There is so much more to the story but that is the 8,000 one. Don't use them Later for plumbing issues, I hired a couple men from a company named "The Golden rule.... You could not get any better competency kindness, great service. I highly recommend them

Efrain was here quicker than expected and had a very kind and professional disposition. After he assessed the situation, he explained the cause of the issue, what needed to be done to resolve it and went straight to work when we asked him to move forward with his plan. He left no mess, showed us a video of the fix and assured us that we would get a report and copy of the video on Monday via email. we had a leaking faucet and duane came to help us out! he was very quick to respond and even rearranged his schedule so he could come over the same day we called. the service was really fast, and even though the faucet came from the manufacturer in a bunch of separate parts, duane managed to put it all together and make it work perfectly. he finished the repair in just a few minutes, and now the faucet looks and works great! we really appreciated how professional, friendly, and flexible duane was with everything. the price was also very reasonable, some of the lowest we’ve seen in severance for plumbing services. highly recommend their service!

Needed to replace two old 40 gal water heaters. Decided to make the switch to tankless. Installation went smoothly and completed in one day. Quote for the work was very reasonable for a retrofit when compared to others I got. I already have recommended them to a couple neighbors and a co-worker considering the same switch.

We had a hot water heater start to fail and needed it replaced quickly. Our setup is a bit strange but Polar Bear had David dispatched to us the next morning and he patiently went through my options and described what had likely happened. He got everything done by early afternoon without any issues at all. They added some new safety mechanisms we were missing and improved the hot water setup we had while they were at it. I do not have a single bad thing to say, it was incredible service and we didn't lose hot water for a single day 🙌

We were able to have Wyatt come out and diagnose our furnace issue on Monday morning (called around 8:30 AM, he was out at 11:30). He promptly found the problem, recommended a variety of solutions and services to get it running again, and was able to get the parts and repair it same day. We are so happy to be toasty warm again. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and we'll be happy to do business with them again. Prices seemed reasonable as well (though I don't have much knowledge in this area).
