I’m so happy I made that post on the ring app asking for plumbers because if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have known about Pipe Heroes. Michael was able to quickly diagnose and fix problems that others couldn’t fix in the past. We are so happy with the work that was done. He is punctual, considerate during baby’s naptime, and kept everything clean. He’s really knowledgeable about a wide range of products and offers customer specific advice. We trusted him to pick out our shower heads, toilet, kitchen faucet, and eventually a reverse osmosis system. He chose really great products while taking price into consideration. He permanently fixed an outdoor hose connection that we had others try to repair in the past. You won’t be disappointed.

Abraham answers his phone directly when you look up his company’s number and call. I witnessed this even when he was working on my job. He’s a hands-on owner who also conducts the work with Is Apprentice Julio and they do top-notch work for a fair price. There was no weight or paperwork or bureaucracy. I called him, answer the phone, came the next day gave me a quote, came the following day and the job was done. He does business on a handshake in his word, and it is quite refreshing. Also, he’s a deep source of knowledge and can answer most questions that you may have regarding plumbing at your house. He’ll tell you the best way to go, the most affordable, And all for a fair price. I I am so happy now that I’ve bought this house that I have a plumber. I can rely on for any of my needs now and in the future.
