I’ve now had three great experiences with Ed and Advanced Plumbing. I recently moved to West Palm Beach and purchased an older home. After a couple of weeks, the sink began to drain slowly. I’m new to the area and like to work with local small businesses so a Google search led me to Advanced. I scheduled Ed for the next day. He called prior to his arrival and showed soon after. While he was cleaning the line, I asked him about replacing a toilet, so we scheduled another visit. A week later, Ed came to replace the toilet and we still had some drainage issues. He dug outside to investigate the drain line and discovered the entire cast iron sewer line needed replacement. We scheduled it for Saturday morning. He had workers at my home at 8 am as promised, digging up the sewer line by hand as there is no access for a machine. I’ve been in situations before where contractors would hike the cost due to the emergency situation. Ed’s price was for this work is well in line with what other companies would charge and the quality of the work is outstanding. His charges for the initial drain cleaning and the toilet replacement were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Solutions.

I spent a couple hours at 2am last night trying to snake out my Clogged toilet to no avail. At 5 am I started looking online for honest and reliable plumbers. At 0530 I got a recommendation for MAP Plumbing so I texted the number and immediately received a message back. Scheduling to come as soon as he was Available. Mike showed up at 10 am and did an amazing job and was super quick. His price was extremely reasonable compared to others I spoke to. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He brought in the exact tool he needed, and even added some toilet paper after the clogged was cleared to ensure it would work. Excellent experience. I believe I’ve found my new “Go To” Plumber! David of All Star Plumbing and Air checked out the drainage issue I was having and cleaned out the drainage pipes. He explained everything thoroughly and suggested some potential future projects to help with some issues may arise in the future with the way my house was plumbed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My drainage blockage was fixed and I am a very happy customer. I wholeheartedly recommend David and this All Star Plumbing.

Cristian came to my house to see what was going on. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, funny, gregarious and helpful. He explained to me in layman’s terms about what he would be able to do. The next day, Cristian and his protege, Jeremy, came to my house to do all the work. Both were very nice and respectful. I’d definitely use them again for years to come!

Having problems with my thermostat. Preston came out within one day, extremely pleasant called me when he was on his way. Also the office called to let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable kind sweet man checked my thermostat, the unit inside and out determined that the thermostat was the issue . Replaced it with a new one. Air-conditioning is working great now! Highly recommend.!!

Yesterday, I had an emergency water leak and called integrity. They charge $79 flat fee just for assessment, and instead of focusing what I actually needed at the time the technician tried to sell me the most expensive service that I didn’t need it! When I asked about a possible discount they refused even to discuss it ! After that, I called Roto-rooter and they provided a free evaluation. Their assessment was professional, clear and HONEST! They gave me a much more reasonable price and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary work. I really appreciate it the professionalism and would definitely call them again in the future. Based on my experience, I would not recommend integrity. It felt like the technician was more interested in selling than helping. I strongly recommend avoiding this company or at least call another company for the second opinion before agreeing to any service with Integrity.

So much so that o opted to replace my tankless water heater versus repair as I truly believe they will help me repair it in the future and I’m confident in them upholding my warranty.

Gilbert sent me a message that he was on his way within the two hour window of time scheduled and he agreed to let me watch and ask questions as he worked. He listened well and answered all of my questions and he gave me great suggestions about the best ways to maintain my AC, how to put the filter in, when to add tablets and liquid to keep the drain flowing. He assured me that my condenser was functioning properly and in good shape and showed me pictures of some salt damage, but said that it wasn’t affecting the operation at this point. He also showed a lot of patience because despite me calling the office and letting the maintenance guys know that the rooftop door needed to be opened, it was still locked when he needed to access the condenser on the roof and he waited 10 minutes for one of the board members to return to open the door. He was courteous, knowledgeable, communicated really well and was a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure me to buy any other materials or have extra things done that were unnecessary but would just make money for the company and so I would use your service again because I trust him. I have been lucky to have excellent service in the past as well as really bad service at times and the service that he provided was top notch so I will definitely call your company for a tuneup next time!!! I’ve had two experiences with this company. One was emergent, and it was my first experience. On time, polite reasonably priced for the issue used quality materials. My second service was with a different technician, but the same quality was present. Though the scheduled time got pushed back several hours once they arrived, they completed the task of finding my leak solving the problem necessary to meet code. I’m not sure I can ask anything more of people than to be qualified in their trade, efficient in their time and reasonable in their price.

Had emergency on a Sunday with water heater. WH wiring was sparking and smoking - very scary. Needed a plumbing company that would do emergency weekend calls. Found Cleary plumbing online after researching reviews. From start to finish Clearly Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Richie the service tech showed up ready to help and extremely knowledgeable. Richie turned off the WH breaker so I was safe from a possible fire starting. Got all the information he needed to be ready for the install of the new WH next day. I got very lucky with first appointment next day. Richie arrived on time with his helper David. Both men were polite, efficient they never stopped working until the job was completed. I rent the owner thought the estimate was high(I did not)but I told the owner Cleary Plumbing estimate was worth every penny. I’m telling everyone who needs a plumbing to use Cleary.

I was extremely impressed by the quality of the customer service and service technician from Flamingo. First, when I called them to set up the appointment, they answered quickly. The intake discussion was quick and efficient and the service operator was smart and professional. Then, they were able to come out on the same day and the service technician was on time. Finally, we really liked the service technician, Bob David Torres. He was friendly, knowledgeable snd thorough. We appreciated his timeliness and professionalism. We had never used Flamingo before but we will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to all.

He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he completed the repair efficiently while explaining everything clearly. Most recently, Jordan Leone worked on the main cold water line and valve to my condo. What is typically a complicated repair was handled smoothly and with real expertise. Because the job required shutting down the riser, I had to coordinate HOA approval within a specific time window, and Jordan ensured the work was completed seamlessly during that period. The customer service team at Flamingo Plumbing was also extremely helpful in scheduling everything appropriately and keeping the process on track. Bob did a great job and the employees at the office were so kind throughout the whole process. We are extremely happy to no longer have to deal with a backflow preventer, and we now have better water pressure!
