I highly recommend Winston, Reasonable& Reliable Handyman. On several occasions I have utilized his service after having issues with clogged drains in the older home I bought a few years ago. One was my garbage disposal backing up, and the other was just recent when I discovered sewer water was backing into my shower. After contacting Winston, he quickly responded back to me and was prompt at coming over to help and not leave me waiting & worrying. He is efficient, goes immediately to work, and does not waste any time. He is very good about answering any questions or concerns you may have, as well as explaining what steps he will take to resolve the problem. It is quite clear he is knowledgeable in his field. Also, his fees are very affordable! I have no negative feedback to give, only good feedback. I can say I have complete faith and trust in Winston and highly recommend his service.

We cannot say enough good things about Winston. We had a plumbing issue in our kitchen and called a more prominent company to come out and assess the issue. The other plumbers came out and told us that the pipes were corroded and required a complete demolition of our plumbing, which would cost a massive amount of money. We kept searching and found Reasonable and Reliable Handy Man services and called. Winston greeted us, and once he heard the desperation in my voice, he quickly calmed me down and told me he would help us resolve this issue. He came out the next day, assessed the situation, and provided a few affordably priced options. Once we decided on a plan, he quickly went to work; he found that the issue was not a corroded pipe but a grease clog and worked to clear it. Winston stayed and tested the drains to ensure the clog had been cleared and told us that if we had issues in the same area, he would return and take snake it again within six months. The following day, he returned to ensure the plumbing was still clear. I cannot recommend Winston enough; he is fantastic at what he does and provided us with affordable solutions. We will call him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and after hearing the ads for a large plumbing service on the radio, we gave them a call. Their estimate was $430. I remember we were charged less than $200 originally. After checking out reviews we gave Winston a call on Sunday and he was at our place at 9am Monday morning. He looked at the job and gave us an estimate of $150. Less than 2 hours later we had a working kitchen sink. Winston even had us check under the sink to make sure we didn't see any leaks. We thought we “covered” our basis with the freeze, but failed to recognize that if you have a tankless water heater it is more than likely on the outside because it uses gas. So this morning we were without hot water and found one of the pipes froze and cracked. Jacob, with First Quality Plumbing, was great with his communication, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. First Quality Plumbing was great ! They arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They were respectful of our home and very friendly. We had issues with a roman tub faucet. It was replaced and works fine now.

I’ve needed a plumber twice in the last year since moving to DeLand. JG Plumbing was ready, able and quick when I needed them. These were not big jobs, but important jobs for us. My family is extremely grateful for Ryan. We had a leak coming from under our shower pan. He pointed out that the shower valve was set for a bath/shower combo. We found that the drain was rigged and it was a miracle that it hadn't leaked sooner. He explained everything he did and the drain is now working phenomenally! The toilet Flapper on the second bathroom got stuck, during all night, by accident, the house flooded. Friendly, personable, well groomed. Sergio was not our initial technician, but he followed up on our previous repair when it malfunctioned. He respected our request to remove his shoes everytime he entered and thats was alot, but he did it with no hesitation and a smile. He had no quam about returning to repair our system. He enjoys his work and cares about the customer and it shows! He even gave us his personal number, incase something malfuntioned again, because he knew we were unhappy when we called in to the main number spoke to a live person and they never got back to us. He didn't have to do that and thats just another example that shows he cares about his customers. It's hard to find dedicated employees nowadays, so Del-Air you better keep a tight rope on Sergio Cruz.

Very Disappointed – Declining Service Every Year I have been a Del-Air customer for almost 9 years, and unfortunately, the service seems to get worse every year. We purchased a new home that came with 2 Del-Air AC units already installed. We also purchased their maintenance package, which from the beginning has been extremely difficult to manage. Scheduling maintenance was a constant struggle — I often had to call 4–5 times just to book an appointment. From day one, our upstairs unit never worked properly. They came out multiple times and repeatedly charged us to add Freon. At one point, a technician even told me he wouldn’t charge me if I sent him a Zelle payment directly. That alone says a lot about the type of employees they are hiring. After finally resolving the upstairs issue, we started experiencing problems with the downstairs unit. Instead of properly addressing the situation, a sales representative came to our home and focused on selling us more packages. We ended up spending $20,000 on a new AC unit that included a UV light system and other add-ons. We were also sold what they call the “Legacy Plan,” and the sales rep repeatedly assured us that ANY problems for 10 years would be fully covered. He even wrote it down on paper to convince us. Fast forward 14 months. During a routine maintenance visit, the technician informed us that the UV light is broken and it would cost $1,000 to replace it. When I mentioned the 10-year coverage we were promised, he told me to call the office. I called. A manager was supposed to return my call — that never happened. I called again and spent over an hour on hold, still unable to speak to a manager. This feels like a complete ripoff. The promises made during the sale are not being honored, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. At this point, I am considering taking legal action. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

Most responsive plumber around. They treated my issue as if it was an emergency. I’ve called plumbers in the past and have always been told to wait a few weeks to be seen for my issue. Not with Pope; they squeezed me in a day after my issue and fixed it. A few weeks later, I had another issue and I couldn’t call since it was a Friday evening. I decided to text their number as a reminder to myself to give them a call after the weekend. Well… they called me back on Monday since they had seen the text and quickly booked me to help out. Don’t doubt in reaching out. Give em a call asap!

Good experience. Jay was on time and easy to deal with. In addition, his pricing was very fair and the person I spoke with on the phone was great too.... No phone menus and messages to deal with, an actual person answered the phone, very refreshing in these times! I first got a quoter from a larger company and they quoted twice the price Pope Plumbing offered. The larger company's labor costs for a 2 hour job was outrageous.
