Tanya set me up promptly with an estimate and my plumber Larry was great! He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection to pinpoint the issue with my shower drain. The initial quote for the job was expected to be more complicated, however the issue was able to be remedied for 2/3 less than quoted! Dalton and Larry made my day! Both were extremely professional and fantastic to work with. Tanya at the office was also a pleasure when helping me facilitate the work and completing the process. The entire team is top notch! Not once but twice Dalton came to the rescue. We had an old sewer line break apart and it was nasty. Within 45 minutes he arrived. Dalton was fast, professional and jovial. He was very honest about every step and discussed cost before taking action. The next day he rescued us from a major clog in the line as well, that he had previously warned me about. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, both times. Saved our business for the day.

I’ve been using Terry for three years and he has always provided quick and excellent service. Just today he walked me through how to unclog a toilet over the phone saving me both time and hundreds of dollars. And this is not the first time he has offered to help over the phone instead of trying to come over himself and charge me. I 1000% recommend his services!

Terry was very helpful in sending someone out to stop a big water flood from my kitchen sink water valve which had completely broken from my water supply line and wouldn’t stop fully running causing a huge flood throughout my entire residence promptly. The company “Damage Control” was also sent out to place equipment to dry up and resolve the leak presently and the following day. He also walked me through on providing instructions on getting in contact and providing my homeowner’s insurance policy to help cover for claims and additional damage that has occurred. Definitely gave me relief on short notice. Thanks for everything and would recommend to someone else requiring services.

Michael Moore spent today installing my new heat pump water heater and answering all my plumbing questions, and I am thrilled. It was a very professional job on a complicated piece of equipment, and now I qualify for tax credits and a rebate. He also had a quick look at why my garage sink drained slowly and why 1 of my toilets is making noises. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he went above and beyond on this job. Had a really bad experience with this company. We are looking to get our hot water heater upgraded and were interested in hearing our options, spacifically related to an electric tankless heater. The technician arrived on time, but had absolutely no helpful info to give us. He refused to even discuss the electric tankless option, and instead recommended a gas heater option...even though our home doesnt have gas. He also mentioned just getting a bigger tank, which i followed up asking the pricing for that but he couldnt answer. He needed us to pick a size. So we did and he still didnt have any pricing to show us. We waited over 45 minutes while he called several people to get quotes for things i feel he should have had going into the appointment. He answered almost none of our questions, (even basic ones like the difference between a tank and hybrid heater), something he should have just come prepared with. If you are coming to give someone a quote, wouldnt you have most of the pricing/spec information ready? Ive never had a technician be so unprepared for even basic questions. We finally got sick of waiting and politely canceled the appointment. I called a local competitor who was able to immediately give us pricing for all the options as well as recommendations for whats best for our home. Theyll be coming out to do a formal quote next week and will just go with them.

Michael was fantastic! We had a shower where suddenly the water wouldn’t turn off, so we tried replacing the broken shower cartridge ourselves, no luck. Twice. Michael came out and installed a new shower cartridge.. instant success! What a relief, I’m definitely happy with this service.

Great experience and great price! Before finding out about G & M, I contacted one of the BIG competitors in Columbus. The big company came out and quoted me OVER 3 TIMES the price G & M quoted. Obviously I knew the first price from the big competitor was insane, so I called G & M. An hour later they were there and had it fixed. I appreciate businesses like this. No need to have flashy vans, superfluous commercials, or subscription plans. Just do the job, and do it well. That’s what G & M did for me - I will definitely call the next time I have a plumbing need!

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair. Had a leak in my Bathroom, had to cut water off for about a few days until we could get a plumber. It was a Holdiay weekend so many were not available. Called Clermont plumbing they had a guy scheduled to come a few hours later. Alejandro was great, paid a little more than what I wanted to but we have Water again!! Took him about an hour!!

Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion getting our AC back online asap. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Poor communication, didn't pull permits, installed broken hardware. Go with literally anyone else. One star is too generous. They installed a new variable Daikin AC system, UV cleaning system, breaker panel, and home surge protector. The new AC unit died within a day and I had to call technicians out to fix the brand new system. After the new breaker box was installed part of the house would randomly lose power. Another tech came out to see what was going on and said an old broken breaker had been put in. He asked who did the initial work and wasn't surprised to hear it was done poorly. The new panel install (by the guy that put in a broken breaker) was finished with "I hope the inspector doesn't look to close, this might not pass." After a month of trying to get an inspection scheduled with weekly calls and constant assurances it would be "done immediately" and "someone will call you soon" I asked the county permits office if I can schedule it myself (especially after the issues with the breaker panel I was worried about the wiring) and they said no permit existed for the work that was completed. Finally after another few weeks of waiting the inspection was completed and somehow passed. Now I am sitting at 68% indoor humidity, and mold growth in my home (I never had this problem before). They came out for an annual inspection unrelated to any of my problems and the sales associate deflected all of issues. He said my duct work was old and not built for a newer unit, even though pro-tech already inspected it and said it was fine before doing the installation. He said I needed new duct work (which pro-tech would happily sell me!) and it probably wasn't mentioned because I couldn't financially afford it despite paying in full with cash for the AC unit. So that just tells me they want to get the sale no matter what and will lie about duct work being in good enough condition just to upsell later. He then said if I used better filters I wouldn't have the issue (and they'd be happy to sell me them!) He then said that actually the UV light (that they installed) isn't great, but they'd be so happy to sell me a better one. So they lie about duct work being good enough, don't say that I'll probably need specialized air filters, and apparently install low-quality equipment in the form of the UV light. When I brought up all the other issues I had the sales associate said they had some bad employees and they were firing people. That's not fixing my problems either! I don't feel better knowing someone is losing their job if a mistake is made, I just want it fixed. I waited to see if they could salvage the situation and make things right, but nothing happened aside from replies of "someone will get back to you." What's the point of a labor warranty if nothing is done? Now I'm probably going to have to call another AC company to figure out whats wrong with my system. But I HAVE heard back five times now from the upsell department ask if I want to go through with over an additional $12,000 worth of work. Anyway shout out to the technicians Mitchell and Cody for being the two knowledgeable people I've dealt with that have actually attempted to fix things.

I called at 4:08pm to make a service appointment time and was booked to have a tech come out the next day between 10am and 2pm. During the same conversation the rep asked if I actually wanted an earlier time and I said no 10am would be fine. So I sat and thought about it and at 4:38pm I called back and was told sorry you don’t have an appointment and the earliest appointment available is actually two days later. What kind of service is that? If I hadn’t called in I was never even gonna be notified that I didn’t even have appointment. Spoke to Sherrica a manager and was told that their system allows them to overbook and then they call the members to re-schedule. What kind of system is that. I moved from Frank Gay but was trying to save money and after this lack of service from Pro Trch I will be switching back. You know what they say you get what you pay for. By the way same thing happened with my annual maintenance service we purchased. Booked an appointment for Monday July 21 and then a couple days before pushed off until July 31. So unreliable. If you want to help send out a technician today Tuesday July 22. Update: It’s now Aug 7 and our unit is still NOT working. We have had 8 technicians come out from Pro Tech, have spent over $1500 dollars for parts that obviously aren’t the issue. They think it’s the pressure switch cuz the system keeps going into a lock out mode. Now the unit is freezing up on the inside visible frost on pipes and the floor in front of the register is getting super super cold. We were told it’s because the filter inside the unit was too small. Filter was taken out and still the unit freezes and unfreezes. And the fans are constantly running on the inside unit whether the AC is off or not.This is our last time using Pro Tech once they they this latest “fix” if it doesn’t work we are going somewhere else and I will fighting with the company to pay for it cause this is ridiculous. Can anyone recommend another provider for us. I know DelAir and Frank Gay and liked their work. Tried to get a deal but like I said before you get what you pay for. Jeff was amazing, he saved my business after the big freeze where my building pipes burst and I could have possibly had to shut down and not treat patients. Chris and Ezekiel helped repair my main water line leak caused by tree roots. Excellent team - very professional, hard-working, and efficient. For water line replacement Brightwater offer a specialized trenchless pipe replacement service if you want to avoid digging up driveway or landscaping - I found that only very few local companies offer this service and Brightwater is reasonably priced. I was going to do the trenchless pipe replacement but the team quickly found the leak source and repaired it at a much lower cost than replacement. Very honest business. I'd highly recommend!

Andres visit my home today to check an issue with the laundry valves been loose on my new construction, he was very professional, respectful and careful. Cut the drywall precisely what he needed to assess and fix the issue. I ask him a bunch of question which he didnt minded and was very informative and responsive guiding me on what the issue was and the steps he was doing to fix it. Truly recommend him and Spegal for your plumbing needs, in terms of their quality, since this was a warranty repair cannot provide insight on the job cost.

He called ahead, arrived on time for the appointment, and was friendly and professional throughout the entire install. This was customer-provided equipment, and John had no issues working with it. The installation was done cleanly and neatly, with attention to detail, and everything was explained clearly once the job was complete. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, very smooth experience and I’m extremely happy with how the system was installed. Would absolutely recommend John to anyone needing water filtration or plumbing work done.

I called This company because I'm also a Veteran. My brother in Davenport had a lift station in downstairs bathroom where the LS cast iron pump was old and eventually gave out.
