If you have a drain issue I do not recommend this company. They refused to snake the line from where I requested insisting that their procedure was the best solution. I as the property owner have seen this situation before so I knew the best way to fix it. During this time a “supervisor” appeared on my property to camera the line. I was told that my drain line was in disrepair due to age. The supervisor then tried to hard sell a $6000 replacement of the line. As if this wasn’t bad enough they then used the (poor condition) of the old piping to say that any work performed by their company would not be honored with any warranty. Unsurprisingly, three days later the line was fully blocked leaving my tenant without use of their bathroom. I requested they come back and snake it from the stack pipe which I had suggested to begin with. They refused to come back and I received a phone call from the supervisor who reminded me of the conversation we had regarding the poor condition of the pipes. I only used this company because my plumber was out of town and figured a drain company was the best option. The price was double what my plumber would have charged me which makes me feel they are not honest with pricing. If you want your drain cleared call someone else if want to waste your money and receive a sales pitch call these guys.

If you're looking for fast, efficient plumbing, stay far away from rapid rooter. Had to call back multiple times and got messed around with getting a technician for a simple drain clog. Not worth the effort. Customer service reps on the phone had no interest in resolving a bad. Called another local plumber (Front Row Plumbing) who were able to dispatch a technician within hours and were efficient and did great work.

Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times! The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes.
