Isaiah, our technician was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and explain things really well. We had a pretty good clog so he needed to take the toilet off and made a video and showed us and explained every step of the way. Super nice guy really appreciate him.

Very fast and professional. Came out 2 hours after I called and after clearing my drain they sent a scope down the pipe to discover that roots from my tree had destroyed a section of the sewer line. By end of the day they had an excavation crew at work. I have a basement so they had to dig almost 12 feet deep. Day 2 they had completed the repair and day 3 it was inspected and backfilled. The price was a little on the high end, but it was all done in accordance with codes, utility locates performed, permit pulled, inspected, and properly compacted. Not to mention fast. As a construction project manager, I know this isn't the type of work that you cut any corners on and Elite didn't disappoint. The 10 year warranty lets me flush with confidence. My technician (David) was prompt, courteous, professional and communicative. Their customers are in good hands.

I would recommend AE Plumbing to anyone in need of service. Juan was fast in his response time to my initial inquiry and helped plan for a technician to come out the very next day. Isaac was my tech; he was kind, professional and thorough with his work. When he asked if my water could be turned off via the bathtub water shutoff, I was unsure and told him I could go into my crawl space to turn off the main line, which he quickly offered himself to do. He checked that the drip from my bathtub faucet was fixed multiple times before having me confirm. 10/10 service and will absolutely be my preferred plumbing company moving forward.

The man on the phone was super nice, and the man that came to my house was super nice as well. He made it to my house within the hour and it was at around 5pm. I really liked that after he unclogged my toilet he said let me take this, (the tool he used), outside and sit it on the porch so it doesn't drip on your floor. Good move! I didn't even think of that but it was very considerate! All in all I liked their service. 👍

He identified the clog and was able to clear it in one pass. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and all around good guy. Will definitely use you again if need be.

Worked directly with Ruben from the start! He was able to give us a bid remotely which saved so much time! Nick installed the backflow preventer a few days later. He had to get a bit creative with routing the line to the outside of the house from our main line in the crawl space but it still looks tidy and organized. He also was really thorough with going over how to winterize everything in the fall. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company!

Rueben and Nick both took great care of me when I needed a shower installed in my bathroom. They were on time and did their work quickly. There were no surprises, they explained evertyhing to me like an equal (which is not something I can expect from all tradespeople, being that I'm a woman). They were able to beat prices from a number of other companies, I think because they don’t hire out additional subs. Tracy is a great guy, extremely fair and trustworthy. He was even at our job site throughout the project, ensuring I was comfortable with the oversight and keeping things on time. Finally the team performing the work was high quality as well. Couldn’t recommend more.

John kept me informed and explained as he was using a camera to look at our sewer line. He told me up front how much it would be to just clear the line and find out what was going on. He gave us two estimates and we are going to get back to him as to what we want done.

They are very efficient and amazing about communication, they explain everything in depth and it was very clear what the problem was and what needed to be addressed as they communicate every step of the way! I had a main line clog and it needed to be cleaned out but there was an additional problem which was causing the clog. They found the problem and fixed it! Amazing price as well! I had a company come out previously and they were 2X the amount for the same scope of work. They have been amazing from start to finish! I just had Drain Terrier replace my entire main line (65 feet) with two external washouts installed, and they were fantastic. Savannah (the owner) was absolutely wonderful—super honest, super knowledgeable, and the whole crew was just as great. Her dad Tracy and her brothers were all so professional and nice. My experience with Drain Terrier was amazing. They scheduled us quickly. The technician, Nick, was a great guy. Very friendly, thorough, explaining all the repairs needed and completed the repair in a timely fashion. ( my cats liked him alot too 😺)The prices were very reasonable as well. We had a basement drain issue. House built in the 80's. Nice gentleman came out to address the issue. He attempted to remove the cleanout plug with a rather large set of channel locks? Mind you that plug had probably never been removed from the cast iron pipe that it was in so it was pretty rusty. Then said he was afraid he would break it. Seeing that he was using a pair of channel locks I wanted him to stop using those. He tried to snake the line through the p-trap but said he couldn't get past the p-trap. He called into the office and they recommended removing the appliances around it and ripping out the concrete, digging out the cast iron pipe and replacing it for a cost starting at over 5K. I told him I'll hold off on all that. The only problem we were having was we couldn't do a load of laundry without having that drain overflow. So he then presented me with a tablet that had pricing such as a Platinum, gold, & silver repair options which had technical jargon that I could not understand. He wanted me to choose anywhere from the $300+ option all the way to many thousands of dollars option. For just today's work??? What kind of pricing is that, and do they think people are that gullable? I picked the lowest option to pay and sent him on his way. I bought a $9 - 3/4" drive socket and $30 drain auger at harbor freight, a $8 pipe socket off Amazon, grabbed my portable compressor and impact wrench and removed the plug in no time. Ran the drain auger and we are now good.

I've used All American Drain for the past few years now and Emilio has become like family. He has repaired multiple leaks, mold discovery, my garbage disposal, and replaced a toilet. Literally never need another plumbing company ever again! We have used All American several times, twice for jetting of main lines on two of our homes and again for a difficult clogged sink drain and water heater flush. Dan is honest and worked hard to get tot the root of our issues without upselling or any bs and he stand by his work. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we trust them and will never hesitate to call them when in need.

Best place. Tyler and his Dad came out (free of charge!) to give us a second quote on our sewage system repair (we were told it needed to be repaired by Roter Rooter after a cleaning). They brought their camera to see our pipes and said that there’s no way we need to pay Roter Rooter 10k for new pipes. These guys are insanely kind and honest. Will use them moving forward for sure. Such a blessing, thank you!

Their plumbing crew impressed me with how they fixed recurring toilet clogs caused by internal buildup. After contacting the team, the plumber performed a detailed inspection. The blockage was fully cleared. The toilet now flushes smoothly every time.

The bathroom shower head sprayed unevenly and weakly. I called their plumbing experts for assistance. They inspected the fixture and found mineral deposits inside. Once cleaned, water sprayed evenly again. Very pleased with the fix.

A rattling noise began coming from a pipe inside the wall whenever we used the upstairs sink. The plumber opened a small access panel, secured the loose pipe, added proper brackets and tested the flow. The noise vanished completely. The repair was neat and minimally invasive.

Chauncy got us started with a quick estimate that was much lower than the other two bids. Then Gordon, Cody, and Valentines took out our rotted kitchen sewer pipes and replaced them. They were in and out in a day that included jack hammering up the foundation and pouring new concrete. They were even able to save some of the tile. No more sewer back ups at Thanksgiving. We closed on a house on a Friday and by Sunday, we were already having plumbing issues. We had no idea what was going on since we had experienced inspectors and plumbers (from other companies) come out before closing. Eric and Chauncy came bright and early Monday morning. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as we showed them a video of the sewer scope from the week prior, they immediately said the cast iron pipe was rotting and we'd have to replace it. They cleared the pipe to the best of their ability and performed another sewer scope to confirm their suspicions. Our realtor couldn't believe that all of her experienced and trusted contractors could've missed it and we got a second and third opinion, and all of them agreed on the issue. Rooter Guy gave us the best quote, so we hired them to replace the pipe. On Friday, Rooter Guy sent Valentin, Chauncy, Gordon, Cody, and Tanner to replace the pipe. They were quick and did a good job of removing the necessary LVP flooring without ruining any pieces. It's been a week and we have had no problems since. We highly recommend Rooter Guy!
