We thought we “covered” our basis with the freeze, but failed to recognize that if you have a tankless water heater it is more than likely on the outside because it uses gas. So this morning we were without hot water and found one of the pipes froze and cracked. Jacob, with First Quality Plumbing, was great with his communication, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. We are now with hot water and better prepared to handle the next couple freezing nights coming up. We highly recommend Jacob and First Quality Plumbing!

First Quality Plumbing was great ! They arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They were respectful of our home and very friendly. We had issues with a roman tub faucet. It was replaced and works fine now.

We hired Jeff’s KB&B Plumbing to perform maintenance and drain our water heater as well as replace old rusted shower head and pipe as well as replace a leaky shower handle. Jimmy and Kenny came out on time and did a great job. We were pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them for any plumbing projects.

Update after their reply: Their response had false information. When I initially called about the toilet, it was water leaking IN the toilet (aka running too long). Maybe “leaking” wasn’t the correct word to use but I’m not a plumber. We never had any issues with water leaking on the floor, outside of the toilet. If there was water leaking OUTSIDE of my toilet onto the floor, that would have clearly been the primary reason for the call. The primary reason for calling was to install a bidet in a different bathroom, as mentioned before. I added this on to have them check out the other toilet while they were here for the bidet already. You mentioned the leak was in a different bathroom but that’s not accurate. Your technicians went into that bathroom, assessed the toilet, told me “they do not work on toilets like this and we should just replace it.” They clearly looked at that toilet and assessed the problem. The leak all over the floor and into the next room happened after your technicians left. It may have been a “fluke” on timing, but that leak was NEVER there prior to your technicians on the property. Terrible luck in timing I suppose. In addition, while they recommended we replace the entire toilet, all it needed was a new flapper to stop running and was easily fixed by another company, without replacing the entire toilet. Next, my initial call to answering service was not threatening. After multiple calls (while our bathroom and adjoining room were flooding) and no call back after almost 2 hours, yes. We were frustrated. Your website advertises 24/7 help and the call service told us they paged you multiple times. We told the person on the phone that we have recommended many people to you over the years and been great advocates for your company but we will advocate just as strongly against using you when things haven’t been handled properly. We had been loyal customers for 13 years prior to this incident. Taking responsibility for errors is key when running a business and this is what we hoped you would have done. Had you come the next day, replaced the valve and apologized for the inconvenience, this would have been a non issue. Accidents happen and we understand that. But telling us that it wasn’t your fault and we would have to pay again to resolve an issue that was not there previously is very poor customer service. Warning!! DO NOT use Jeff's KB&B Plumbing We had them come yesterday to install a bidet and while they were here I had them check out another toilet I heard was occasionally running longer than it should be. They told me they “didn’t work on toilets like mine and I should just replace it.” After they left, we had a mysterious flood coming from a broken valve at the toilet and we ended up with water all over our bathroom and into the next room. We called the emergency line 3 times and while the answering service answered, no one called us back. They denied any involvement in damaging the valve, refuse to fix it, and are saying they didn’t do it and it was a coincidence that it happened to break after they were at the house. The only solution temporarily is to shut the water line to the entire house. We, therefore, cannot use water, have water under our wood floors, and wet drywall as well. We have used them for various projects over the last 13 years, referred many friends to them, and now we are left with a broken toilet, no water to the entire house (main water line needed to be shut off to stop the flow of water), and a small flood. Come to find out after the fact, 3 others that I know have also had bad experiences with them. After they refused the fix the problem, we had another company come out to fix their mess and, without hesitation, was able to fix the flapper without any issue as well as repair the broken valve. Both issues Jeff’s KB&B said they could not do.

1/22/26--this is a 2nd reveiw to give appreciation to Jimmy and Kenny for coming up with a solution for our kitchen faucet, filter, soap dispenser and disposal installation. Due to space limitations, we had previously thought it wasn't possible to install in the locations preferred, but with thought, and some challenging work, Jimmy came up with a solution. He and Kenny were very professional. I also appreciate that Jeff's workman always put on protective footies before entering to do work. Thanks to them both and to Chelsea for arranging. ...Professional, knowledgable, courteous, respectful of property-- John Roberson switched locations of our kitchen filter faucet, soap dispenser and disposal. John knew exactly what and how to get it done and was time efficient as well. I recommend Jeff's K&B and am happy that my contractor chose them to replumb our home as well. Most responsive plumber around. They treated my issue as if it was an emergency. I’ve called plumbers in the past and have always been told to wait a few weeks to be seen for my issue. Not with Pope; they squeezed me in a day after my issue and fixed it. A few weeks later, I had another issue and I couldn’t call since it was a Friday evening. I decided to text their number as a reminder to myself to give them a call after the weekend. Well… they called me back on Monday since they had seen the text and quickly booked me to help out. Good experience. Jay was on time and easy to deal with. In addition, his pricing was very fair and the person I spoke with on the phone was great too.... No phone menus and messages to deal with, an actual person answered the phone, very refreshing in these times! I first got a quoter from a larger company and they quoted twice the price Pope Plumbing offered. The larger company's labor costs for a 2 hour job was outrageous.

They came out on a Saturday when we had no water after our main water line broke, and it was such a stressful situation. Integrity Plumbing saved my bathroom remodel from the brink of disaster twice this week. In a 50 year old beachside condo building, a 4 inch cast iron drain pipe had a half inch split in it. They were on site the next morning and fixed it mostly from the condo below mine. Then we discovered the next day that the old fob drain pipe needed replacement. Back out the next morning and fixed quickly. Great service. Kenny was a miracle worker twice! Awesome service. Highly recommend.

Emergency Repair ! We had a water supply pipe break inside the concrete block wall behind our kitchen sink cabinet. In a panic we called our friend who immediately recommended Integrity Plumbing. We were absolutely thrilled to hear they were going to be able to send a technician out to our home within hours of us discovering the water intrusion. The technician was able to locate the broken pipe and make the repair to stop the leak. Very professional, quick , and clean. Five Star Service!
