment. The lady on the phone was professional and got me a time. They were able to squeeze me in earlier than expected which was a delight. The plumber who came to my house, Quinton, was very polite and friendly with my animals. He was able to resolve the issue within an hour. He knew exactly what he was doing regarding his job. The price for the service was fair and cheaper than other plumbers in the area. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Morris of Alligator Plumbing on the remodel of my main bathroom. The work he did to prepare the plumbing for drywall was a thing of beauty. The end product was so orderly compared to the way it looked before. When it was time to set the tub, he offered a suggestion that hid the overflow drain so it wouldn’t distract from the smooth white lines of the tub. He also took the time to study the angle of placement so it would line up perfectly with the corner of the wall, the filler and the chandelier. It is a masterpiece because of his keen attention to detail. He handles the jobs we expect from a plumber with skill, but he also understands that we want it to be beautiful as well. In my experience, he performs exceedingly well on both fronts! Count yourself lucky if this gentleman arrives to help you with your project!

We had the city come out to inspect our leak and of course it was something that we as the homeowners needed to repair. I contacted Jeff as he was local and explained the situation to him. He dropped everything and came out to repair our leak and was extremely prompt, professional, and competent. He also priced it much lower than we expected. I am keeping him on my contact list in my phone for any future work we might need around the house for plumbing services. Totally, fully, and without reservation, I would recommend him.

I had a great experience recently having Jeff repair my leaking copper pipe. When I first called, he answered on second ring and took details of my situation. We agreed to a time available and he had me text my info. He responded to text with note that he would text again before arriving to our agreed appointment. Before appointment, Jeff texted he was on his way. He arrived on-time and quickly assessed situation and did prep work to begin. He was happy to have me watch, educated me on what he was doing, and gave advice for the future. Jeff also knew other professionals that I was interested in for electric work and shower construction. The job to remove some copper pipe and replace with more modern synthetic pipe to fix leak took a little over an hour. The cost was reasonable for the ease and security of resolution. I highly recommend Jeff for professional plumbing repair.

Jeff was a straight shooter. I was looking for someone that was honest I could trust to be in my home. He got a little delayed on the appointment from an earlier install that took some extra time. He stayed and completed the install correctly and professionally as promised. He brought any issues or concerns to my attention. The quote he gave me was the final bill. I felt I was treated fairly and will defiantly give him a call with any future plumbing needs.

Roper Plumbing is great! They came right out when we had an after hour emergency. Jacob was so very friendly and knowledgeable, he is still working on solving our problem a few days later, walking us through each and every step and what to expect. We called and needed a new water heater. Appointment was set up for Monday. It was determined that we ordered a water that was too big and we needed to have more guys to come take old one out. So we had to reschedule for Friday when a new water heater was ordered. Four guys came for the appointment and started on the replacement. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They put cardboard down and were very helpful. We appreciate the time and effort they put in. Only thing was about the extra charge if a credit card was being used. That would have been helpful by the customer service person in the office to let us know. Thank you again to all the guys!

Our water heater started leaking really bad a day before we had to go out of town and we called John and he came out almost immediately. He was extremely professional, courteous, clean, honest, and even took the time to explain a few things. Highly recommended!

Just had an emergency water heater replacement done with Affordable Plumbing. Anthony made the whole process easy and affordable!! You can tell he really cares about doing good work and building a solid reputation. Definitely glad I gave them a shot and would strongly recommend them to everyone else!

My go to for plumbing and water issues. I've had them come for various projects four times now in the last year; dishwasher hookup, washing machine connection replacement, main line replacement to fix a leak/water pressure issues and a leaking hose connection. Water is the bane of my existence but these guys rock in fixing anything in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. They are "my guy" when I have issues or need up update the aging house infrastructure. Look nowhere else if you need plumbing help in Brevard.

Christmas DAY, just as our last guests were leaving at 9PM, we noticed flooding coming from our MAIN water line into the house. We called Ken & Carrie's, and they had workers out FIRST thing the next morning. I was SO grateful for their quick service, especially with the holiday.
