Called Roto-Rooter out to address (what I thought was) a blocked drain in our new property. It turned out to be a more complicated issue, but Chris and Greg went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, offer us solutions, and generally provide outstanding customer satisfaction. We started having plumbing issues about a week before Christmas. Called out a septic company to pump out the system and it seemed like that corrected the issue. Fast forward 3 days the toilets started backing up again into the showers. This time I called Fletchers and Aaron showed up the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue as roots in the drain pipe. His team volunteered to come out on Christmas eve to replace the bad pipe so our family Christmas party wouldn't have any issues. Can't say enough about this team and their willingness to fix the problems. Highly would recommend to any one in the future.

Septic gas issue, amazing tech came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and worked neatly and cleaned up after he was done. This company has great technicians with really kind hearts. He really did his best and solved our issue.

I called the company in urgent need of a plumber, and they were able to find an available time slot for me. Outstanding work and service! Had these folks upgrade my hot water heater’s anode rod to a Corro-Protec powered anode rod, replace a failed temperature & pressure relief valve (T&P valve), and do a tank flush. Highly satisfied, and will do business again with this company!

Last week was my second time using Professional Choice Plumbing. The job was to replace two outside faucets which required going through the walls on the inside of my house. My plumbing technician was Joshua. I was so impressed without how he went about the business of getting the job done! First he discussed my options & costs. Then he thoroughly explained how the job would proceed, answering all of my questions & addressing any concerns I had. Just like the first time I used Professional Choice, I knew EXACTLY what to expect from the job and it was completed as stated. For me, the customer, it provides a level of trust that I can always count on in the future. Joshua promptly completed the job without issue. With part of it involving the inside of my home, he left the work area as clean as if he were never there. It was very obvious to me that he takes pride in his work. After using Professional Choice twice, I can truthfully say that their integrity is beyond reproach! Signed by a very satisfied customer😃

My tech was Michael Voisine, very knowledgeable, accessible to nit so knowledgeable person such as myself about fixing my problem. He explained everything before and after. Sunshine did a whole house repipe and replaced my old water heater with a tankless. They came in cheaper than everyone else and finished the entire job in a day and a half. I even got a membership with them since they also so maintain hvac and electric. Highly recommend!

Sunshine installed a hot water heater. Installation was faulty, contacted them and they quickly sent out a tech and admitted there were problems. Sent two technicians out today and solved all the heater problems. Told us they would send someone out to clean up wall damage incurred on 1st visit. Shawn and Miguel were prompt and explained everything they corrected. It is wonderful in today's world to do business with a company that stands behind there work. If you need a plumbing company that you can rely on call Sunshine and ask for Shawn and Miguel.

Our experience with this company was below expectations. The electrician arrived significantly late, in a personal vehicle, and without the necessary tools. Although we were assured someone would be out today, we were contacted to reschedule again. When we voiced our concerns respectfully, the scheduler responded with an unprofessional attitude. They also sent an inaccurate message to the homeowner stating we were “unable” to schedule, when we had simply planned to call back after speaking with her. Overall, the communication and professionalism need improvement.

Thank you for your excellent service. What i thought was a plugged toilet unveiled a larger problem. I called in the morning Friday and a technician was able to come to our house in a few hours. Keven came and after investigating the problem soon. Found out it was a bigger problem than anticipated. Shortly after he contacted co workers and found our drainage field was the problem. Estimates were given, supplies were ordered and Monday after noon the problem was solved. They were professional and personable and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions. They gave excellent customer service and we will not hesitate to call them for all of our needs. They are an A+ for great service. Thank you to all of the crew that participated and did an outstanding job.

RJ is both an excellent and personable plumber. He did a great job fixing the double sink in my kitchen. Truth be told, I broke a pipe trying to "fix it". It seems with both sides alternately getting stopped up. I have asked he return to reconfigure the under sink spaghetti plumbing arrangement to make a lasting fix. RJ was efficient and fair with installation and pricing.

Village Plumber was very responsive, called if there was a change in schedule, and priced the work fairly. Clifford Chapman did excellent work, and he is gentleman and a pro. Couldn't recommend him enough. 5 stars all the way.

All I did was call for An emergency service to see what time and day they were available. They sounded very uninterested and asked if I can wait until next week when I said the drains were flooding in the bathrooms. I said no thank you I’m going to call and see who else is available tonight or tomorrow and then they proceeded to text me and harass me with sarcasm and an attitude because I didn’t want their service and I hung up on them. That’s very unprofessional and poor behavior on a personal level, as a business owner, who texts a lead with an attitude because they were not interested. Do better.

We called about a possible pipe repair emergency and were met with a very unprofessional business owner. He hung up the phone and then continued to send rude, sarcastic text messages to one of my staff. There was no reason for the attitude. This is not how a business should be run in our city. It’s a bad look and a disservice to other small businesses that actually treat people with respect. Would not recommend.

Premier Plumbing is the best plumbing Co that I have used. I had a emergency and they came out immediately. Corry was very professional and fixed all of the issues I had. Mandy just saved me alot of money... I had a slow draining sink problem which I was unable to clear with a 25 ft auger.... I called Pro Plumbers expecting to set up a service call and he told me if a 25 ft auger didnt work then a 50 ft or more probably wont either...he told me to try pouring alot of dish soap down the drain followed by alot of boiling water... it worked! I really appreciate his honesty and I will certainly be calling him for any future plumbing issues or projects!

A leak was discovered in my front yard. I called the company at around 8 PM. A technician arrived quickly. Melvin was very professional and honest. He presented me with several options, but without any pressure. I felt totally respected, unlike other companies that may try to take advantage.
