We had a plumbing emergency (our bathtub/shower drain totally backed up and we couldn't unclog ourselves) over the weekend at our home in Fullerton and needed someone to come clear the drain same-day. I called and was scheduled for an afternoon time slot and informed of the after-hours weekend cost for the service. Once I was scheduled, they told me I could expect a call from the technician when he was on his way. Fast forward to my time slot, I got a call from Nathan to let me know he was about 15min away. He showed up right on time with another tech (I believe his name was Tyler) and they were both very friendly and got right to work diagnosing the problem. I told them I was trying to have my home warranty reimburse me for the cost and they were very patient while I was on the phone. They worked together to get the drain unclogged, which turned out to be a much more complex issue than originally thought. We learned that the drain in my house is not the standard tub/shower drain, possibly just because it's an older home built in the 50s or maybe someone DIY'd before us. Despite this, Nathan & Tyler worked to figure it out and they did get the drain unclogged! They were communicative, respectful, and friendly the whole time, and we were very grateful for their help. I'll definitely keep DFP in mind for any future plumbing needs we may have, and recommend them to others who are looking for licensed, professional, timely, reliable, and friendly services!

Booked Elite Rooter online for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up within 30 mins of me submitting the request. Jesus and David were super helpful and got straight to work. They offered a camera inspection as part of their $79 special, but I declined since we’ll be moving soon and didn’t feel the need. Everything’s working great now. I’d been wrestling with a $130 bidet, thinking I could outsmart a few brass fittings and a stubborn T-junction. The company answered the phone with polished manners and promises of “someone right away.” But the clock had other ideas. Calls came in saying the tech was delayed, caught up in another emergency. Then came the sting: the invoice. Five-hundred-and-fifty dollars for what amounted to a quick fix and a few minutes of professional polish. I’d expected half that, maybe a little more for the house call. But the price hit harder than a cold shower, and the company’s rigid stance left no room for negotiation. So here’s the verdict: the technician earns five stars — he’s the kind of pro who saves your evening and restores your faith. But the company that sent him? They could stand to remember that loyalty runs both ways. I chose local, hoping to support a neighbor. Instead, I walked away feeling like I’d paid luxury rates for a handshake.

Work was good and technician was nice but we got charged double what it should have cost - don't get screwed don't go with them. We should not be paying this much money for maybe an hour of work and limited equipment use. It was over $600 just to unclog the sink and put a valve on.

I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent. This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue. Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. I highly recommend Clean Out King’s and if you request Martin you won’t be disappointed.

We have a sewer smell that we were trying to solve in the bathroom. The plumber they sent out (I'll call him N) convinced us we needed our main line jet cleaned, even though we were not having any mainline issues. We would know because we've had them before. Also there were no foul odors coming up in the front bathroom, which one would expect if the main line was the cause. He did not recommend the obvious remedies such as replacing the wax ring, checking the p-traps, or the ventilation pipes. Instead he upsold us on the more expensive (nearly $3,000) and unnecessary procedure. Then, without coming back inside to verify if the noxious odor was remedied, he packed up to leave, but not without attempting to upsell once again, this time insisting we need an epoxy liner in our main line for $18,000. I saw him getting ready to leave and came out to tell him the horrible odor remained. In disbelief, he came inside and claimed he could not smell it. It was as strong as before. Apparently his nose has an off switch. Later in the day I got a call from the office asking for my feedback on our experience. I had not planned to contact them or complain at all, but since they invited me to, I did. I explained to Josh what happened and he said he would notify the manager. The next morning I was stunned to receive a voicemail from N. He was pleading for me to call him back. I found this highly unprofessional and off-putting. I had no interest in confronting N about the experience. And I did not want to listen to his justifications for the actions he had taken. But mostly I was stunned that the management would tell him about my call and put him up to calling me about this. We still have the stinky problem but we'll go elsewhere for the solution.

Iggy and Chris did an excellent job cleaning my kitchen drains. They explained everything very clearly and even used a camera to show us the heavy grease buildup inside the pipes. Water Softener + Conditioner Installation Cory and Jesse were great!! I had a tankless water heater, and the heater treater scale protection filter started leaking. Cory initially came and inspected it, I decided to upgrade the whole house water system with the water softener and conditioner. Cory was very knowledgeable and offered great price, was very responsive, flexible and quick to schedule. Want to give a shoutout to the entire staff at Barker and Sons, i contacted various plumbing companies and got different quotes. Barker and Sons not only offer great price, they are long standing reputable family, from every point of interactions even the initial calls, you can tell the difference and they really care about customer experience and satisfaction, and stand behind their service. On installation day, Cory and Jesse did a super swift and thorough job. Installed the water softener and descaled the water heater and unclog the drains in my bathroom too. Want to give special shoutout to Cory, for going above and beyond, after they left, my recirculation pump started leaking for some reason, it may or may not even be related, Cory returned the same day and worked late into the night to ensure it’s not leaking. Really demonstrated high level of professionalism and high standard of excellence, not taking short cuts and making sure the job is well done!

Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet that turned out to be broken and the water was draining to the soil and not through the actual drainage system, and Juan from Happy Camper Heating and Air came to evaluate it and figure out what was needed to do. He brought all the tools and workers needed, and quickly replaced the faulty parts. Now the faucet works perfectly with no problems at all and now drains perfectly. Juan was polite, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely call Happy Camper Heating and Air again for any plumbing work.

Had a nasty clog and Costa Mesa Plumbing did a hydro jetting service. The tech was chill, explained what he was doing and now everything flows like it should. That kind of peace of mind is worth every penny.

My kitchen faucet was dripping nonstop and it became very irritating. Costa Mesa Plumbers installed a new cartridge and resealed all the joints properly. It’s no longer dripping, and using the kitchen is much more pleasant now.
