We run a short-term rental at Jax Beach. Our guest arrived around 1:30 p.m. and reported that the downstairs toilet flooded whenever the upstairs toilet was flushed, creating a risk of flooding the bathroom and living room. Most plumbing companies couldn’t come out until the next day or later. Tom Plumbing came through. Shawn’s secretary, Maureen, quickly dispatched a technician around 3:45 p.m. Despite rush-hour traffic, the technician arrived, identified a blocked drain, and fixed the issue promptly—before the guest returned. Our guest was very happy with the quick response. This is my first review, and I highly recommend Tom Plumbing. I will gladly refer them to anyone I know.

I purchased a recirc pump for my tankless water heater and was needing a plumber for the install. After reading the positive reviews for 1-Tom-Plumber I gave them a call. To my surprise, they were able to send out Anthony within an hour of my request. Anthony was extremely professional and polite. Explained everything he needed to do and then quoted a very fair price. Recirc pump was installed under the sink neatly with no leaks!! Do not be concerned about hiring the pro's at 1-Tom-Plumber. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Jason did a great job replacing my well pressure tank. Knowledgeable, courteous, true professional. They supplied a Mainline tank which has a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Quality tank but pricey; $819 installed. You might save a few $$$ by supplying an HD/Lowes tank (1-year warranty.) Jason also gave me some insight as to the future of my 26-year-old well. Not pushy – just good advice. Highly recommend.

I had no water at all due to someone else letting me set, 'not a plumber' Shannon made sure I was taken care of the same day she is totally awesome , I can say enough good about her. And the tech Dylan he was so nice and calm and got the job done , I did have to call next day for slow pressure and Steve came out, apparently it was hard water buildup no fault of theirs, again he was very kind and so nice! These guys know what they are doing and treat you with total respect !! 100% recommend ! Thank you all over there !!

We have a home warranty for our house. Had a broken pipe in our master bathroom, that was not fixed properly. Needless to say, it burst, and we were without water. The home warranty folks could not get someone here before Wednesday. After looking online, we came across Bert Norman's Plumbing. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR! The young lady on the phone (maybe Megan???) was very courteous! Steven looked at the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was extremely professional and polite. Talked to us about the tankless water heater annual service...which we plan on getting. Thank you so much to Bert Norman's!

Jean with Presto Plumbing came out on a Sunday and was an amazing help. He got all of our tanks pumped out quickly, took care of everything with no complaints, and made sure to walk me through how to properly maintain our septic system moving forward. He also let me know what to watch out for and when we should plan to have it pumped again to avoid any future issues. Great service, great communication, and very professional.
