We called Mr. Rooter after getting a quote to completely replace our sewer system from another company. The other company just up and left, and we had no toilets or any way to remove water from our house for the entire weekend. Jay showed up the next day and walked us through his entire plan. He cleared the clog in the drains, and then gave us the good news that we did not have to replace the entire sewer system afterall. Jay then went above and beyond to ensure the clog would be gone, which included going out into the street to ensure it was clear all the way out there. He showed me the camera that he put down the drain to prove it was all clear. I highly recommend Jay and Mr. Rooter. Also he came out on a Saturday, and made sure we were fully satisfied before he left.

​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the best plumber I have ever had! ​My whole apartment bathroom was completely screwed up—the bathtub was backed up sitting in six inches of water, the sink was clogged and leaking from the drain, and the toilet was literally floating on a broken flange. It was a total nightmare. ​Allen from Roto-Rooter came out today and completely saved the day. He replaced and fixed absolutely everything perfectly. Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but he is also hands-down the nicest, friendliest guy you could ever meet. Jay is extremely professional. He came out for an after hours visit to fix a whole house backup. He took the time to inspect everything before jumping in. Along the way he keep me informed and was transparent through the whole process. He made suggestions focused on the main issue and didn't try to oversell anything. I truly appreciate the work he did for my family!

Had them come to my wife’s place to lay some pipe. She’s happy, they also cleaned her gutters out real well. After all the work they did there was so much extra room I damn near fell in when taking a look! They had multiple guys on the job so I was able to sit in my chair in the corner out of the way and watch, very affordable despite the amount of workers on hand.

We had an old water heater start leaking. Called Ferran in Port Orange. They were able to schedule someone the very next morning. Young man named Matt came out. Yes, needed a replacement. Was only 21 years old. Got the $$ out of this one. He gave us the replacement price which we agreed to. Hooked up a hose to drain and immediately went to pick up the new one. Installed it quickly. Did such a professional job. I would definitely call them for your plumbing needs. Ask for Matt. You will not regret it.

Chris gave us transparency, honesty and over the top service. Benjamin Franklin was a thorough top of the line choice. We had to replace our tankless water heater from the original one when house was built 5 years ago because the original installer did not have the filter on the system, so everything was burned up. We also have had very hard, gritty water and decided to do the water softener all at the same time. Again, they were honest, transparent and not pushy/salesy. It was soooo appreciated!
