This company has been amazing! I have used them for my house and some of my friends have used this company as well! They are very efficient and amazing about communication, they explain everything in depth and it was very clear what the problem was and what needed to be addressed as they communicate every step of the way! I had a main line clog and it needed to be cleaned out but there was an additional problem which was causing the clog. They found the problem and fixed it! Amazing price as well! I had a company come out previously and they were 2X the amount for the same scope of work. They have been amazing from start to finish! What a disaster! NO INTEGRITY! They told my landlord she had a broken sewer line and she agreed to fix the 8' stretch in the yard, away from the house and tree roots that clog the line every year. Then he puts the camera down there after the fix is done and says you need your whole line replaced. Never went in the direction of the house and sold my landlord on a fuzzy screen in the sunlight that you couldnt see anything on. He says, "Usually it would be $28,000 but we can do it for $26,000 if you do it today." My landlord talked him down to $18,000 before I finally told her to stop and make them leave. Sewer lines are $5,000-11,000. These people are crooks. They also tore up the landscape and broke all 4 irrigation lines when they came to back fill the hole. First 1 star review I have ever given.

We've just had the most horrible experience with Rooter Town/Mr Rooter. Three years ago they came out to clear a blocked sink and ended up replacing our main line. They charged us $24k, but assured us that if anymore problems arose that they would be covered under a 5 year warranty. Now they're trying to tell us that they won't cover repairs even though they inspected the entire line and guaranteed that everything was like a brand new build, and if we ever had any problems to call them and they'd fix it free of charge. On top of all that, the manager Jordan was dismissive and rude. This is unacceptable, terrible customer service for a job we paid a premium price for to ensure we would never be faced with these problems again.

Keenan was very professional and very helpful. He made sure I was able to get my pipes open for use the same day. I've used them before and had no concern. Everything was done quickly. They also give a 2 year warranty. Didn't have to join any program like other companies have you do. I highly recommend them.

Ever have a great start to a day, and in a split second everything just goes down the drain? Well it wasn’t going down the drain for me; it was being pumped out of my basement sump pump. That’s when I knew I needed help. I called Big Apple; best thing I could have done! They were out to my house within a hour!! He took a look where the main water was coming into my house and pointed out to me where the water leak was coming from. He explained that it could be in the cement or in my yard…. Either way he could get it back into operation the same day! Long story short…. He showed me the issued piping, and I opted to have a brand new pipe installed from the water main to my house. They just dig out a hole around the water main now and don’t have to trench and dig out the whole yard. I couldn’t have asked for a better expert or quicker response! Thanks for saving the day!!!!

Rueben and Nick both took great care of me when I needed a shower installed in my bathroom. They were on time and did their work quickly. There were no surprises, they explained evertyhing to me like an equal (which is not something I can expect from all tradespeople, being that I'm a woman). My first experience was in 2017 with "Flow Rite" for a water heater. Excellent quality, price and professionalism. I'm a retired home builder of 35 yrs., I will NOT pay $600⁰⁰ an hour for TV & Radio commercials other companies are charging. You won't have buyers remorse with Flow Rite!

From ease of scheduling to the completion of the project, this was a very positive experience and stress-free! James was extremely professional -- explained my options clearly, was efficient in replacing my water heater in a very timely manner, took extra care in clean-up and was conscious of protecting my home during the installation process. His two team members were awesome in helping with the removal of the old water heater (as it couldn't be drained), and they too were extremely professional and genuinely interested in helping and doing a great job! Garvin's was exactly the help I needed. They had Saturday hours, and Grayson D took the time to explain what he was doing. He helped me learn how I can take care of my system moving forward, and my clog was cleared. I will definitely use Garvin's Plumbing and Sewer in the future.

The technician from Garvin's arrived 12/03/25 on time and got our plumbing cleaned out and draining perfectly again! He was very friendly and knowledgeable; unfortunately, my husband didn't get a card and I'm unsure of the technician's name. After having interactions with a few other plumbing companies over the years that were fine but not great, I truly wish we'd found Garvin's sooner, but we will stick with them from here forward! As a side note: their prices for what we needed were incredibly fair and reasonable.

This company is predatory. I asked them for an average price in a jetting service. They wouldn’t answer me, and I told them Denver average and what I usually pay was arounf $350. She told me they were close and slightly higher. She told me it was $89 to go they, but if we approved their price, they’d waive the fees. When they got there, they quoted me $788 plus $412 for the camera service (industry average is $169). So, I had to waste my time and pay them $89 for their more than double quote because they bank on people saying yes when they’re already at their home rather than giving them an honest price. Predatory practice. To note I got the jet and the camera done by another company for $400 compared to the $1200 they were quoting me. 3x more.

Huge shoutout to Hyper Flow Services, especially Angel and crew. They were honestly great. We had really frustrating drain backups in our 1902 home that we’ve had 2 other plumbers out to try and help with. Angel showed up same day and took the time to figure out what was actually going on instead of rushing, guessing, or giving up. We learned more and talked through our next steps. We made progress on the issue and that alone made the whole thing feel way less stressful. We contacted a few other places to meet and quote on the needed work but easily decided to move forward with Angel and Hyper Flow. Yesterday they rerouted our secondary line, installed clean outs, and everything is the best it’s ever been. Angel and crew were awesome. Really helpful, efficient, respectful of our space, and left everything in great shape. It’s such a relief to find a team we trust with our home.
