Despite trying to “snake” out our clogged drain, I couldn’t seem to have much luck. We always have had a great experience with the Drain Doctor. Daniel is the technician that we have worked with before. I called them and not only did Daniel remember us but was able to come out first thing in the morning. These folks are great. They show up when they say they will and on time. Daniel is very polite, professional and he gets the job done! Great company, good service and an awesome technician!

So thankful for drain doctor!! They were able to come out on a Saturday evening to fix a main sewer line clog. They called to let us know exactly when they would be at the house and showed up on time. Our technician, Daniel was extremely professional and fixed the clog within ten minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

Can't say enough good about these guys. Some. A large local plumber came out, was rude and didn't seem to know much. Said the work would be $900 bucks. Next day andrew came out with short notice, very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in and did more than the others for $300 bucks. Super cool company. Andrew should get a raise.

It's been about 6 months since they did my neighbors and my septic to sewer conversion... very happy with their work.... they did a great job... friendly and professional.. reasonably priced... Jeff was my go to guy ...he soothed my anxiety of having the work completed while I was in a out of town.... I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs plumbing work done. Thanks guys!!

Called to replace parts on my lifetime Rheem Marathon tank. Answered a million questions just for them to set an appointment. OK. Guy shows up (owner?) and goes right to quoting me $3,750 for a new basic $800 tank. I didn't ask for that, but what's the labor and parts on that unsolicited quote? "We don't break down our quotes." (so $3k for 2 hrs labor? Hahaha). I never asked for a new quote, but asked is it a heat pump? "No." Well I called for repairs, quote me what I asked for. His reply, well it's $400 for me to call Rheem for parts quote. Ha. I already have the parts number from AI. You're not the right company, goodbye. If you like dishonest, sleazy companies, well this one is for you!

Frank Wood & Son Plumbing is great! They are super responsive, they show up exactly when they are scheduled and their work is great. They are extremely professional. We couldn't be more satisfied as a customer!

Jorge was awesome! My toilet was gurgling when the shower ran, and he came out on time that same day and fixed it in 30 minutes! He also charged a very fair price for the service and how quickly he responded, I highly recommend him!

Called for an EMERGENCY sewage backup issue. After the second call, got someone on the phone. Was quoted $550 for an hour service call. Ok. Middle of the night no other options. Send em. No eta was provided. An hour later I call back to see when they’re coming. No answer. Left a voicemail requesting a callback with the eta. 1/2 hour later. No call back. I called again and… yep no answer. I left another message. This time I instructed them to cancel the callout because if they can’t even reply or give an eta, how many hours do I wait with sewage flowing in the floor in two bedroom a hallway and the kitchen? Definitely call ANYONE else.

Luke, Chris and Kris were AWESOME! We received timely and great customer service! They were all professional, respectful, neat and detailed. They helped us execute an entire house of new lighting quickly and had excellent customer service! Our old air conditioner looked like a hurricane Michael road side pick , because our modular is 8 years old. Anyway our air conditioner died and with several repairs we decided to replace it. We went into peaden they sent out a young man . He went underneath and said you need to replace both inlet and out let lines . My thoughts where here we go again. The next day they where here at 12:30 like promised and by 3pm they where done. We bought a 4 ton our modular is 1964 square foot and we wanted extra because of the heat here in Florida. And its cold we turn it up to 78 to escape the cold and turn in down on those hottest nights. Great price weThink we got it with a 10 yr warranty. They come out and service it every 6 months. Josh from Ridge Electrical came to replace my ancient electrical panel, install a surge suppressor and additional feed. He is super personable, experienced and knowledgeable. He had all the work done by lunchtime, including clean/vacuum the work area as well as labeling the new circuits and made sure everything was working great before he left. I’ve already got him lined up to do additional updates to my old system. Highly recommend!

Brandon with Ridge Plumbing was the best plumber and the most professional service I’ve ever had. He was on time, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. Mr. Rooter is an excellent company to work with. They were the only company that would come help us on such short notice. We had a leaking pipe inside the wall supplying the toilet, that had gone unnoticed by tenants for an unknown amount of time. As I found it doing other work and removed the wallboard to find the line with pinholes. They responded to our emergency as if it were as important to them as it was to us. Logan Murphy was our service professional and he performed an excellent service with upmost care and perfection!! He fully explained what he was going to do and gave us a written proposal for the service. When completing the work, he showed me everything that he had done and had performed a leak test on his work, which he was completely satisfied and confident with because it was going to be concealed in the wall once again. Logan/Caleb accessed our plumbing issues/needs and gave a detailed explanation of what would need to be done and then gave us a quote for the work. I’m blown away by this family owned business. I was able to schedule a kitchen faucet replacement for my son’s home in Lynn Haven while I was in town. Very easy to schedule with Brandy. Called at 9am and Todd and Chris arrived at 11am. Mentioned "roots" They ran a cutter head requiring extensions from the roof a great distance across the yard. An added bonus was, the device made so much noise it could be tracked across the yard, taking a path completely different than previously thought. The price was fair and the same as estimated price given on my initial call. Well done!

After about 2 weeks of no hot water and dealing with the manufactur swapping parts and even replacing the water heater and still no results.
