Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

How do I even start to express my gratitude to Joe and Tiffany in the office, but the real heroes are Ray and Anthony. They went above and beyond what they were hired to do,. The original job was to install a larger drain pipe and vent for my washing machine. In doing so, they had to cut out a section of the drywall. I was left with a hole in the wall and when I inquired if this would be fixed, I was told that it was my responsibility. I asked if they could perform the work and a price but was told they would send someone out the next day, but gave me no cost. The next day my two favorite people, Ray and Anthony show up. They got right to work, patched up the hole and didn’t charge me a penny. Ray is such a professional, he takes such pride in his work, and it shows. I feel like Ray and Anthony were more like family members, rather than workers. They are both a great asset to Mint Plumbing. Super happy with the service. I had a badly clogged kitchen sink, and earlier the same day another plumber came out and couldn’t fix it. These guys showed up, figured out the problem right away, and had it cleared fast. James and Rick were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair too. Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes.
