The technician did not arrive until 7:40 at night, but rather than pushing me off until another day, he made the effort so late to make sure he figured out what was going on. My fix turned out to be super easy, five minutes, and the technician refused to charge me. These are GOOD people. I highly recommend Finish Plumbing (Dominik) for your plumbing needs. He is competent, dependable, responsive, and honest. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our sewer backup on a Sunday morning, before any significant harm occurred. He identified the true root cause, a shattered riser pipe in the front yard which introduced blockage material to the main sewer line between the house and the street, and repaired it as well. He helped us deal with our insurance company which covered all our costs except for the deductible. Undoubtedly I will call Dominik the next time we need a plumber.
