This man Scott and his son are great people the best 100 out of 100. He came to my help when no one else would him and his son he did the best job ever very compassionate and very understanding to situations people go through. I would recommend him anytime him and his son are great. People did a wonderful job. Please use this man it’s his own business family owned. Great people. I would choose this company over any other company out there. He actually cares. I had the worst clog ever He got right here and got to business and had it done within 30 minutes that I had been trying to get unclogged myself for at least three weeks

They checked each sink in the house to ensure proper flow. They let me know once the propane was low/out, my hot water would be impacted. They answered all my questions without hesitation. On time, extremely courteous, highly efficient and fantastic service in repairing numerous problems (toilet repair, slow sink drains, clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal and installing new shower head). Colin was awesome!! I had been battling a slow drain in my kitchen for close to a week. I reached out to Super Rooter and spoke with Colin. He was there within a couple hours to diagnose the issue. His rates are more than reasonable and the guy knows his stuff. Highly recomend.

So, needed a dishwasher installed and an under sink water filter set up, called Mr. Rooter, they sent this guy Kyle to handlenit the next day. Chris gave us transparency, honesty and over the top service. Benjamin Franklin was a thorough top of the line choice. We had to replace our tankless water heater from the original one when house was built 5 years ago because the original installer did not have the filter on the system, so everything was burned up. We also have had very hard, gritty water and decided to do the water softener all at the same time. Again, they were honest, transparent and not pushy/salesy. It was soooo appreciated!

We needed a hot water installed in a townhouse in order to close and had short notice. We were provided the price in advance when we called And given An appointment on the day that we asked for that week. Louis and Chris showed up on the day that they were supposed to- they were educated On the additional work that we weren’t even aware that they needed to do to bring the hot water heater to code. We supplied the tank so they even went to Home Depot to get the piece that we did not get. They did a clean install And then cleaned up after themselves when they left including disposing of the old tank which wasn’t an easy job as the tank was on the second floor. For plumbing services, after our experience, Armitage will always be our first recommendation.

To start out Tabitha was very helpful with info and price information. Very courteous and communication was excellent. Brandon the installer was friendly answered all my questions and the installation went smoothly and perfect with my new water heater. I would highly recommend to do more work in my house anytime. I have had Armitage fix plumbing on two occasions. Matt came out both times and was prompt, diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed everything; he was great. I hope I don't need to call again for a leak, but the experience was as good as it could be, and I am glad I have a trusted plumber to call.
