He went above and beyond by successfully camera-inspecting all of my home’s sewer plumbing and clearly explaining everything to me in full detail. He did not skip a single step and made sure I understood the entire process. Beyond his technical expertise, Corey was exceptionally kind, professional, and patient. His 21 years of plumbing experience truly showed, and his knowledge was outstanding. It is rare to encounter someone so thorough, honest, and dedicated to their craft. Hired John’s plumbing to do a kitchen sink repair and had the main line snaked as well. Khari showed up earlier than scheduled but received a phone call to let us know he would be arriving early. Khari was professional and explained everything we needed to have done. Price was fair for the work done and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We called John’s Plumbing for drainage issues in both our bathrooms. The company let us know when they completed the last job before us and that they were on their way. The first day Carlos came to lift the toilets, snake out the shower, tub and toilets in both our bathrooms. He vacuumed and cleaned every step of the way. On the second day, Corey came with a longer snake that also held a camera to see if there was something else causing the blockage. There was. He showed us the video he took. A full septic tank was the cause of the issue! Both Carlos and Corey were personable, pleasant and energetic. We highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

I had an great experience with Express Drain Cleaning & Sewer Cleaning! From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Javier, Joel, Kolby, and Courtney handled the hydro jetting of our garage floor drains with precision, pushing everything into the sump pump pit. They then vacuumed out the pit, hydro jetted into the city sewer drains, and finished by vacuuming those as well leaving everything in perfect working order. The office staff, Marilyn and Alexis, were also fantastic friendly, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to see this level of coordination between field technicians and office support, but Express Drain Cleaning delivered on every level. WELL DONE!!!!
