We had a great experience today. The team came out to deep clean the drains at our new store and worked over four hours making sure everything was flowing properly again. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what they were doing. We truly appreciate the help as we prepare to open our small family business. It’s great to work with local companies who take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

We came home to stopped up toilet and could see that some water had backed up into the tub. Freaking out!!! This was Wednesday afternoon. Of course no one could get to us that day. I called ROCKY MOUNTAIN PLUMBING, right away we got a price, and a time, which was the very next morning. We were so happy. They were to arrive between 8:30-9:30 am..Everett showed up at 8:30 on the nose! Yay! He assessed the problem, ran the snake and had to fix our outdoor sewer entry cap as the previous owners had glued it on. He was a trooper. EVERETTwas so nice and knowledgeable. Sewer main line was backing up in basement. We needed help fast. Called several plumbers I’ve used before, but no one could get there until Monday (It was Thursday). I finally reached Rocky Mountain Sewer, whom I had never heard of. The office person was pleasant, polite, and assured me they could do the job the same day between 3:30-4:00 and that I would get a text when the tech was on his way. I received a text in the window promised, and he arrived shortly after. Everett was very communicative, polite, respectful and professional. He explained the problem, the course of action, and the cost very clearly up front. He knew exactly what to do and worked diligently to solve my problem to the fullest extent possible. He thoroughly explained what he was doing throughout the process. He cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job and making sure we were completely satisfied with the service provided. we will definitely use Rocky Mountain Sewer again, and will recommend them without reservation.

I am wanting to share an excellent review on ProRooter. While I was out of town, I experienced a sewage back up. It was a horrible scene – but ProRooter was there to help immediately. Unfortunately, the drain continued to be a problem. ProRooter did warranty work on the clog, and worked diligently to find the issue. Big kudos to both Willard and Ethan, who were out the next day and did not stop until they had snaked the area completely and diagnosed the problem. I highly encourage others to put their faith in a company that follows through… I will be back to ProRooter if the occasion ever arises!

Dylan & Clark came and helped us with a sewer problem and were able to find the issue under 2 hours was very impressed! These are my go-to plumbers from this point forward. I called at 11:00:00 expecting a schedule next week but they were able to get me in that same day and called me by noon to notify me that he was on his way over! Fantastic job

Excellent service all around, and I’d highly recommend. Von and Anthony were quick and polite. Von was sure to keep me informed on the steps they were taking, and confirmed that I was given a cost estimate before they got started. Even the woman who took my call was very polite and patient, as I struggled to answer some of her questions.

Very positive experience! Both techs were very polite, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing (dealing with root infestation in my drain pipe to my septic), went an extra mile in my opinion and were a real pleasure. Professional + Appreciative We had Roto-Rooter come out to fix a toilet issue at our office, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They were prompt, on time, and took the time to clearly explain the situation so we understood exactly what was going on. The issue was resolved efficiently and professionally. Josh arrived on time and fixed the problem of repairing the top of our ejection tank and replacing the pumps. Very happy with the service. Completed within 24 hours of calling. We have been trying to get the job done for months with no avail until today! Very happy.

I highly recommend! Solved two huge problems for me on the last year. One, I needed all new freshwater pipes under my trailer. Yes, it was incredibly expensive, but I don't have to worry about my freshwater pipes for 19 more years. I then had a major sewage back up! It did not come in to the trailer thankfully, they came out quickly snaked the drain, and so determined that the cause of the problem was not my responsibility. They coordinated with the property management company to show them everything and how it wasnt my responsibility.

If you’re looking for an honest good knowledgeable plumber call them!! They were not only quick and kind to get me scheduled with what works for me, they were very understanding of my situation and very thorough in their work! They were early to my house and Didn’t leave until they knew for a fact my problem with my kitchen sink not draining was solved. The free estimate was a huge bonus for me and they didn’t come up with a bunch of extra things that could be wrong they were very direct in their problem and only that problem and there was no surprise costs or fees. Very reasonable with pricing! Thank you M 1 for solving a more than a month long problem for me !!! Will be using them again! Also editing to add they’re very friendly people!!! Patty and Ben are most definitely honest down to earth people!!

I have nothing but good things to say about M1 pro plumbing. Ben and his team is fast, reliable, and is willing to take on any challenge. My 1977 home was very outdated and over the course of 6 months, M1 has installed a fridge water panel in my garage, cleared a root mass so large from my sewer that they took a picture of it, installed my kitchen sink into a makeshift plywood counter, hooked up my dishwasher, installed a new sink from Lowe's in the bathroom, created a brand new toilet hookup in our laundry room, brought our w/d hookups up to code, and finally they flawlessly installed a Japanese style toilet with the sink in the top sans instruction manual, which was a first for Ben (picture attached). They are incredible and affordable and I recommend M1 Pro Plumbing 100%.

My dryer duct needed cleaned from inside to outside. My dryer would not dry and was getting hot to the touch. I knew the duct was clogged. Another company had already addressed my issue twice, stating the job was done and the results were terrible. M1Pro Plumbing was sent to try to alleviate my issue. Ben was prompt and courtesy. Listened to my issue thoroughly, checked out the issue, showed me the problem and fixed it perfectly. I recommend them to anyone with the same ussue I had.

Lions Pride HVAC removed the hell from hello at my house. Was cold in the winter and too hot in the summer though now the heat is on and I’m the smiling cool cat hotdog! There is something about Lions Pride and that is perfect. They are Hella good!!! Trinity proven, “Pride” will keep you trucking. It’s their sole purpose; ask a lion. They tells you’s the truth more RAW (innocence) is EXACT.

Pride is the best! They're on time, friendly, and communicate effectively. My only complaint is I wish they did more than plumbing/heating so I could use them for all of my household projects! Huge shout out to Chris for his excellent customer service. It's not every day you have a favorite HVAC guy.

We had pride come out to do routine service on our HVAC and had no complaints. However, I was disappointed to find out last night that do NOT offer 24h/emergency service, despite having an AI-powered answering service that assured me they did (and having open 24h listed here). When I did reach someone the following morning, they could not schedule same day service. So may not be your best bet for less routine issues. Edit: After leaving a 2/5 review here, Pride did reach out and let me know they were going to update their claims of 24h service as well as their AI chat bot. Given that I’ve had only positive experiences preciously, I have updated my review to 4/5.

Don't understand what this happened with this other reviewer. My call (I left a message) was returned within an hour! The plumber showed up within 2 hours of my call. Was neat, polite, professional. I am SO IMPRESSED with Altitude will only use them from now on! Thank you!!

Altitude 24/7 is responsive, presentable and tidy. Their technicians arrive prepared (knowledge, attitude, tools, equipment and parts). They do a professional job and leave the site clean. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs, commercial or residential.

My heat went out in the middle of the night two days before Christmas. Called a few different heating and cooling companies but the only one to answer was Altitude 24-7. Paul came right out and fixed the issue quickly and was genuinly happy to help me. Definitely using Altitude again.

Cam helped me in an emergent situation as I had pipe issues under my mobile home and, subsequently, had a leaking hot water heater. The floor was ruined so it took replacing the floor plus the hot water heater, and Cam was a trooper to complete both tasks - not an easy job but no complaints from Cam. He took extra time to fix two piping issues that occurred after installation. He went out of his way to check back a couple of times to see if everything was alright and to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Cam with his courteous, respectful, professional demeanor with fair prices.

Called Cam yesterday to remove and replace toilet. He came today, and earlier than scheduled. He is very personable and professional. Was done within an hour. In my contacts now, I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
