Robbie's Plumbing Service INC
14915 US-301, Dade City, FL 33523, USA
(813) 590-4623Robbie's was called at 7:30am. They arrived at 9:30am. Quick service! Immediately fixed a main water pipe to house. I kept adding jobs: undersink "J" pipes, clogged drain, new kitchen faucet. Craig was extremely patient, polite and efficient. He knows what he is doing!!!. Top of my list to use again.
3 months agoRobbie was hired to do an entire replumb of a mobile home. He did a partial amount of the work, I don't even think it was half, which happened to be the master bathroom and it was not done correctly. My floor got flooded twice with brown water because the slope on the pipes he installed was not good enough to pull everything down as it should have been. Then when it came to the other portion of the work that I prepaid for by the way, it just did not get done so I was ripped off for thousands. I also had to go through probably at least 20 delays. Excuses that ranged from relatives dying to being in the hospital or a traffic accident happened etcetera every excuse in the book. Then towards the end of things he would flat out make an appointment with me, not show up, not inform me that he wasn't showing up and when I reached out to him he would tell me he was on another job. So I asked him why are you at another job when you're supposed to be here and I get no good or legitimate answer, he got my money and blew me off. Then there was one thing and one thing only changed from the original plan, which was doing nothing more than adding one single pipe which was only something like 10 ft long and tying it into the rest of the system. it did not span the entire length of the mobile home or anything like that it was just a 10-foot section added and that single addition, he charged me I think it was $1,500 or $2,000 to add this one pipe. Which is one of the pipes that was not put in correctly. it was not at the right angle and everything backed up But he knew that I had already purchased the hot tub so I guess since he thought he had me by the balls he'd overcharge the crap out of me. I've now had work done by an actual Pro and everything works great and I will be proceeding with a lawsuit against Robbie's plumbing. I have also reported him to every agency I could find out there that had to do with fraud and scams. If anybody else has a situation like this, feel free to reach out to me and maybe we'll even get a class action thing going. You can find me on Google or Facebook and other social media with the same name I'm posting this under. I also want to point out that when researching his company there are two registered companies through sunbiz with two different addresses but the same Robert Westmoreland as owner, and both of those addresses are based out of either Dade City or plant City Florida. But if you look at the department of Business and professional regulation website he has an address registered in Chiefland Florida which is where I'm at and this incident occurred and it is this address that is tied to his license number. Since I will be sending him legal mail I had to figure all of this out and it looks to me like number one he's not updating the information on sunbiz as he should as a professional and number two I've seen similar situations and learned the hard way before that this is usually done purposely to cause confusion in a situation just like mine. Making things unclear and muddying the waters so that it's hard to even properly get ahold of the guy but he does still have the same phone number. There is also no Google listing like this for his Chiefland address. So everything on this listing and the other one is actually old and outdated but I'm still posting in hopes that people see it. His business listing on Google implies that this is a family-owned and operated business. However I'm a little unsure if that's true. Sometimes he had an assistant with him but this was not his son this was some hired help. Plus I just can't see his wife going along with what he did to me unless she's in on it also and likes to con and scam too. Happy holidays. Be careful everybody and check the better Business bureau for a credit to the companies through them which his company is not by the way
5 months agoDecided to work with Robbie’s Plumbing after calling upwards of 7 different plumbers and so glad we did! Professional office staff, quick turn-around time on a fair and reasonable estimate/job, and work completed professionally and pleasantly. Chris was well-versed and knowledgeable in installing our owner-supplied RO system at our kitchen sink, while making accommodations for future service with our limited under cabinet storage. He also installed our water softener and whole-home filter. When our softener loop wasn’t compatible with our system, he installed a drainage path directly under the utility sink in the pipes. Everything looks so nice and clean! So beyond happy with the work and my new filters!
2 years agoMajor Plumbing LLC
9021 McIntyre Rd, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA
(352) 556-4029Major Plumbing provided excellent overall service. Jeff was able to schedule my sewer camera inspection right away, which I really appreciated. Ed serviced the home and was punctual, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was very knowledgeable. He provided clear video footage along with detailed notes explaining everything. The pricing was reasonable, and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Major Plumbing.
3 months agoSo I told a friend of mine Friday morning I was having a clogged drain. He says I got a plumber. Dennis from Major Plumbing called gave me a phone number to the office. Told me to ask for Jeff will get you on the schedule ASAP. I said thank you call Jeff 🇮🇪 he says I’ll have somebody out by 4 o’clock that afternoon. The drain was so clogged the snake he had he ran out of snake. He says I’ll come back tomorrow morning. I’ll go up on the roof and go in through the vent Saturday morning by 10 o’clock John was back. He goes up on the roof goes through this through the vent drain gets unclogged by noon time he’s gone everything is done the amount of money I spent on drain cleaners trying to unclog. That was almost half of what they charged me. I should’ve just called them in the beginning and I would’ve saved myself $100 great price reasonable quick efficient thank you Major Plumbing.
2 months agoMy garbage disposal was not working. Chris, from Major Plumbing came out and said that my disposal was frozen. He unfroze it and started working again. He gave me some maintenance advice and did not charge me. Thank you Chris and Major Plumbing. Chis could have easily said that you need to replace the disposal and charge me a hefty bill. I now put my trust in Major Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs. I will let my friends know about Major Plumbing. Thank you.
2 months agoTim the Plumbing Pro Co
22068 Croom Rd Suite 21374, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA
(352) 496-9114I've had this plumbing company help me with a few different issues at my house. Every time, they showed up fast and did a great job with a friendly, professional attitude. Once, I had a sewer main backup and they quickly came out to use their water jetting equipment and cleared it out for a fair price. More recently, I had another sewer line blockage that made my shower fill up with water. Roger came out the very next day, checked the pipes with a camera, and cleaned things up without needing to use the water jet, which saved me some money. I also needed a toilet replaced, and they installed the one I bought myself with no problem, making sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m happy with their reliable service and reasonable pricing. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in Florida’s hot and humid weather.
3 months agoI recently needed to have my old water heater replaced and reached out to this plumbing company. Jared was fantastic from start to finish. He came out quickly, even after his regular work hours, to take a look at my situation. Jared gave me several options and quotes for both tankless and traditional water heaters, and shared helpful advice based on his plumbing experience. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance. A few days later, Jared returned and installed my new hot water heater, a Flow Tech anti-scale system, and a Blue carbon filter. The whole job was done efficiently and within a couple of hours. Everything works great and I’m really pleased with the quality of the installation. I also appreciated that the company offers a 10% discount for military and first responders, which is a nice touch. Some people mention that their prices might be a bit higher, but the excellent service and reliable work made it worth it for me. I’m extremely satisfied with the prompt response and professionalism from Jared and the team. Highly recommended for plumbing needs!
3 months agoI want to give a big thanks to Jared and Frederick for the great job they did installing my new water heater. When I first called, Jared picked up right away, gave me a clear estimate, and was able to set up a same-day appointment. They showed up right on time, introduced themselves with a friendly handshake and smile, and looked neat and professional. Jared and Frederick worked quickly and made sure everything was done right. Jared noticed a few things about my old water heater that weren’t up to code, and he explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that he fixed the issues without charging anything extra. Their honesty and professionalism stood out. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone in the area who needs reliable and friendly help with their plumbing.

5550 Broad St Suite 4856, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA
(352) 290-8610We first called Brooksville Rapid Commercial Plumbers LLC for a clogged drain at our place in Brooksville. Douglas arrived quickly and took the time to carefully check all of our plumbing, including the sewage pump and basin. He explained how everything worked together and made sure the pump was running smoothly. Douglas found the clog in our line and cleared it out efficiently, which solved the issue with water backing up into one of our showers. 3 months agoI had Douglas from Brooksville Rapid Commercial Plumbers LLC replace my old water heater with a new high-efficiency model. From the first visit for the quote to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. Douglas arrived on time, listened to what I needed, and clearly explained all my options for plumbing solutions. He also suggested a few changes to my original plan that ended up saving me money, which I really appreciated. I got quotes from a few other plumbing companies, but this one offered the best value and service. Scheduling the installation was easy, and the team that showed up was very professional and respectful of my property. The new water heater was installed quickly, and they made sure to clean up everything before leaving. I had a couple of follow-up questions after the installation, and they responded right away, even sending Douglas back out to double-check that everything was running smoothly. I'm extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the installation. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, skilled plumbers who know their stuff.
4 months agoAbsolutely fantastic plumbing company! Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, clear, and always willing to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. Douglas was very helpful, hardworking, and made sure to fix our leaky toilet and faucets with great care. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and there was never any pressure to buy extra services, which I really appreciated. Douglas did have to step out briefly to pick up some plumbing parts, but he returned quickly and finished the job, making sure to leave the area clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this plumbing service for anyone needing repairs or plumbing help. It’s clear they truly care about customer satisfaction and quality work.

2 years agoDrain Relief, LLC
9701 Spruce Ln, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, USA
(727) 303-2179I had a great experience with Jack and Lester from Drain Relief fixing a slab leak under my home. They recommended a company that was able to identify the leak location and completed the repair in less than a day. They left the area clean and repaired the foundation well. They charged me 1/3 of what a competitor offered. They were on time, had great communication, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them.
3 years agoI called Drain Relief for an emergency leak. They were out to my house within 25 minutes. Never the less it was outside regular hours of 9-5. They had all the repair and replacement parts on the truck and had my leak fixed within 15 minutes. I will use this company for all my future plumbing problems. I highly recommend this company. A++++++++++++++ Update... Had Drain Relief come out today to fix my leaky toilet. The showed up same day and fixed the issue. They even left my bathroom cleaner because they cleaned up after the leak and everything. Will continue to use this company they are great. A++++++++
3 years agoThe guys at Drain Relief are legit best in class. I received a call back immediately when I inquired online and had a tech on site the next day to walk me through the expense and scope of work. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing our water softener, they also fixed a few issues with piping that the two previous plumbers missed. Jack showed me the issues and I was very impressed with their diligence and focus on details. Overall, 5 stars, will be using them for any future needs for plumbing updates and HVAC work. Also- really fair rates.
5 years agoRapid House Plumbing
320 S Broad St STE 374, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA
(352) 290-4399Just when we were getting ready to leave for a long-awaited vacation, we noticed water pooling in our garage, right near the water heater. The water would dry up for part of the day, then come back again, so we knew we couldn’t ignore it. Plumbing problems always seem to happen at the worst times, but we decided to call Rapid House Plumbing before heading out of town. Brayden came by while we were away and quickly found the issue—it was the water heater. He not only installed a new water heater, but also set up a pan underneath, so if there’s ever another leak, any water will drain safely and not cause more damage or mold. Now, if we ever see water there again, we’ll know right away if the water heater is the problem. We’ve called on this team for several plumbing emergencies over the years here in Brooksville, and they’ve always done excellent work. They communicate clearly, are honest, and keep you updated as the job gets done. The prices for repairs have always been fair, and they’ve even helped us save money in the past. For example, a few years ago, our old water heater was leaking and Brayden suggested a repair instead of a full replacement, giving us a few more years before needing a new one. It’s rare to find such reliable, high-quality plumbing service these days. We’re grateful to have found it.
3 months agoRapid House Plumbing just finished replacing all three of my toilets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the work. Tracy did an excellent job installing each one, making sure they were steady and everything looked spotless when finished. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how friendly and professional Tracy was the whole time. A while back, Brayden came out to take care of some new plumbing issues under my sink. He was very thorough and left everything looking neat and tidy. He even repaired a broken pipe that I hadn’t used in years, and now it works perfectly. Brayden took his time to make sure the job was done right, and he was polite and clearly skilled. Whenever I call, someone answers right away and sends help quickly. The last time, a pinhole leak was found in my old copper pipe, and the repair was explained to me clearly before getting started. I even asked for an extra repair on the spot, and it was handled without any problem. The plumber had all the right parts and tools in the truck, and made sure everything worked before leaving. Every time I use this company, the service is smooth and reliable. The team is always professional and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber. I’ll be calling again for future projects!
3 months agoThis is the second time we've had plumbing work done at our home in Brooksville, and both times have been excellent. The team is always reliable and professional. When our water heater started leaking, they quickly gave us a fair estimate and explained all the details about the costs and permits. Tracy was extremely friendly and made sure we understood everything. The installation was finished in under two hours, and they took extra care to protect our furniture and walls. We're very happy with the service and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

4 weeks agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Macon, Florida
When a drain backs up in your Macon home, you don't have time to wait around for a callback. The humid Florida climate can quickly turn a minor clog into a major sanitary issue, especially during the rainy season. Our service takes the guesswork out of finding reliable help by instantly filtering through local professionals who are ready to work.
We understand that Macon residents value efficiency and transparency. That's why we don't just provide a list of names; we actively verify 24-hour availability. We reach out to the plumbers in our network to ensure they have the specific equipment needed for your situation—whether it's a simple kitchen sink clog or a complex sewer line blockage—before you ever pick up the phone.
Common Drain Issues in Macon, Florida
Sandy Soil Infiltration: Due to the sandy nature of Florida soil, it is common for sediment to enter outdoor drainage systems or even cracked underground pipes, creating dense blockages that require professional clearing.
Tree Root Intrusion: Macon’s beautiful, fast-growing landscape means tree roots are constantly seeking moisture. These roots often find their way into sewer lines, causing significant backups and potential pipe damage that standard snakes can't fix.
Mineral Buildup: Many areas in Florida deal with hard water. Over time, calcium and magnesium deposits build up inside your pipes, narrowing the passage and making it easier for hair and soap scum to create a total blockage.
Heavy Rain Overload: During the intense Florida downpours, Macon’s local drainage systems can become overwhelmed. If your home's exterior drains or gutters are clogged with debris, it can lead to water backing up into your foundation or lower-level fixtures.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Macon, Florida
Before the summer rainy season hits, ensure your exterior area drains and gutters are clear of leaves and debris to prevent water from backing up into your home.
In the peak of the Florida heat, avoid pouring fats or oils down the kitchen sink, as the warmth can cause them to travel further into your pipes before solidifying and creating a deep clog.
Take advantage of the mild Macon winters to have a professional camera inspection performed on your main sewer line, especially if you have large oak trees on your property.
If you are heading out of town for a vacation, flush your drains with hot water and a bit of vinegar to prevent stagnant water from causing odors in the humid weather.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Macon, Florida
Pricing for drain cleaning in Macon varies based on the location of the clog and the technology required. A simple snake service is on the lower end, while advanced hydro-jetting or main line clearing typically falls on the higher end.
