Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

They respond quickly, arrive on time and are keep us in the loop on all jobs. Dealing with buildings constructed in the 1960s, we have had big jobs and simple ones. He explained what my options were and how they differed and gave me quotes for both. He did the job which involved going up on the roof and he was efficient and effective and left the property as he found it. I’m very pleased.

This company is easy to work. In a short time, a major crack in our sewer pipe was repaired. My garden was not damaged and neither were the surrounding bushes. I was always kept up to date with what was going on. The employees have a great sense of courtesy and are always on time. They always texted me when they were coming. From the initial communication with Alex who responded quickly to my inquiries and was able to give me an easy, reasonable quote by phone and scheduled a prompt appointment to the technicians. Cullen and his assistant showed up on time, came in and were very professional and got the job done without any fuss. They were very competent with installing my new hot water tank. I was very confident in the job they were doing. No scare tactics, no upselling, no price gouging or hidden fees. Quite the difference from the other handful of companies that I called who either never called me back or sent out technicians to oversell and came up with astronomical quotes.
