We just moved and the people before us never got the problem fixed with the clogs and so we were worried it was gonna be a problem with having so much build up, it was gonna cost a arm and a leg and take a couple hours to get it done but we called Dee-Rooter and right from the start Mindy was extremely sweet and got us set up with a time and they came out even earlier than expected. When Eli got here, he was very professional and pleasant. He gave us a reasonable price and it was the best price compared to other companies we had contacted. He got right to work and explained everything perfectly about what he was doing and how it all worked. It was such a quick and easy process and i would definitely recommend anyone who’s having plumbing trouble to you guys! Thank you so much!

Had an issue with my shower on the day after Thanksgiving. Was fortunate to find these guys after being either turned down because there were NO appointments or told it would be after hours or weekend rates. The receptionist was very kind and told me she would have someone there in an hour. Eli was the person who arrived and i explained to him that i was really hoping the repair wouldnt be too pricey and the first thing he told me is he would do whatever he could to help me out on the price ans he called his supervisor and immediately got me a discounted rate. He was able to pick up the part and repair it in around 90 minutes. Very kind gentleman, very polite, efficient and was even kind to my dog. I would definitely recommend these guys. Fair, honest and decent which is what all businesses should be. Ask for Eli, he does great work.

We had a major repair that needed to be done and Eli came out to give me an estimate. He arrived exactly when promised and made a very thorough assessment of the situation. They were able to come back the very next day and do the work! His entire crew was very respectful and professional and arrived on time. The work was completed and we were up and running with minimal disruption. We were expecting company for the holidays and it was a Christmas miracle that Dee-Rooter plumbing was able to do the job so quickly. Everyone I dealt with from the guys digging the trench, to Mindy in the office, was friendly, professional and polite. I cannot express how grateful we are to everyone and we will not hesitate to call Dee-Rooter for any further plumbing issues.

I've been using Premier Plumbing for the past 6 months as I remodel an older home. From major planned projects like replumbing the bathrooms to urgent weekend call for a leak under my sink....every time they are fast, professional and good. Plus, their prices are reasonable! I've used a number of their plumbers including Dane (who helped inspect a complex clog before I purchased the property) and Kyle (who quickly fixed another plumber's mistake) and every one of the guys are fabulous. Most recently, I've worked with Ron who answers calls and schedules the team. He is a sweetheart, extremely responsive and friendly. I use lots of local businesses on the various projects at my remodel but Premier is hands down one of the best. I would give more than 5 Stars if I could!

They did an awesome job! Our plumbing under the sink started leaking. They were quick to respond when we needed it. Chris and Logan were professional and they made sure the job was done right. They were really quick too! Highly recommend Premier! Their name says it all!

They were friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. They kept me up to speed on their progress and even fixed other issues they discovered as they completed the job. The person I talked with to schedule appt was very professional and informative so a good feeling right to begin with. David showed up and efficiently fixed the sink leak and replaced water line to the fridge while also being very personable and friendly. Cost was very fair. Appreciated getting the text with his name and picture when he was on the way there. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issue.

Steve was thorough, courteous, professional, and he inspired confidence in the maintenance today. The service provided today was well worth the cost. He took extra steps to make sure my HVAC system was working properly. He knows what he’s talking about and made his recommendations very clear and understandable.

We had Steve come out to quote us on replacing our current air conditioner. He gave us several options after looking over our current system to make sure it actually needed to be replaced. Steve has the ability to sit down and discuss with the customer what is in the best interest of the customer. He approached this with respect and quality. Most people don’t take the time to do that in their daily life. I thank Steve for his professionalism and patience.

Called AA Plumbing on a Friday afternoon due to a leak we were having and they sent a plumber out right away, even though it was almost 5. Other companies wanted to charge an insane amount to come out so late, but they didn’t. He got it done quickly and at a fair price. I will certainly be calling them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I recently hired Quality Plumbing of Gainesville and had an 5-star experience with Andrew McNally. He was incredibly professional, efficient, friendly, and thorough. He disconnected all the under-sink apparatus, including the garbage disposal and had everything replaced after my new kitchen countertops were installed on the following day. He also went beyond his work to help me removed the refrigerator from the kitchen. He took great care in his work, leaving the area cleaner than he found it. Quality plumbing is exactly what they provide. I was lucky enough to have Nick K. as our technician and I could not have asked for a better individual to help us with our problem. Pretty bad experience with this company, They came recommended by a friend, but my experience was pretty bad. Long story short We had a water heater go bad At our rental . Called these jokers out. Problem number one took out the old water heater which was working just not well. Only to find out that the guy didn’t measure to find out if the water heater that he had on his truck would fit in the closet where the old water heater was at. Which it did not, So my tenant had to wait two days for hot water because they didn’t have the one they needed in stock. Problem number two when they finally got the water heater in when installing the water heater and wired it up, they didn’t pay attention to the new voltage requirements, which did not meet with the current electrical that was there. Which one they installed it it tripped the breaker Thank God it did because when the electricians came out, they said, had the breaker not tripped it would’ve just fried the wires in the wall And burned down my rental property. Finally got the right electrical They came back out and installed the water heater. My Tenant was without hot water for five days no apology no offer of a discount They had no problem asking for the full price With no remorse. I think this company is horrible and I would advise anybody in the Gainesville area to stay away.

These guys are horribly unprofessional and a ripoff. Called them a few weeks ago for an emergency call. Waited all day for them and received a call late in the day saying they had to reschedule. Was far too late to get anyone else and everywhere else was booked for days! Needless to say after 3 days of back and fourth we finally got someone out who quoted us $1,100 to fix it. We got a second opinion from a different professional who fixed it for $475 the next day! I was informed Benjamin Franklin Plumbing works on commission so they do whatever they can to jack up the price! Also Google shows them accredited through the BBB, that is a lie and I suggest you check them as they are chock full of complaints about this company. Do NOT USE!

First of all, let me say that on previous occasions, I used BFP , was very happy with the service (Cynthia Northrup was my tech for those calls), and thought that I had found my go-to plumbing company in this area. However, on 12/30/25, I had a service call to check why my fairly new shower had reduced pressure and the water wasn't as hot as it had previously been, and I also wanted to get a water softener. The plumber that came, Eddie, said that he would have to replace the cartridge. I explained that we had already done that, twice, with no change in the pressure or temperature of the water and, in fact, the last cartridge replacement was done less than a month ago. He insisted that he had to do that, so I said that I had a new cartridge that Moen had sent me. He replaced the cartridge, using the one that I had, and, as I had stated before, there was no change whatsoever. He then took down the shower head and exclaimed "I found it" and handed me a round piece of plastic (a flow restrictor) with an X-shape inside that was crusted with white mineral deposits (we have very hard water in Newberry, which was why I also had requested a water softener estimate). After putting the shower head back on, he informed me that my bill would be $429! When I asked why on earth taking out that flow restrictor would cost that much, he said that the bill should have been over $500 for changing the cartridge, but he "gave me a discount" because I had the part. I said that it DIDN'T NEED a cartridge, and that I had told him that before he started! He said that it was actually his "expertise" that I was paying for. It goes without saying that I was very upset! He then handed me a form on his I-Pad to sign saying that I agreed before the work was done on the estimate. When I said that he had never given me an estimate, he said that he couldn't, since he didn't know what was wrong, but that I had to sign it. Grudgingly, I signed his form and paid the bill. I called the office the following morning and spoke to Patty, explaining the previous day's fiasco. She said that she would have the manager call me back. I haven't heard from him since, even though I allowed time, knowing that it was a holiday weekend. At this point, on 1/13/26, I feel that I should have been contacted by the manager, and that to charge me $429 for miscellaneous (which was the job description on the emailed receipt) is highway robbery and downright unethical. 2/3/2026- As per the instructions received from the owner following my review, I emailed customersuccess@serviceminds.com, so that, in your words " we can address this issue and ensure you receive the service you deserve." Here we are, two weeks later, and I have not received any answer or follow up. I must conclude that your email indicating that this could be rectified was no more than an attempt to negate a bad review and make it APPEAR that you actually care about your customers.

Kempton was recommended by my neighbor who recently had to have her whole house re-plumbed. I was in the same situation with a slab leak. Cory arrived on time and was able to complete the entire job in two days. His crew worked diligently covering every detail. Cory went above and beyond to reconnect my water service quickly and even replaced my leaky shower faucets without damaging any of my tile work. His expertise and professionalism were evident in every aspect of the project. I would highly recommend Kempton and Self to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Cory & his workers did an excellent job of repiping my whole house. They were responsive, got along well with each other, worked efficiently and expertly, cleaned up after themselves and communicated clearly with me. I have recommended them to a neighbor who is considering repiping.

I am so grateful for Kempton & Self Plumbing! I called at 7:30 this morning and Charles, the Service Manager, was here by 8:45, just as the representative promised. Charles assessed the situation, left to get the appropriate water heater, and came back by 10:45 am to install. The installation was smooth, effective, quick. And fortunately for me, Charles and his partner worked around the cleaning and restoration crew that was in my house at the same time. I am so happy that I did not have to wait until Monday to get hot water up. Five stars for Kempton for speedy response times, excellent work, wonderful customer service, and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Had multiple leaks in attic water pipes due to squirrels chewing on PEX water pipe tubing. Had them fixed in a quick same day service. Pleasant efficient team, will hire them again if needed.

Great service. I had to call two weeks in a row with an emergency when I was having new floors installed. They can right out and saved delays in having the flooring installed. I will call them again!!

Will was so pleasant and considerate of our household items. Very clean worker. Explained what we needed to know about the work. Did a great job in no time at all and we had the entire house re-piped with a trench to the well and pump. Very fair price.
