Jared was polite, professional, and understanding to our feelings with our clogged main sewer line. He informed us up front what he was going to do and asked multiple times if we had any questions. He wanted to be sure we understood and to make sure all of our questions were answered. He explained to us about the video cam to view the line and potentially see what was causing our problem since we had the same issues in the past. I would highly recommend Jared and will ask for him on any future plumbing issues.

Jared was fantastic!! Week of Thanksgiving and our sewer line to the house clogged. He was super friendly, while showing and explaining to us what he was doing and why. He also recommended options for the future. Would definitely recommend him for future jobs.

I use a home warranty service for my house and I had a clogged drain. So I call my home warranty and unfortunately I got Wright Jones as my service team. I will say this. The service guy was a good man when it came to fixing my clogged drain. He came, fixed it, and left. The problem started with the billing. Apparently he installed a clean out to my clogged drain without consulting me and it is not covered by my home warranty company. Several weeks later I get an email stating I owe over $200 for a job with which I thought was covered. So, I call the Wright Jones office to see what it was about, and the woman who answered was clueless about why I owed the money, she just knew that I owed the money. (Customer service out the window) She never told me her name either. She kept saying “I don’t have any notes” or “it’s not in my notes.” Then she kept telling me to call my warranty company, but I already had, and I was up to date on all of my billing. Then she threatened to send my invoice to collections! So, I begrudgingly paid the invoice. None of my questions answered, just more money out of my pocket. Good luck to the next person that has to deal with Wright Jones.

I just want to thank Travis at Wright Jones. We had our water heater start leaking and not heating our water and he was so prompt to fix it and check all areas where it could have leaked and sure enough he found a spot in our crawl space below where the water was dripping due to a improper drain hose and pipe and was able to get it all fixed and nothing was damaged in our crawl space. Huge thanks to Travis as well when he helped us contact Moen and get a new shower head and handle replacement since that was a big part of our issue too! Thank you Travis

Jessica did her work well, the next guy came to take out the water softener but didn’t tell us his name. He did a good job as well. My only complaint is that she didn’t tell us when the water was turned back on and didn’t tell us when they left and that the job was finished. We are grateful for the work they did. Thank you for getting out here today.

Flow Right fixed a major plumbing issue for us, but the job was left incomplete. They had to dig from our house to the center of the cul-de-sac to replace the pipes, which solved the clog. However, they left a pothole stretching from our front lawn to the sidewalk that now fills with water when it rains, and they never reinstalled our mailbox. We chose Flow Right because of their many years in business and their established presence in Pueblo, CO. Grateful the plumbing was fixed, but disappointed in the lack of follow-through, customer service, and attention to detail.

Recently Codi S and Richard V worked tirelessly and carefully to replace our entire boiler system. They were very profession, polite and enjoyable. I highly recommend Flow Right for every plumbing, cooling, heating or electric needs!

This experience was so easy, efficient, and great overall! When I called to get my gas line replaced for my oven they were able to schedule me for the next morning! When Alex arrived he did an amazing job walking me through the process and getting everything replaced. He got the job done quickly and even helped putting my new stove in. I hired Jerry for a sewer camera inspection on a property I was in the process of buying. He confirmed the day before. He showed up right on time the day we scheduled. He was very promptly in answering texts and returning phone calls He explained to me what we were seeing on camera and also gave me some tips on how I could improve the plumbing system in the future. Exceptional service! Jerry went out of his way to pick up a new water heater and then complete the installation. I would have been without hot water and heat since the water heater also was linked to the furnace. He also fixed an outdoor faucet during the same trip. David is super knowledgeable with old and new systems, he helped us during an emergency over the phone until he could visit us the next day. He completely solved our issue where our very old home had a frozen / busted pipe and continuous water coming from a spring that we didn’t realize it was connected to!

Spectrum is the Best. My Son's water heater was broke and emitting Carbon monoxide in the house. Replace flex connector, shutoff valve and water heater in no time flat. Said they would be there the next morning and was right on time. Totally professional, courteous,, and Jess even installed Carbon monoxide detectors and fire detector. Scheduled the inspection. Spectrum also did drain cleaning and unplugged my daughter's house problem. Won't use anyone else . Best in town. Thank you Jess if you hadn't showed up my family would have been lost. I am very pleased with the work Spectrum Plumbing did at my house. He was fair and helped to make sure my bathtub was fixed in best way. Customer service was great and I would recommend highly.

Jess and William were very professional when fixing a main water and sewage line collapse underneath the home we are renting. Our rental company would be wise to use their services for all of their plumbing needs. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner, even coming out on a weekend so we would have a useable toilet in our one bathroom home that we hadn't had in 4 days.

Had a great experience with AC & J drain cleaning plumbing. Had a plugged toilet and they were able to fix the same day. Kept me apprised of arrival time, did a great job, all in under 2 hours. Reasonably priced, professional and great at their job. Highly recommend!

Thank you Matthew Calhoun, Mikey Bowman, Ray Kissick, Brenden Vandiver, Luis Cadenas, David Galvez, Brendon Hough, Marica and all the others involved in the processes of getting our new/old home up to date and code compliant. Once we approved the estimate within our budget, we were quickly approved for the loan needed to complete the replacement of our outdated NG furnace and old gas lines. Each tech arrived on time or just before the appointment time preceded by a phone call and or text from the dispatcher. On this visit, they had the furnace out quickly and took the proper steps to installing the new high efficiency furnace with care. That included the modifications needed to run the intake, the exhaust and the sump pump. They then returned to remove/replace/run the new gas lines from the meter through the house for the furnace, water heater, gas stove and gas dryer. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner. If I had one critique, it would be the time it took to coordinate the gas pipe inspection (approximately 1 1/2 months). I spoke with the inspector and was informed they have 3 days to preform the inspection once the request for inspection has been submitted. As a fellow tech I understand the delay and ask that we try and do better. Soon we will be installing a new HVAC unit, then on to replacing the water lines from the main throughout the home and all drainage lines to the main. looking forward to getting out forever home up to par.
