Garrett was our plumber. I highly recommend this young man and the company he works for. He not only knew exactly what to do, he is respectful, confident and knowledgeable in his field. He had our new toilet installed and even cleaned out both our bathroom sink drains within an hour. This is our second service with Cypress plumbing. Our first service we had a reverse osmosis system installed. They do eccellent work and they will be my go-to company for my plumbing needs.

Office staff, Kelly was extremely unprofessional by taking our personal number from the office line and choosing to text to communicate from her personal cell phone instead of using proper business etiquette by utilizing email or phone calls. She needs to have office/business etiquette training. We will not be using cypress plumbing again as we requested service on a Monday and they were not out until days later but quick to send a $150 invoice for a simple clogged drain.

They came the same day and fixed our leaking. Since we have not heard and noise or seen any leaking water. They were affordable as well. I will be using them on all my future plumbing projects and unforseen events that may happen. Thank you

My main sewer line clogged. Called CFL Sewer and Drain. Richard from CFL show up to my house in less than 45min. He was able to find the cause of the blockage in less than 2 min using his sewer line inspection camera. He snaked out the line removing the blockage. All drain lines in the house are now draining properly. Would highly recommend CFL

The service person was punctual, pleasant to work with. Inspite of the difficult diagnosis of the problem, he guided us step by step and completed the job nicely.

I had a good meeting with Chris concerning my backflow preventer problem. The only issue I have is talking to my neighbor who had his replaced last year for 200 dollars and also talking to other contractors who quoted 400 dollars. I feel that 760 dollars is price gouging!!

One thing I do like about Iceberg Home Services Is the communication. From the time you call to set up an appointment, they send you a detailed text message with all of your technician’s information & experience including a picture of your technician. I also like that they try to keep you with the same Technician. I believe that’s important because it keeps them familiar with your property & AC unit. I have found that sometimes its difficult to explain the exact issue or what maybe going on, but if the technician is already familiar with your unit then it’s a lot easier for them to find the problem. Our technician Jorge is always in a great mood & gets right to work no time wasted & we appreciate that. He also lets us know when he has arrived & informs us he’ll call shortly with the diagnosis. Just like the company he has always had good communication with us about any questions or concerns we may have. The only downside that I have come across is there has now been two separate times that I have found a quote for work on our unit for almost 1/2 the price & for us that is important. Victor plumbing was wonderful! Logan came out and was super fast and efficient, walked us through what he was doing and made us feel very assured that our septic was in good hands. Our 13-year-old, 40-gallon water heater was starting to show signs of aging and capacity limitations. After a quick online search for vendors in the area, I came across Plumbing Solutions, a company with plenty of positive reviews. Before calling them, I researched hybrid water heaters that could significantly upgrade our current unit, and I found Bradford White. Bradford White is an American-made water heater that requires a professional installer. Fortunately, Plumbing Solutions was listed as an approved licensed installer, which reinforced my decision to contact them. Within a day, David Pellot (Master Plumber) arrived at our house to discuss options. After about 15 minutes of conversation, we decided to request quotes for the 65-gallon and 80-gallon models from Rheem and Bradford White for comparison. They provided four quotes within a couple of days (possibly sooner, as I had some issues with email). Due to the hybrid water heater, additional PVC drain lines needed to be installed through our exterior concrete wall. The costs for these larger hybrid water heaters, along with labor, were in line with other estimates I had seen in the area. David, with over 45 years of plumbing experience—beginning in New York—impressed me with his confidence in their ability to do the job right. On the morning of the scheduled installation window (8:00 - 10:00 a.m.), Reynaldo Cruz and another gentleman arrived exactly at 8:00 a.m.! I spoke with them briefly and then allowed them to focus on their work. I periodically checked in, both in case they needed anything and out of curiosity. Before long, the new, large 80-gallon Bradford White AeroTherm G2 Hybrid Water Heater was in place, and they were replacing all the visible water lines to better accommodate the much larger unit. The only unforeseen expense was an additional charge for redoing the electrical whip so that it would reach the far right side of the water heater. They did a great job and charged me $150 for that work; I don't remember the exact amount, but an electrician would likely charge more. Total cost was around $6,500, but will last 15-20 years, if not more. After everything was installed, they discussed additional details about the unit, such as how effectively it would remove humid, hot air from the garage during the summer, which essentially cools off the space—awesome! I thanked them for a job well done and commented on how neatly the new lines were installed, which I truly appreciated. It was easy to download the Bradford White app and connect to the unit. Now, we enjoy hotter water that won’t run out during back-to-back usage! Additionally, the Bradford White option ended up being hundreds less than the equivalent Rheem option and is reputed to be the best! And before I forget, the lovely lady who would always answer the phone when I had a question or submitting payment, was always upbeat, patient, and kind! I believe Hannah was her name.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this company. I had a nightmare experience with several other companies who broke promises and failed to fix my gas water heater for over ten days. I was beyond frustrated until I luckily found this company. After hearing about my situation, they scheduled an appointment right away. The technician, Ray, was clearly an expert. He was incredibly skilled and professional. What other companies couldn't resolve in 2-3 weeks, Ray finished in less than half a day. I now fully trust this company. One of the best Plumbing Services I've ever worked with. I had gas run into my kitchen for a gas stove & they were excellent. The job was scheduled & completed within a week. They worked so I wouldn't be without a stove over the weekend. They were on time, quick, and reasonably priced. Will use again if ever need plumbing service.
