They are very efficient and amazing about communication, they explain everything in depth and it was very clear what the problem was and what needed to be addressed as they communicate every step of the way! What a disaster! NO INTEGRITY! They told my landlord she had a broken sewer line and she agreed to fix the 8' stretch in the yard, away from the house and tree roots that clog the line every year. Then he puts the camera down there after the fix is done and says you need your whole line replaced. Never went in the direction of the house and sold my landlord on a fuzzy screen in the sunlight that you couldnt see anything on. He says, "Usually it would be $28,000 but we can do it for $26,000 if you do it today." My landlord talked him down to $18,000 before I finally told her to stop and make them leave. Sewer lines are $5,000-11,000. These people are crooks. They also tore up the landscape and broke all 4 irrigation lines when they came to back fill the hole. First 1 star review I have ever given.

We've just had the most horrible experience with Rooter Town/Mr Rooter. Three years ago they came out to clear a blocked sink and ended up replacing our main line. They charged us $24k, but assured us that if anymore problems arose that they would be covered under a 5 year warranty. Now they're trying to tell us that they won't cover repairs even though they inspected the entire line and guaranteed that everything was like a brand new build, and if we ever had any problems to call them and they'd fix it free of charge. On top of all that, the manager Jordan was dismissive and rude. This is unacceptable, terrible customer service for a job we paid a premium price for to ensure we would never be faced with these problems again.

Keenan was very professional and very helpful. He made sure I was able to get my pipes open for use the same day. I've used them before and had no concern. Everything was done quickly. They also give a 2 year warranty. Didn't have to join any program like other companies have you do. I highly recommend them.

Ever have a great start to a day, and in a split second everything just goes down the drain? Well it wasn’t going down the drain for me; it was being pumped out of my basement sump pump. That’s when I knew I needed help. I called Big Apple; best thing I could have done! They were out to my house within a hour!! He took a look where the main water was coming into my house and pointed out to me where the water leak was coming from. He explained that it could be in the cement or in my yard…. Either way he could get it back into operation the same day! Long story short…. He showed me the issued piping, and I opted to have a brand new pipe installed from the water main to my house. They just dig out a hole around the water main now and don’t have to trench and dig out the whole yard. I couldn’t have asked for a better expert or quicker response! Thanks for saving the day!!!!

The first crew arrived within about two hours, handled the plumbing emergency, and got our water service working again. Later that same evening, another team came out to diagnose and clear a backed-up sewer line at our kitchen sink, even though it was already late. Brayden was also very helpful and made sure we had a solid plan. The next morning, he returned to shut off the water and drain the water heater so we could leave town without worrying about leaks or water damage. The total price was $1,500, which is a bit higher than the lowest quote we got, but the quality of work and the peace of mind made it worth it. Plus, some plumbers wouldn’t give us an estimate until they saw the job, which made shopping around a little tricky. All in all, we’re happy with the work and everything is running smoothly now. If you need plumbing work done in Arvada, it’s a good idea to get a few estimates, but we were very satisfied with the service we received.

Choosing a plumbing contractor is not easy. The big guys are expensive and it’s not easy to find a quality mom and pop shop. Our framing contractor had worked with Omar before and suggested we give him a chance to quote the job. The young men who assessed the job were really thorough ( which the big name company was not ) and super respectful. The quote came in very reasonable so we decided to give them a shot. We were extremely pleased with that decision! Our project involved a gas line, water and drain. Omar is a master plumber and proved that with his work. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They dealt with unforeseen problems quickly without missing a beat and finished the rough in that same day. It is rare to find people who as easy to get along with as Omar and his crew much less contractors. We have been blessed to find both with Plumb Masters.
