Top Rated Plumbers in Coconut Creek, Florida
Drain King Plumbing
4834 NE 12th Ave, Oakland Park, FL 33334, USA
(754) 234-8880Drain King Plumbing is truly the real deal and absolutely deserves every one of their five-star reviews. We had a serious sewer emergency very early in the morning at our home when sewage backed up through our shower and toilet. I searched on Google for an emergency sewer and drain plumber near me, and Drain King Plumbing came up first. Anthony arrived quickly, cleared the line to stop the backup, and performed a camera inspection that showed our underground cast-iron pipes were broken and failing. He explained everything clearly and honestly. One of our biggest concerns came from friends and family who had similar issues — they told us their floors were cut open and that they had to move out for months. We also had other companies talk about lining the pipe as a temporary fix. Drain King Plumbing took a completely different approach. Instead of cutting floors or using a liner as a band-aid, they tunneled underneath the home and fully replaced the broken cast-iron pipes. They worked around our schedule and completed the pipe replacement while we were at work. We never had to move out, never had to stop using our plumbing, and it honestly felt like just another normal day. From there, the entire team moved fast and worked efficiently. Anthony handled the excavation crew, while Casey and Carlos completed the plumbing work and replaced the old cast-iron pipes with new PVC. Steven, the owner, was on top of everything from start to finish and made sure nothing was delayed. He immediately had Stephanie, the office manager, help us with the permit process, and the permit was approved the same day. The pricing was fair and reasonable, communication was excellent, and all inspections passed. This team works together incredibly well and delivers exactly what they promise. If you’re dealing with an emergency sewer issue or cast-iron pipe replacement, Drain King Plumbing is a true five-star company and I would recommend them without hesitation.
3 months agoI had an excellent experience with Drain King Plumbing in Oakland Park for my home in Fort Lauderdale. They inspected my gas lines, flushed my gas hot water heater, installed a new kitchen faucet, and replaced broken cast-iron pipes with new, durable PVC — all without digging up my floors or doing any construction inside my home. The team tunneled under the house, completed the work efficiently, and left my property clean when they were finished. On top of the high-quality workmanship, they provided a lifetime guarantee. Steven, Anthony, Casey, Carlos, and Stephanie were all fantastic to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Drain King Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
4 months agoSteven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.
8 months agoTrust Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
1771 Blount Rd #215, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, USA
(954) 707-6556Had to get my home pipes jetted, and Jose and Manuel made it happen. I shopped around for pricing beforehand, and not only was their work excellent, but their customer service was just as impressive. Plumbing isn’t cheap, and repairs can feel daunting, especially in today’s economy, but they were upfront, reasonable, and didn’t overcharge or price gouge like I’ve experienced elsewhere. Jetting the pipes is an investment in the longevity of the home, and as new homeowners my best friend and I really appreciated how quickly and fairly they resolved the issue. It was gnarly to see what came through those pipes but so glad it’s out. While I hope not to have issues in the future, I’ll absolutely reach out again in the future and highly recommend their services. Thanks so much!
8 months agoAs the manager of several rentals, I depend on having quality vendors who not only get the job done, but respond quickly. Trust Rooter is our go to plumber. Robin's team is great. They respond quickly, arrive on time and are keep us in the loop on all jobs. Dealing with buildings constructed in the 1960s, we have had big jobs and simple ones. I could probly check all the repair boxes. Today Marvin was here for a simple clog, 15ft down the drain pipe. Job was done quickly, and no mess was left behind. You can't go wrong with Trust Rooter!
5 months agoTrust Rooter and the guy they sent out (Marvin), were great. Easy to get in contact with and showed up within the scheduled window. Marvin was very pleasant and courteous. He explained what my options were and how they differed and gave me quotes for both. He did the job which involved going up on the roof and he was efficient and effective and left the property as he found it. I’m very pleased.

They cleaned it thoroughly and tested every faucet. The pressure returned to normal almost immediately and showers feel so much better now.

3 months agoMercer Plumbing & Drain Experts
131 SW 6th St suite 483, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, USA
(954) 617-5453This company is easy to work. In a short time, a major crack in our sewer pipe was repaired. My garden was not damaged and neither were the surrounding bushes. I was always kept up to date with what was going on. The employees have a great sense of courtesy and are always on time. They always texted me when they were coming. The bathroom was only for a short time. .
5 months agoJeff was fantastic. He was friendly and explained to us the different steps we could have taken to clear the clog. After a good effort, he was successful in eliminating the first step. He did a great job, even though it wasn't an easy clog. His service was excellent!
4 months agoGreat Service!! After contacting the company overnight, the plumber was there the next morning. Serge was a great help and gave us many options. Serge educated us about what went wrong, how to avoid it and also was very ethical with his pricing. I have always had great luck working with this company.

6 months agoBaldwin Plumbing & Drain
10300 W Commercial Blvd suite 509, Tamarac, FL 33321, USA
(954) 730-5750Travis was great. He gave me suggestions and showed me how to fix the problem of calcium in my shower drain. He could also tighten the handle of a tap. I felt that the price was too high for the time spent. The price was determined by the company, and not by the repairman. Other companies may charge as much, but I will definitely compare prices before my next repair.
3 months agoWe recently purchased a gas range and needed it to be connected to a gas line. Best plumbing responded via HouseHappy quickly, saying they could help and that a tech could be sent out the next morning to connect. The technician who came to our house was polite, professional, and had booties on his feet to protect our floors. He quickly assessed our needs. Mike, thank you for following up with the billing question. Great job, Best plumbing.
3 months agoCalled to have a new toilet installed in the main bedroom. Jr. was great! Many contractors who come to my house make me feel like they are doing a favor for me or treat me poorly. Jr. was different. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with his work and explained everything he did. I appreciate your honesty. I am sure that they will be contacting me in the future.
3 months agoTrust Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
10752 La Placida Dr # 8-A1, Coral Springs, FL 33065, USA
(954) 707-6556Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean.
4 months agoWhat an incredible experience. Raymond was a gem. He explained everything and was efficient and tidy. He arrived within the time window, and I couldn't believe that they were able to come out so quickly. I would, hands down, feel comfortable recommending Trust Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
6 months agoI had a dripping bath tub faucet. Raul came checked everything out and said the cartridge was the culprit. He replaced it and explained every step as he did it ... and he is just super nice! This was the second time that I used them and the first plumber, Lee, was just as super nice and did a great job as well! If you want reliable, professional and really nice people then this is the place to go. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks for another very pleasant experience Trust Rooter!

(754) 336-6042A bathroom sink that used to drain painfully slow is now working like new. The tech cleared the line thoroughly instead of just poking at the surface. No smells, no standing water anymore. It’s a small change that made a big difference.

6 months agoJohn's Plumbing
1335 NE 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304, USA
(954) 280-8682I was very impressed with John’s plumbing and will definitely use them again. Glen came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He took the time to measure the space and check with his supplier to see if a new model would fit in my small closet. He didn’t try to upsell me and wasn’t pushy. His estimate was reasonable and I booked an installation day. Andres came out and installed the water heater on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me as I had to move things around in the closet to make the new water heater fit. All in all I would definitely recommends them.
4 months agoI’m extremely pleased with the service from John’s Plumbing. Carlos was my service tech and was thorough with my plumbing issues. I mistakenly drilled a hole in a copper pipe in my laundry room. Additionally, I found that the outside shut off valve was faulty. Anyone who has ever had a plumbing issue knows that you’re stressed until it’s resolved. Carlos came in; provided the quote, and repaired/replaced the required parts. My home is back; in order and fully operational. So happy I made the call!
3 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John’s plumber was on time, professional, and very efficient. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent with no surprises. I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.
3 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Coconut Creek, Florida
Coconut Creek, the 'Butterfly Capital of the World,' is a beautiful place to live, but the local environment presents unique challenges for residential and commercial plumbing. From the lush tropical landscaping near Tradewinds Park that sends roots into sewer lines to the high-traffic demands of modern South Florida homes, drain issues are a common occurrence. Finding a plumber who isn't just 'in the area' but is actually available to show up today can be a frustrating game of phone tag.
Our service revolutionizes how Coconut Creek residents handle plumbing emergencies. Instead of you calling every listing in the directory, we use our proprietary system to scan the 15 local plumbing experts in our network. We filter them by your specific zip code and—most importantly—we personally call them to verify they have a technician ready to head to your property before we ever connect you. Whether you are near the Promenade or closer to the Lyons Road corridor, we ensure you get help without the wait.
We prioritize speed and certainty. By the time you speak to a professional, you already know they are certified, local, and ready to work. This 24-hour availability verification means you can stop stressing about a backed-up sink or a clogged main line and get back to enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Common Drain Issues in Coconut Creek, Florida
Invasive Tree Roots: Coconut Creek is famous for its dense tree canopy and lush greenery. However, the roots of large oaks and tropical plants frequently seek out moisture in underground pipes, leading to structural damage and massive sewer backups that require professional intervention.
Sand and Silt Accumulation: Living in South Florida means dealing with sandy soil. Over time, sand and fine sediment can find their way into outdoor drains, laundry lines, and garage sinks, creating dense, heavy clogs that a standard plunger simply cannot move.
Kitchen Grease and FOG: With many vibrant residential communities in Coconut Creek, kitchen drains take a beating. Fat, Oil, and Grease (FOG) often solidify within the pipes due to the local water chemistry and heat, leading to stubborn blockages that require high-pressure hydro-jetting.
Hard Water Scale: Broward County water can lead to significant mineral buildup inside older copper or PVC pipes. This scaling narrows the interior of the pipe, making it much easier for hair, soap scum, and other debris to snag and create a total system backup.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Coconut Creek, Florida
Hurricane Season Preparation: Before the heavy South Florida rains arrive in June, clear all yard and patio drains of fallen leaves and debris to prevent localized flooding that could backup into your home.
Holiday Drain Care: Coconut Creek households often host guests during the winter months. Avoid putting fibrous vegetables or grease down your disposal during holiday meal prep to prevent emergency kitchen clogs.
AC Condensate Line Maintenance: During the peak humidity of August and September, ensure your air conditioning condensate drain is clear. A clog here can lead to water damage inside your walls or ceiling.
Post-Storm Inspections: After a tropical storm or heavy wind event, check your roof's plumbing vents for fallen branches. Blocked vents can cause slow drainage and strange gurgling sounds in your sinks and toilets.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Coconut Creek, Florida
The cost of drain cleaning in Coconut Creek depends on the location of the clog and the technology required. A simple sink snake is more affordable, while main line clearing or hydro-jetting for root removal reflects the higher end of the scale.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Coconut Creek, Florida
How quickly can a plumber arrive at my Coconut Creek home?
By filtering by your specific zip code and calling to verify current availability, we can often find a plumber who can be at your door within 1 to 3 hours, depending on the time of day.
Do you offer emergency drain cleaning on weekends or holidays?
Yes. Our network includes 24-hour emergency plumbers in Coconut Creek. We verify their current availability before connecting you, so you don't waste time on companies that are closed for the day.
Why shouldn't I just use a chemical drain cleaner?
In Coconut Creek's climate, chemical cleaners can react poorly with certain pipe materials and often fail to remove the root-based or mineral-heavy clogs common in Broward County. Professional cleaning is safer and more effective.
Are the plumbers in your network licensed to work in Broward County?
Absolutely. We only scan and verify certified, professional plumbers who are fully licensed and insured to provide plumbing services in Coconut Creek and the surrounding Florida areas.
What is the most common cause of sewer backups in Coconut Creek?
The most frequent culprits in our area are invasive tree roots from our lush landscaping and the accumulation of grease and 'flushable' wipes, which don't break down properly in the local sewer systems.
