After my original frantic call, Joe turned up next morning as promised and went about the not so easy task of cleaning the sewer line. I live in an older house, so it was very reassuring that Joe lives and works in the area and he was experienced in dealing with an older house and plumbing system. After clearing the blockage, he also used a camera to map out where the sewer line was through our and 2 neighborhood properties. I was really pleased at the great service he provided and he is definitely at the top of my list to call if I have any other plumbing needs.

We had a waterline break in our master bathroom and called Joe. He agreed to add us to his other appointments even though he knew it would be late when he got to us. He came out to the house that evening and stayed until after 9:00pm when the repair was finished. He is very professional, very pleasant to deal with and we are very happy with the work he did.

He explained everything thoroughly and suggested some potential future projects to help with some issues may arise in the future with the way my house was plumbed. Having problems with my thermostat. Preston came out within one day, extremely pleasant called me when he was on his way. Also the office called to let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgeable kind sweet man checked my thermostat, the unit inside and out determined that the thermostat was the issue . Replaced it with a new one. Air-conditioning is working great now! Between their honesty, integrity, being helpful and friendly Pena deserves all the stars. Desire was so helpful, patient and kind, explaining my options to repair my tankless water heater. She walked me through each scenario and never made me feel like my questions were a bother. She is lovely. I’ve used Pena before and both Mike and Melba were the same. I’d recommend them 100 times over. So much so that o opted to replace my tankless water heater versus repair as I truly believe they will help me repair it in the future and I’m confident in them upholding my warranty.

du all plumbing was so accomodating.....they cleaned out my tank three times for the price of once because through no fault of their own, my drain field had clogged up ......then they were able to do all permitting and surveys and then came out and did a great professional job of new field and inspection before covering...... The service man, Dimitri, did the job quickly and effectively, and recommended the appropriate follow up based on our needs. Dimitri was also polite and in service to the customer.

I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking. I was referred to Cleary by a good friend. I gave them a call this morning, and they told me the window of time to expect a visit. Shortly after the call ended, I received a call from the office asking if they could send someone out in the next 30 minutes. Perfect! Dhidson AKA "Dee" came out and did his inspection of the water heater. There were some valves that needed to be repaired, and Dee was okay with making those repairs today as well. Great service, and Dee wasn't bothered by all my questions.

I’ve had two experiences with this company. One was emergent, and it was my first experience. On time, polite reasonably priced for the issue used quality materials. My second service was with a different technician, but the same quality was present. Though the scheduled time got pushed back several hours once they arrived, they completed the task of finding my leak solving the problem necessary to meet code. I’m not sure I can ask anything more of people than to be qualified in their trade, efficient in their time and reasonable in their price.

Had emergency on a Sunday with water heater. WH wiring was sparking and smoking - very scary. Needed a plumbing company that would do emergency weekend calls. Found Cleary plumbing online after researching reviews. From start to finish Clearly Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Richie the service tech showed up ready to help and extremely knowledgeable. Richie turned off the WH breaker so I was safe from a possible fire starting. Got all the information he needed to be ready for the install of the new WH next day. I got very lucky with first appointment next day. Richie arrived on time with his helper David. Both men were polite, efficient they never stopped working until the job was completed. I rent the owner thought the estimate was high(I did not)but I told the owner Cleary Plumbing estimate was worth every penny. I’m telling everyone who needs a plumbing to use Cleary.

The intake discussion was quick and efficient and the service operator was smart and professional. Then, they were able to come out on the same day and the service technician was on time. Finally, we really liked the service technician, Bob David Torres. He was friendly, knowledgeable snd thorough. We appreciated his timeliness and professionalism. We had never used Flamingo before but we will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to all.

Most recently, Jordan Leone worked on the main cold water line and valve to my condo. What is typically a complicated repair was handled smoothly and with real expertise. Because the job required shutting down the riser, I had to coordinate HOA approval within a specific time window, and Jordan ensured the work was completed seamlessly during that period. The customer service team at Flamingo Plumbing was also extremely helpful in scheduling everything appropriately and keeping the process on track. My drain line between my kitchen and the primary "cleanout" became clogged backing up water into my kitchen sink. I contacted Charlie Swain Plumbing this morning, and after juggling their schedule, they were able to schedule me for same day service. The technician arrived on time, was professional and personable, and fixed the issue. His work product was very clean!!! First time using Charlie Swain Plumbing, and I will certainly use them again!!!

For years, we’ve used Charlie Swain. So I called as always and I was given two options either do it ourselves or spend $1100 and have them do it. Oh my God are they kidding me so I had another company come out immediately and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Charlie Swain, you should take your name off the business because the new owner is not doing your name any justice at all! If I could’ve done less than one star I would have!!!

I contacted this company for an estimate to run a new gas line for my kitchen. The technician came out promptly, took measurements, and discussed the job details, mentioning that someone from the office would get back to me with an estimate. After a week with no response, I called the office and spoke with a woman who was careless and unresponsive. She assured me I would receive the estimate within 2-3 weeks. Despite understanding they might be busy, a month passed with no communication. When I called again, the office was surprised they hadn’t gotten back to me and transferred me to someone else. He was unapologetic about the delay, blaming it on an issue between the field technician and the office, and promised the pricing by the next morning. Days passed with no response, and my calls and voicemails went unanswered. I’m glad they aren’t the only service provider in the area, but future clients should be aware of their poor communication and lack of professionalism. As someone in a similar trade, I know this is not how you provide service.

Excellent plumber. I had valve problems and clogging problems under my kitchen sink after the city changed the water meter. My tech was Musa. He was awesome! He fixed everything quickly and correctly, and didn't make any mess. All at a fair price. My sink works great again. Thank you, Musa and Ward's!

I had a water heater and a couple of other plumbing jobs done by Ward's Plumbing last week, and they did an excellent job. The plumber, Musa, was right on time and very efficient. He completed each job with care and was very careful to clean up very well (my wife took note of that). I even heard him humming a few times as he worked. (a rare thing these days). Their price was fair and I will certainly call them with my next plumbing need. I highly recommend them.

After my lawn service damaged the main water line l called Ward plumbing. They We're at my home the next day. The the teck Who came and surveilled the Damage and found the leak quickly. He dug up the ground and found which place needed to be replaced. He was very experienced and professional and got the job done quickly.
