Miller Brothers Plumbing & HVAC is a great local company that really cares about their work. I called to set up an appointment for a water heater replacement in Loveland and got a call back quickly. I spoke with Bryce, who took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. The installation was done very professionally—new hard piping was put in for the gas line instead of the old flex pipe, a T-branch was added for the humidifier water feed, a PRV was set up downstairs, and the expansion tank was installed neatly out of the way. The plumber showed up right on time and got our hot water working again fast. They really know their plumbing and made sure we understood what was being done.

Service was prompt and the technicians were professional and kind but their estimate was through the roof! Our water heater failed so we wanted estimates for a tankless heater install and we were quoted $16,000 for one with a recirculation pump and $13,000 for one without. I knew based off of my research before that tankless installs go for around $5,000 and there is nothing outstanding about our current setup that would add any extenuating cost. Got a second opinion from Rex's who quoted $7,300 for a more complex install that would go in our crawlspace and end up creating a whole new closet space for us where our current water heater is. Definitely get a second quote if you are considering this company.
