Patriot Plumbing delivers outstanding customer service. Jimmy and Levi were excellent technicians! They clearly explained the relationship between the propane tank and pool heating system. They checked each sink in the house to ensure proper flow. They let me know once the propane was low/out, my hot water would be impacted. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend Patriot Plumbing for all your plumbing services!

I had a pipe rupture externally that had caused a significant amount of flooding that had gone unnoticed until it filled my pool deck. I called other plumbers and they could not see me until next week - each advised me that I shit the main line off and call the city. I call Mr. Rooter and they had a tech I at my door in 30 mins. The tech, Jason Stover, was incredible, he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Jason, did a great evaluation but ultimately I opted to doo the work myself. My only knock is that their pricing for services etc., is significantly higher than other plumbers in the area but at least they do come out when you need them and they offer military discounts for veterans. If you do call them, be sure to ask for Jason as your tech, you will be happy you did!

The technician called before arriving and even arrived earlier than expected. He was professional and personable. He assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and the cost. He even explained what he was doing before doing it. He was wonderful from beginning to end. I had no problem getting an appointment quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Beware of this company. My mother was completely taken advantage of. They were at her home for no more than 30 minutes and charged her $413. What began as a “consultation” quickly turned into scare tactics. The technician claimed he would need to tear down a wall and made it sound like an extensive, labor-intensive job. In reality, it took less than two minutes—he literally pulled it apart with his fingers—yet still charged the full amount. My mother does not make much money, and this was a significant expense for her. She was absolutely ripped off. When I asked the company to contact her to discuss the charge, they hung up on her. When I called back myself, suddenly everyone was “in meetings.” This is not how a reputable business operates. Do not give this company your money. I strongly advise against supporting a local business that preys on and dismisses innocent customers.

A total rip off. They charged us $361 for five minutes plunging. They asked me to call them to discuss the issue which I did, but they never returned my call. Their Customer Service reputation is undeserved., as they don’t really want to resolve the issue to the customer satisfaction.

I called inquiring about a water heater replacement and Thomas came out first thing next day to provide a quote. Once approved, he didn’t mess around and picked up the unit and installed it very quickly. Install was very clean and looks top tier with all quality parts. He even took the time to go over maintenance of the unit to maximize life and quote me for other work I was interested in. He obviously takes pride in his work and knows his stuff!

As usual, Jaroz answered my call promptly, came out the same day, cleared my sewer pipe of Roots and charged me a reasonable price. He left my area as neat as when he came out! Great gentleman and careful worker!

Reached out to have an assessment to ensure no leaks internally as we recieved a high water bill. They immediately called back to get information and schedule and was able to be get on schedule asap. Yesterday I reviewed several companies to assist with several plumbing issues that I needed fixed in the Daytona area. Upon reviewing I seen Diversified Plumbing had some really good reviews. I sent a request and was immediately contacted by Diane, who was extremely prompt and addressing my needs and confirming a follow up appointment for 8 o’clock on Saturday. I got a knock on the door from a very polite man named William, William Then I identified himself and explained that he was here to assist with my plumbing Issues. He came in. He was very clear. He went over everything that he was going to do what the expense would be which was extremely cost-effective. When I say you cannot be displeased with the service for this company and my 51 years of living on this earth, this is the best company I have dealt with in the plumbing industry, and I have dealt with many some of the top mains and cooling this should be one of the top names. I had a fantastic experience with Rob at Pine Lakes Plumbing. This is the second time I have used this company. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I had to have a hot water heater replaced. He told me not to worry he would handle everything from getting the hot water heater to pulling the permit, putting it in and taking the old one away. Contacted Rob after reading the reviews which were all excellent. Hard to find good contractors... well I found my new plumber. He set everything up for my new water heater install. Even with little plumbing knowledge, I could immediately tell his work was a job well done—clean, precise, and professional. Matt truly went above and beyond the services I paid for; he even gave me expert advice on which bathroom faucets to buy for my future project. I’ve finally found my 'forever' plumber! We had a great experience with Joe from Andys Plumbing. He is incredibly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he arrived. He quickly figured out the problem, explained it clearly, and fixed it the right way without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. Joe also brought a very positive attitude and great energy to the job site. He was friendly, respectful, and left the work area clean when he finished. I’m a maintenance manager at a residential condo in Ormond by the sea. We used Andy’s plumbing twice in the past 2 weeks. Once for some leaking issues in our building and once to repair some broken water lines at our pool shower station. Both times the plumber that worked for us was Jon Davis.
