Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

This company is easy to work. In a short time, a major crack in our sewer pipe was repaired. My garden was not damaged and neither were the surrounding bushes. I was always kept up to date with what was going on. The employees have a great sense of courtesy and are always on time. They always texted me when they were coming. Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean.
