Worked directly with Ruben from the start! He was able to give us a bid remotely which saved so much time! Nick installed the backflow preventer a few days later. He had to get a bit creative with routing the line to the outside of the house from our main line in the crawl space but it still looks tidy and organized. He also was really thorough with going over how to winterize everything in the fall. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company!

We have Flo Rite (which as part of Vectra Mechanical) come over several times to rental properties. It is always easy to get an appointment and they are reasonably priced. Nich (the plumber) is so good at communicating with the tenant and property manager regarding any issues. He often goes above & beyond and really understands older homes well.
