There was some work that needed to be done that our house didn't have the tools or expertise to complete at the time of 4/2/26 - 4/3/26 Daniel and a previous gentleman, (apologies for not recollecting your name sir). The service was a drain clean out at the location of the water heater and boiler. Both very courteous to my grandmother, as each step was taken we were brought into the explanation as if we were the technician, tools and clean up very organized. Job well done.

But they owned up to it, revamped their team, and sent folks out to fix everything in one day flat. Added overflow pans with water switches for all my units. Super thorough, no shortcuts. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Our basement drainage was clogged, but it was covered with the water heater. Jake explained the situation of needing to drain the hot water and doing a whole project and was transparent about the price. He started working and he saw that it was an easier job than he initially thought and explained and showed everything. He was able to get it done quickly and didn't charge the price he initially thought it would cost. He answered all of my questions with a smile and lots of patience and gave some tips for doing and maintaining stuff. If you ever need a great, honest, knowledgeable guy, you should definitely call them!

Would give negative stars if possible. Jake was hired to fix a sewer line at a property i bought. Without telling anybody he dented the AC Unit outside causing the blade from hitting the side and restricting air flow. Ive been trying to contact him and he admitted to it and signed a letter to makes things right. Not professional and has no integrity. Reading messages and not replying to any of them. Go else where for plumbing services.

Used Star for home warranty work. He was very passionate about the work, did a great job of walking me through everything, and worked with me to repair it in a way that fit under the warranty. Would absolutely recommend him and will be using him again

I was a first time Plumbline client. My window for VIP service was 8am to 11am. No one arrived. I waited. Finally at 1139am I received a call from the Office stating service was delayed. What a surprise.??!! Technician also called about 15 minutes later stating he would arrive around 1pm. Technician (Ryan Guzman) arrived as promised and replaced my tankless water heater. Ryan provided excellent descriptions / explanations of the problems and the need for his work. He was personable, professional, hard working and an excellent company representative. But why would the Office call me AFTER the time window expired and not earlier? Lack of customer concern/respect?

Service was prompt and the technicians were professional and kind but their estimate was through the roof! Our water heater failed so we wanted estimates for a tankless heater install and we were quoted $16,000 for one with a recirculation pump and $13,000 for one without. I knew based off of my research before that tankless installs go for around $5,000 and there is nothing outstanding about our current setup that would add any extenuating cost. Got a second opinion from Rex's who quoted $7,300 for a more complex install that would go in our crawlspace and end up creating a whole new closet space for us where our current water heater is. Definitely get a second quote if you are considering this company.
