Guests in our vacation rental notified us of a plumbing issue that needed a rapid response. Made a phone call around 3p to Unclog Plumbing and was told someone would be available between 6-8p, which was fine with us. Less than an hour later, I was notified Joe would be able to make it out sooner than expected. He arrived within the hour and remedied the issue with expertise. I could not thank him enough.

They showed up within an hour of me calling them and immediately cleared at the kitchen drain. Extremely happy with this quick and efficient service. Worth the price for the service.

Same day service was a huge relief. I was able to set a same day appointment via Google with Local Plumber of Sarasota for 1:00-3:00PM. James called around 1:00PM to let me know he'd be at my house around 2:30PM...& he was right on time...& so very polite. He took a look & immediately knew we needed a new water heater [which I assumed]. James was able to order & pick up our new water heater & get it installed by 4:30PM. Quick & efficient service at a fair price just isn't the norm these days so it was an absolutely refreshing experience with Local Plumber of Sarasota!!! Thank you so much for the great service!

Jesse and his crew are top notch! Excellent customer service. Very thorough and communicative. I initially called and spoke with Justin who passed me on to Jesse when I had nuanced questions. Jesse called me back at around 4:50 on a Monday afternoon and provided a thorough explanation of what I could expect for the service call the following day. I canceled an appointment I had with another company because I knew I would be in good hands with Real American Plumbing. Later that night, I recieved an email and a personal text from Jesse confirming that I was on the schedule for the following day. Took several hours to clear a nasty paper clog. Sharpe was on the job and Jesse showed up to make sure everything was under control. I was not on site, so was a bit nervous until Jesse called midway thru the project and walked me through the issue, process, and cost expectations. Sharpe finished the service call and discussed the issues and charges with me at the conclusion.

Jesse was great. Appointment made and arrived early (yay). Leaks were fixed and at the price mentioned (very fair price). I appreciated the phone call informing me of an unexpected outcome that was easily fixed. Thank you again for the great service.

I had a Metamucil clog in my sink. (Yes, I know - you shouldn’t put that down your sink). I called next level plumbing and they were able to come out the very next day. The plumber, Matthew Brennan, explained what he would do to fix the situation, protected the cabinets from water/splashes and did a thorough 3 hr job ensuring no clog was left behind. Highly recommend the company for all your plumbing needs. I will certainly use them in the future.

The drain line for my washing machine had come apart and needed to be replaced. Ruben arrived after a text message that he was on his way. He appraised the issue, provided a price and then went to Home Depot for parts that he did not have. Ruben returned to the house and proceeded to replace the drain line. His work was done quietly and he cleaned up after himself. Ruben is a professional and polite young man and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He is an asset to New Life Plumbing and hopefully is well compensated for his work. New Life Plumbing is fortunate to have such a high caliber person among their staff.

I’ve been needing service for a while now and I know Tyler and therefore trusted he would do the right thing. Reuben came out and I could not have asked for a better person to do the two jobs I needed done at my home. Price was reasonable and the job was done to perfection. First time using New Life Plumbing. I had an AO Smith tankless water heater that was installed when I purchased the house 4 1/2 years ago. It developed a leak and I got a new unit from AO Smith. (I picked up the unit and had it available). So the service call with New Life was removed the unit and install the new unit (like kind). There was no other parts or plumbing to do on this install. Price quote was $850.00.😢 After some discussion they wavered the $70.00 service call fee. Final price was still $850.00 solid, sorry but I think they could have charged a better price. The tech was good very friendly, did a good job, and was in and out in less than 1 hour for $850.00 🤔

We had a house full of people in town for Thanksgiving and all of our toilets suddenly stopped working and showers backed up as well. We called for an emergency call not sure anyone would be available given the holiday. Tallon was over within an hour and did a fantastic job. Extremely courteous and explained everything. THS is a family operation for the most part. They are professional and friendly and did a great job for our house in Sarasota. Kevin did a wonderful job with replacing the old copper pipes in our 1969 Sarasota house with new PEX pipes. He also replaced old leaking drain/pipe in the kitchen, installed faucets, toilets, and all plumbing related connections. He and his family are dedicated people who are committed to their craft. My hot water tank was leaking just as I was about to go on a trip. I called THS, made a quick appointment and they fixed it within a day maybe two but luckily it’s in the garage so it didn’t do much damage. Good price and very quick service would highly recommend

Holy cow they fixed my Plumbing which I thought would take several hours and and they just did it so fast. Unbelievable I'm really impressed. I'm going to keep using them for future. They recommended by Gator Plumbing who did my Plumbing for me originally. So yes I'm very happy with what they did. Cuz I had a leak in my Plumbing in my tub and it put all new stuff and it didn't take them long. They did a very very clean and nice job. And they fixed my toilet. And a few other things but I'm very very happy thanks again guys. And now I have to just clean my tub and everything so I can use it again. Now to clean my tub

Mike was able to provide a spot-on quote over the phone.He told me the business name so I could research. Great ratings! Mike arrived on time, gave me his card, and looked everything over. He consulted with me and was courteous, calm and positive. He chiseled away the concrete, went to work on the rotten pipe, and when Mike finished the repair was beautiful.
