This is our second time using K&R Plumbing for a home repair job. As new homeowners, it can be challenging to find reliable and trustworthy companies to handle various home issues. Chris Portz, did an exceptional job. We had an issue with a blockage in the main sewer line. He was courteous and transparent about the work and pricing. He also took the time to explain everything to us. He did the job quickly and kept everything clean. We will always choose K&R Plumbing for any plumbing problems we encounter. Highly recommended!

These guys are GREAT! Chris Portz was sent out to assist me with my water not draining. he took the time to explain everything it could possibly be, and diagnosed the issue thoroughly. I would recommend Jorge and the Plumbing Response Team to everyone. They were very responsive even at 10PM at night. They said they would be at my house at 7:30AM and they showed on early to fix our main clog. THEY ARE THE BEST!

I was very impressed by the service I received 3 days ago. The recent freeze in Orlando caused a water pipe to break, forcing me to turn off our water. About 90 minutes after I called, Jorge was at our home and fixed the pipe. He also provided advice for me when I asked about replacing our water softener system. Jorge was extremely courteous and professional. He will be the first person I call for any plumbing issues.

Marcos came in today to help with a plumbing/pipe issue. He was very professional and courteous. He did everything he could to losen an old pipe valve but had to end up cutting into our closet wall. I appreciate that he explained all the options and tried to resolve it before having to do the last resort.

The owner Carlos and his crew are super professional and organized, but the main thing is that Carlos is a man of his word and he is super responsive to any inquiries even after hours. This company is fantastic! They were so quick to respond and they got the job done fast. We had a leak in the drain pipe to the washing machine. The pipe was in such bad shape it had to be replaced. They got it done within a hour and a half and even hooked up my new washing machine to run it and make sure there was no leak! Wonderful people and outstanding service.

We recently used JR Champions Plumbing! From the moment we called, the office staff was professional and courteous. The technicians arrived on time and took the time to properly evaluate the issue instead of rushing into a quick temporary fix. What I appreciated most was that they actually diagnosed the problem thoroughly. They checked other fixtures to make sure it wasn’t a bigger drainage issue and explained exactly what they were seeing before giving an estimate. The service call fee was clearly explained upfront as a diagnostic fee, which is standard in the plumbing industry. As a property owner, I value companies that take the time to do things correctly and stand behind their work with warranty. Based on our experience, they operate with professionalism and integrity. My wife and I own an Air Bnb and a tenant of ours called about a clogged toilet. We were unable to get to the property quickly so we turned to JR champions Plumbing to go and check it out. The service call was $90 and we assumed that they would try some simple fixes like plunging it or possibly using a toilet auger but neither of those things were done. They simply tested all the other faucets and toilets, took pictures of the clogged toilet and said this seems to be the only issue. They then proceeded to tell me that they would have to remove the toilet and snake the drain and that it would cost $511 over and above the $90 that we had to pay for the service call. I told them they were out of their minds and asked them to leave. I had to leave my day job early to rush out there and simply plunge the toilet to free the clog. I believe a service call should include simple attempts to resolve situations rather than charge you for the worst case scenario. I’m quite certain that had I paid the $511 they would have then simply plunged the toilet and left. Pretty shady practices if you ask me. I generously gave two stars because the receptionist I spoke with was kind and they were on time.

Great AC maintenance work performed by Haney Samuel. He was very thorough and clearly explained all current and possible future issues with the system. Including recommendations for each issue. Maintenance’s work was timely completed and UV lights were installed to prevent mold and bacteria in the HVAC system.

We had Mechanical One install a Tesla Level 2 charger at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made everything easy. Zach our installer, was fantastic—friendly, on time, and explained every step without making it complicated. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and neat. You can tell he knows his stuff. If you’re thinking about a home charger, we can’t recommend Mechanical One enough—and definitely ask for Zach!

Outstanding customer service by Keegan. Totally professional courteous and I think one of the best technicians I’ve ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable explained to me every question that I had. Went straight to work without missing a beat took care of my water heaters heating elements like a true professional. He arrived earlier than expected, and honestly left sooner than I expected. It is hard to find a company this responsive with such great technicians. I have had First Quality Plumbing come by my home for two separate issues. I wish I remembered the first technician's name, but he was really honest and checked for warranties on my home before doing any work on my water heater that was leaking in my garage. He was able to reduce my bill by doing so. Additionally, he installed a Pressure Valve on my home, which keeps my home safe from potential future damages. Recently, I had Jacob come by to service a small leak we were having in one of our bathrooms that found its way under our floors. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was incredibly friendly. He also tried to lower my bill, but the system wouldn't let him reduce it. I actually really appreciate that two separate technicians tried their best to keep the price as low as possible.

Our hot water heater quit and we called Sat. scheduled for Monday. Jason came out at scheduled time and we had hot water again within 2 hours. His work was efficient and experienced. He was friendly and respectful. The office staff was helpful and respectful and got us scheduled and apprised of the job. We have every confidence in this business. We had a second job with Jason on Tuesday. He noticed something not right with one of the gas lines. As promised he was prompted and completed the job efficiently and skilled.

I called This company because I'm also a Veteran. My brother in Davenport had a lift station in downstairs bathroom where the LS cast iron pump was old and eventually gave out. I called Matthew and his crew. After a few long trips out here to my brothers, American Veteran Plumbing finally remedied the issue with a new cast iron pump.
