Expert Drain Cleaning in Pensacola, FL

My wash machine in the garage overflowed and backed up into my kitchen sink. The first plumber I called listened to my story and checked the clean out in the drain line near the septic tank. He said the septic tank was full and had to be pumped. I asked him if there could be a blockage in the line near the washing machine and he said he didn't think so. I called Anytime and scheduled a pumpout for 2 days later. I was then able to get someone else to pump it out that night. After it was empty, I discovered the Kitchen sink drain was still stopped up. I tried the dish soap/hot water followed by the plunger but no luck. The next morning I called Anytime to cancel my pumpout. When the lady that took my cancellation asked if there was anything else she could help me with, I asked her if she had someone available that day to unstop a kitchen sink drain. 2 men showed that afternoon and fixed it. However, they told me that the pipe going into the wall needed to be replaced as it was leaking under the cabinet and inside the wall. I agreed to the price and they arrived early the next morning and replaced a section of the pipe going into the wall. In order to make the repair they had to remove a shelf under the sink. The shelf legs and back edge were covered in mold indicating this leak had been a long standing issue. The pipe that that they removed had a split and they said part of the split was inside the wall. For both jobs they worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. Since this happened while I had out of state company it was important to get the job done right, ASAP. I didn't have time to shop around and see what others might charge, but the estimates they gave me before the work started seemed reasonable. Both men were very polite and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Based on my recent experience, I will recommend Anytime Plumber if asked.

I wish I could rate them higher, our septic has been needing to be pumped over the weekend I called them and everyone other company in Pensacola area trying to get someone to come today (Monday) Everyone said they were booked out a week. Anytime put me on the after hours list but soon called back and told me they were on the way the my house. I have a chronic GI illness and this was the big blessing. We are so thankful for them and their urgency to help us. We highly recommend these honest and down to earth men!

I'd just like to give a shout out to your amazing company and especially your plumber, Vera! And her helper Chad. This morning I woke up to a clogged toilet, backing up in my tub/shower and of course, panicked. I'm disabled w/ Multiple Sclerosis and just switched back to Palliative Care from Hospice. Vera made me feel unusually comfortable & very trustworthy working in my home. And Chad was somewhat quiet, however, very respectful. They were at my home within half an hour, and took probably less than that to fix the issue. I'll certainly be referring my family and friends to Anytime Plumber in the future! It's hard to find people with the work ethic and fast service at such a reasonable price these days, but I've found a gem when I called Anytime Plumber! Thanks again Vera & Chad! Ethan was super friendly and absolutely professional! He provided us some education on our first septic tank (always had city service in the past) and was able to clear out a healthy clog. S.E. Keith came out when he said he would, was quick with the work he needed to do, was fully competent and very friendly. No one likes to have to call the plumber, but when it’s necessary, I’d definitely call Keith. He does all plumbing work, from clogged sewer, to water heater repair, to shower leaks.

We had an issue with a back-up from our septic tank to our home on a Sunday. Within 5 minutes of calling in for assistance, Chris Maxwell called and let us know he’d be on the way to assist. He was transparent on pricing and what potentially would need to be done. Upon his arrival, Chris was able to determine the issue and rectify it quickly. He also provided numerous pieces of useful information to keep our system healthy and running to its full potential. Of course, with it being after hours service, there was cost involved but given the professionalism and promptness of the service, I was more than willing to pay to get things back up and running. Will recommend Chris for services of anyone needing them and will request him in the future.

We needed to have our septic tank serviced and we used Roto Rooter . They were on the job in no time and gave me an estimate the was very competitive so we chose to use them because they were highly recommended. They lived up to their recommendation! We were very satisfied !

Thomas is a Master Plumber, knows his stuff, discusses the plan with the customer throughout the process, and does what he says he will do. I called them at 7am to fix a leaking pipe off my water main, and they sent a plumber out by 8am to fix it. The secretary and the plumber were super courteous and kind the whole time.
