Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean.

I had a dripping bath tub faucet. Raul came checked everything out and said the cartridge was the culprit. He replaced it and explained every step as he did it ... and he is just super nice! This was the second time that I used them and the first plumber, Lee, was just as super nice and did a great job as well! Repaired the main line outside that busted . Came Saturday late afternoon, early evening. He repaired it. No more leaks a new pipe and type of faucet lever. Price was reasonable. He is very personable We will use again if needed.

Clogged old cast pipe. Cast pipes are throughout my house and out to the street. Dominic came out quickly and resurfaced all the cast pipes. He showed me with his pipe camera before and after pictures. Looked great and works great. Reasonable price.

It cost a bit more than we thought it would but it was an emergency and really late on a Saturday night so it was ok with us. He worked hard, we’re happy with the work,. In addition to resolving, he added a zip tie for security and ran water for a few minutes longer to ensure that the pipe has been cleared. The dial on the city water meter was spinning and we knew we had a leak. We were quoted from 2k to 3k to find leak and repair it. i thought that was a little insane. I found and located the leak myself but needed help with the plumbing. We called Joe Cole plumming. They gave us a quote and responded promptly to fix our issue.. The person sent to us was named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, fast and efficient. He explained the entire process from beginning to end and entertained questions throughout his visit. When he turned the water back on the spinning meter had stopped. I would recommend and ask for Paul if anyone else has plumbing issues.
