I called Wayne for a drain clog after normal business hours. Because it dealt with my only toilet in the house I needed it looked at that evening. Wayne was there in 45 minutes, and had my problem fixed in less than an hour. I was blown away by his knowledge, and professionalism, and he has now gained a customer for life! Wayne was incredible. The laundry machine and sinks through out the house were all backed up with gross water. Wayne fixed things quickly after assessing the situation, was wonderful with my dog, and even educated me a bit on the pipework throughout (my new own) house. Can't recommend his service enough.

Wayne went above and beyond with his service to fix an emergency situation that occurred over the holidays. He was insistent that he was going to get everything sorted no matter how inconvenient the timing was for his personal schedule. Mr. David himself came out to install a drain field and septic tank and did a fantastic job extremely happy with the work that was done. Not once but twice Dalton came to the rescue. We had an old sewer line break apart and it was nasty. Within 45 minutes he arrived. Dalton was fast, professional and jovial. He was very honest about every step and discussed cost before taking action. The next day he rescued us from a major clog in the line as well, that he had previously warned me about. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, both times. Saved our business for the day.

We had a reoccurring issue with our septic. The initial job was done by a different company and this time we were guided to get a plumber. So that's what we did! Prime Plumbing and Septic responded quickly and seamlessly got us scheduled. The communication between the client (us), the office and field techs is A+! We were texted when the appointment was made and then again when a tech was on their way and included pictures and name of the tech. We had four techs involved in our underground issue: Tarrance, Brandon, Alex and Pierce. A camera was run through the pipes and we we were kept updated the entire time. Each tech was professional, informative and super polite and nice. Not to mention their experience was obvious. When the job was done they cleaned up and thanked us! We received our invoice in email form that included images of the work performed. I mean wow! They are now my new plumber and septic people. Thank you!

Technician Marcus with Ross Plumbing came out the very same day we had called and did an excellent and fast job installing new piping from an unexpected water pipe break. We had a major issue at our office with our plumbing and we called around to get someone quickly. Marcus returned our call, got us scheduled first thing the next morning and did a great job and cleared up the matter. Cost was less than anticipated so we were thoroughly happy! They came to flush and clean our on-demand water heater. He did a good job but parked in the driveway blocking my entrance to the garage and then was on the phone so didn’t move for a few minutes. I wish he’d parked on the street like everyone else does. Other than that, good job

I cannot recommend Austin the Plumber enough! We had them work on 2 major projects at our home recently. First, we were informed by the City Water Department that our water usage had gone up considerably & that we probably had a leak. I contacted Austin the Plumber in the morning & they came out that same day. They discovered that we had several leaks in the pipes under our house. Austin explained our options & solutions. Due to the age of our house & old cast iron pipes, we chose to have the house re-piped thru the attic. Not long after we had the pipes done, we discovered we also had problems with the sewer pipe under the house. Austin and his crew were back out & discovered that the sewer pipe was caving in & had tree roots invading. We had to have our homes concrete slab trenched so they could remove the old sewer & install new lines. Austin and his crew were so professional & knowledgeable. They worked evenings & weekends to get the job done and to make sure we weren't displaced for too long. They were respectful of our time, our property and our financial situation. The whole crew was so friendly - it felt like we had actual friends working on our home. They made sure everything was fixed and done to our satisfaction. And they even cleaned up after themselves. Even though we were in a horrible situation with our home, we felt like we were in the best possible hands with Austin the Plumber and crew.

We’ve called on Austin the Plumber so many times since buying our house! He’s always diligent about explaining our options, does excellent work, and hires fantastic staff. Today’s job was rebuilding our leaking tub faucet system, and it looks great! The team was here within the window given, finished the work in a few hours, and made sure we knew not to turn anything on for 24 hours to let the caulk dry. We’re very pleased

They did a great job. Explained everything that they were going to do. Good prices for the amount of work. We're prompt on getting here when they said they would. Very easy to deal with. Hopefully I would need to call them again but if I need a plumber I will be calling them instead of anyone else.

Our toilets and shower backed up this morning. This is a problem that has come and gone over the last 8 years. My husband worked on it for 3 hours with no luck. I looked online for a plumber and came across Charlie's. His reviews were all fantastic and positive. I called him and explained the problem. He quoted me two prices on the phone for depending what it would take to fix it. He came to my house immediately and within minutes figured out and fixed the problem! Charlie is a nice man and knows what he is doing. The price for his work was more than fair! We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him! Thank you Charlie!

Poor customer service. Had a Kohler toilet installed in October 2023. Had to replace the gasket in 2024, 2 weeks out of warranty and they charged me full price to replace it. The toilet is running again and when I called to ask about why this was happening I was told “we don’t know but we can replace it and since it is out of warranty, I would pay full price.” I think they sold me a lemon or they don’t know how to replace a gasket properly. I had to call a new plumber.
