From ease of scheduling to the completion of the project, this was a very positive experience and stress-free! James was extremely professional -- explained my options clearly, was efficient in replacing my water heater in a very timely manner, took extra care in clean-up and was conscious of protecting my home during the installation process. His two team members were awesome in helping with the removal of the old water heater (as it couldn't be drained), and they too were extremely professional and genuinely interested in helping and doing a great job! Garvin's was exactly the help I needed. They had Saturday hours, and Grayson D took the time to explain what he was doing. He helped me learn how I can take care of my system moving forward, and my clog was cleared. I will definitely use Garvin's Plumbing and Sewer in the future.

We always depend on Garvins for our drain cleaning. We have used them many times. They are very responsive to our (usually) emergency calls even on weekends. Jon did a great job! He was efficient, kept the workspace clean and had very good customer rapport. He also used several different cleaning methods to make sure the main drain was clear of blockage.

He was also nice enough to fix my daughter’s toilet handle that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. You had to hold that thing down for 10 seconds and it never flushed well. But wait, there’s more- plus my daughter’s sink that she poured hot wax down. There was a ton of other stuff I was unaware of shoved Down there too. He wasn’t here more than an hour and a half and everything is looking good and working like a charm. He never leaves a mess and you hardly know he’s there. Pictures of the new goodies attached. Ever have a great start to a day, and in a split second everything just goes down the drain? Well it wasn’t going down the drain for me; it was being pumped out of my basement sump pump. That’s when I knew I needed help. I called Big Apple; best thing I could have done! They were out to my house within a hour!! He took a look where the main water was coming into my house and pointed out to me where the water leak was coming from. He explained that it could be in the cement or in my yard…. Either way he could get it back into operation the same day! Long story short…. He showed me the issued piping, and I opted to have a brand new pipe installed from the water main to my house. They just dig out a hole around the water main now and don’t have to trench and dig out the whole yard. I couldn’t have asked for a better expert or quicker response! Thanks for saving the day!!!!

Jason was fast and efficient and fixed our flooding issue in less than an hour! Was able to determine it was from a clogged kitchen sink that connected to our basement. Great at explaining everything and very friendly to have in our home.

I've hired this company several times in the course of my real estate career but most recently used them to repair the sewer line at my personal residence. They were incredibly efficient with the pipe bursting repair and did an amazing job putting my flagstone patio back together. Walter came out and performed a drain cleaning for us. He took the time to explain to me the build ups and where the water flows in the pipes in our basement. He started cabling the rooter machine from the kitchen pipe where issue is and cleaned out everything including the under sink piping. He was meticulous and professional. He also explained to me about the hydrojet service which will take care of the issue in the long term since it will thoroughly clean out the pipes with high pressure water stream which cabling will not be able to completely clean out. I decided to do that the next time. He cleaned up everything and put everything back for us and now water is flowing freely and quick again. Great job! We will be calling Homeservice Plumbers again for any future work needed.

Excellent service! The plumber arrived promptly to check an odor coming from a drain. He quickly identified the issue and explained that simply adding water to the drain would solve it. He was very polite, professional, and honest—and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. I really appreciated the transparency and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Called them after Roto Rooter wanted to charge $865 to remove a toilet and snake the line. Homeservice Plumbers quote was $99 + $50 if they had to remove the toilet. They were polite, prompt even on a Saturday, and Marcus, the plumber, was a joy. Super professional and knowledgeable.

What a disaster! NO INTEGRITY! They told my landlord she had a broken sewer line and she agreed to fix the 8' stretch in the yard, away from the house and tree roots that clog the line every year. Then he puts the camera down there after the fix is done and says you need your whole line replaced. Never went in the direction of the house and sold my landlord on a fuzzy screen in the sunlight that you couldnt see anything on. He says, "Usually it would be $28,000 but we can do it for $26,000 if you do it today." My landlord talked him down to $18,000 before I finally told her to stop and make them leave. Sewer lines are $5,000-11,000. These people are crooks. They also tore up the landscape and broke all 4 irrigation lines when they came to back fill the hole. First 1 star review I have ever given.

I have used Rooter Town on two projects. In the first, they responded quickly to an urgent break that allowed my family to get back to life within hours. Rooter Town also provided me with peace of mind on a permanent fix all the way to the main line which provides me peace of mind as I don’t have to worry about really costly fixes down the road. Throughout it all, the Rooter Town staff has been incredibly friendly, understanding, and responsive. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Keenan was very professional and very helpful. He made sure I was able to get my pipes open for use the same day. I've used them before and had no concern. Everything was done quickly. They also give a 2 year warranty. Didn't have to join any program like other companies have you do. I highly recommend them.

Bluefrog was engaged by my property manager for a sewer-line backup in April. They scheduled me promptly, the technician Jason Bandy was superb -- he stayed in touch prior, arrived very quickly, and was extremely personable, informative, and clearly expert & knowledgeable. He appraised the situation efficiently, and was able to perform the maintenance with minimal disruption. If Jason is typical of Bluefrog, then they are likely a terrific company.

I had Blue Frog Plumbing & Drain come out to fix a simple leaking hose connection at my water heater. To be clear, this is not a water heater they installed. They were only performing a minor repair. The repair itself was completed and solved the issue, and I paid the plumber. After the plumber left, I noticed that he had placed a large, obnoxious Blue Frog Plumbing marketing sticker directly on my water heater. He did not ask for permission. He did not mention it. He did not give me the sticker and ask if I wanted it applied. He simply put it on my property without consent. I do not want ugly marketing stickers on my equipment. It looks cheap, it looks unprofessional, and frankly the giant frog logo is an eyesore. When I tried to remove the sticker, I discovered it is a very thin, low quality sticker that tears immediately when you try to peel it off. It rips into pieces and leaves residue behind, making it even more frustrating to remove. This is not about the cost of the service or whether the repair worked. This is about basic respect for a customer’s property. You do not put permanent advertising on someone else’s equipment without asking. Period. Even if Blue Frog Plumbing offered the lowest pricing in the area, I will never use them again. Respect for a customer’s home and property should be a baseline expectation, not an afterthought.

Review on Cody (tech) and Amanda (customer service): I've used Bluefrog Plumbing several times. Cody replaced two toilets several months ago and fixed my leaking sink that another plumbing company installed recently. I cannot say enough positive things about Cody. He's straight forward, honest, polite, punctual, very neat, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He's so quiet, I had to check to see if he was still here. I also can't say enough positive things about Amanda. She starts the whole process off on an extremely efficient and friendly note. She's quick to respond and follows through with answering questions and requests. This is rare and much appreciated. I've used many plumbing companies and have found Bluefrog to be the best with workmanship, reliability, response time, pricing, and most pleasant company to work with throughout the entire process. We can’t thank Hyper Flow enough! They were extremely professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient. James and Ian went above and beyond to get our plumbing needs for our home completed. There was A LOT of work that needed to be done. James and Ian both were very communicative throughout the entire process from getting a quote to completing the work. The communication and customer service they provided was beyond exceptional compared to other companies and industries I’ve dealt with. This was one of the most remarkable services and companies we’ve dealt with. I would 100% recommend Hyper Flow and their technicians James and Ian. We are excited to not have to worry anymore about the old galvanized piping and sewer line that would’ve have caused lots of issues had we left it untouched. Huge shoutout to Hyper Flow Services, especially Angel and crew. They were honestly great. We had really frustrating drain backups in our 1902 home that we’ve had 2 other plumbers out to try and help with. Angel showed up same day and took the time to figure out what was actually going on instead of rushing, guessing, or giving up. We learned more and talked through our next steps. We made progress on the issue and that alone made the whole thing feel way less stressful. We contacted a few other places to meet and quote on the needed work but easily decided to move forward with Angel and Hyper Flow. Yesterday they rerouted our secondary line, installed clean outs, and everything is the best it’s ever been. Angel and crew were awesome. Really helpful, efficient, respectful of our space, and left everything in great shape. It’s such a relief to find a team we trust with our home. Jeremy Paez was my technician and he was outstanding. We had a very complex and unique drain issue, and 3 other companies could not solve the issue for us. We used Hyper Flow as a last call before ripping up our floor to make the fix, but they will certainly be our first call next time. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in addressing the issue. He was able to fix what 3 other companies could not in about 30 minutes. He never wavered and was willing to try to solve our problem, even if the solution was not straightforward. The whole time he was keeping me updated on what he was doing, what he was seeing, and making sure to bring me along in the process. 5 out of 5 stars and I'll be going with Hyper flow for any other drain issues I have, because they'll surely not see one as complex as this. I'll probably request Jeremy as my technician as well. Great work, Jeremy! Saved us thousands of dollars and a big headache for ripping up the floor.
