Had an amazing experience. Well, as amazing of an experience you can have when you have a blockage in your main line septic! These guys came out the same day, were extremely friendly and helpful, and provided solutions so that I wouldn’t continue to have any problems. Mr. Daniel was able to locate and diagnose the issue almost immediately. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He even took the time to draw a makeshift map in the sand of my drain layouts, very impressive and doesn't mind getting dirty. My definition of a TRUE PLUMBER (respectfully) I would highly recommend this team.

Ricky & Preston were outstanding! They were on time, friendly and professional. They came out for a blocked washer drain that another company had quoted us $6800 to replace. They did a great job today. Due to the way my home was constructed, the outside hose was more difficult to repair than usual. They removed just enough of the siding and the insulation to gain access to all the necessary parts. Then, they added and replaced everything needed, both inside and out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable, and they made everything easy to understand. They would be my first choice for any future projects.

Fantastic service. Cassie answered both my calls on the first ring and was able to get an emergency service scheduled in 20 minutes, at the end of the day when our toilet started overflowing water as the washing machine was draining. Julio came onsite and went right to work, explaining and showing me the issues along the way with the scope, and the best options to resolve it. He removed the root blockage and showed me the cleared pipe. Through talking he even identified that our pressure was incredibly high causing more issues, and installed a pressure reducing valve the next day. We had a great experience with Before You Dig. He was very informative, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He unclogged two sinks and had everything done within about an hour. What really stood out was how helpful he was beyond just fixing the issue. He took the time to explain what not to put down the kitchen sink, especially helpful since Thanksgiving was coming up shortly after. That kind of practical advice goes a long way and shows he actually cares about helping homeowners prevent future problems. What I can say is that the work was done efficiently and professionally. One small but very meaningful detail: we’re a shoeless house, and he brought his own shoe covers. He put a camera through the exterior clean out and explained what we were looking at.
